The next morning, I assumed I wouldn't be seeing Aaron anymore, however, he walks into my house holding some gift bags in his hand.

Mom steps in and asked Mrs. Jane to let Dalton know that Aaron was at home.
She ignores me in the process.

Aaron was welcomed in, I couldn't help but feel a little bit scared, having his presence lurking around my son.

Dalton sees Aaron from his room and screamed his name.
I turned and my son who never once fail to kiss me good morning, excluded me today, all because of Aaron.

He has got to go.

"Uncle, did you come for our outing today?"
Dalton says, hopping around.
"Yes son, today is just me and you, but I feel your mom, should also be invited as well, don't you think?",
Aaron looks at me.

Mom authorized his suggestion and beseeched me to join them for a whole day of fun.

Dalton comes to me.
"Please mom, can we go?" He says.

I saw the look on his countenance.
"Fine, let me go and change,"

Aaron smiled as I walked away.
It's a good thing, I was asked to join them, and I can't possibly let Aaron spend the whole day with my son.

After, I met them waiting in the car. Before going, mom begged me not to create any scene that might make Dalton suspicious.

While driving. Dalton wanted to go to the funfair at Lakewood Park.
Aaron had no problem with it and we went there.

There was no place to park the car, so Aaron asked me to take Dalton in while he finds a spot.

I shook my head and left.

Dalton was so excited. He wanted us to go to the gift shop to get some toys and rashly pushed me towards it.
"Hey! Be careful son," I said, trying to hold his hand strongly, amid the crowd.
A man bumped into me when I tried to pick up my phone from my bag.

Somehow Dalton gets loosed from my grip and got lost in the crowd.

"Dalton?" I shouted with panic.
Aaron comes in when he saw me all alone.
"What happened, Samantha, where is Dalton?"
He asked.

Aaron was so angry when I told them what happened. He blamed me for always being careless, I didn't want to seem too redundant, so I ignored him and ran off still searching for my son.

I got to the food cart.
There were so many people around, making it impossible for me to see him.
I got a little further, and just then, I heard someone calling for help.
I turned around and there he was, being dragged into a car by a man.
"Dalton?"
Unfortunately, before I could get a chance to save him, the man shoved him into a dark car.
Aaron comes out right after they left. He urged me not to worry and vowed to get my son back.
We got to the police station to complain, the police officer however said he would help but he had got to wait.

Mom comes to the station.
She overheard what the officer said and almost beat him with a stick.

Thankfully Aaron suggested that he was going to call the chief of police and ask for help instead.
I watched him go outside with his phone.
Aaron is doing everything possible to make sure my son comes back home safely.
Mom saw that and chose to jeer me.
"Do you not still think, Aaron should know the truth, he is helping his son without actually knowing it,".
She squeezed my hand.
