"Nooooooooo....!" screamed Noah. "This can't be true! She can’t die!"

No one uttered a single word. They all were very shocked.  Emily and Hazel were crying. Ivy was trying hard to control her tears. Daksh and John were also sobbing.  

They all sat in silence for a few minutes when suddenly Ivy said "I think that these deaths occur at a specific time."

"What?" Leo asked.

"Yesterday Summer died around 1 AM and today Zoe died at 1:10 AM".

"I never noticed this," said John.

"Yeah I know," said Ivy.

"It means that if we try to be safe around 1 AM then maybe we will survive!" exclaimed Emily. 

"Ya I also think so but I am not sure about this theory," said Ivy.

"At least we can give it a try!" said Daksh.

"Absolutely! " said James.

Then suddenly,  they heard a sobbing coming from the living room. They all hurried there to see who was crying.

They saw a girl sitting in the corner of the room and crying.

"Hey! Who are you and why are you crying? " asked Ivy. 

The girl looked up. She was like a ghost and was hurt on her head.  The wound was bleeding. She had big terrifying eyes.

She said, "I want to go back! I want to go! They beat us! We are hurt!"

"Go back where? Who beats you? " asked Leo. And without replying,  the girl disappeared. 

"What was she talking about? " asked Hazel.

"No idea. I wish she would have told us more!" said James.

Then they heard the bedroom room door open.  They turned around and to their horror, they saw a terrifying ghost with long teeth staring at them, hungrily. He had the biggest mouth they have ever seen.

The ghost ran towards them.

"Runnnn!" shouted John and they ran towards the kitchen. The ghost was just behind them. When they reached the end of the kitchen,  there was no place to go. They were stuck between the wall and the ghost. 

They all were breathing very fast. And then the ghost pounced over them. They all covered their eyes with their hands but nothing happened.  They all opened their eyes. They all were alive and the ghost disappeared. Hazel began to cry with fear. Ivy went over and calmed her down.

When Hazel stopped crying, Emily busted. "That's it! I'll say it now! Who knows whether I'll live to tell you this. But Leo, I love you! I always had!" She ran and kissed him.

"I love you too!" said Leo and kissed her back. 

They others began to cry with happiness.  

"At last! Emily, you said it! I am so glad!" said Daksh. 

"You knew!? " said Emily. 

"Yes obviously!  I always knew this! I saw the way you used to look at him all the time," said Daksh. 

Amidst this celebration,  they all forgot that they were standing in a horror apartment and anything can happen to them anytime. 

"Now! Now! Guys,  the celebration is over. We have to stay alert now" said John.

"Yeah you are right! " said Emily, blushing but also scared.

And suddenly,  Emily fell down.

"Emily! Emily! Get up !" cried Leo. 

She fainted.
