Yesterday I cut after being clean for six months and it's just setting in now. I need support, someone to talk to, anything. I don't know what to do or why I did it but it felt good and I don't want it to feel good. I need help and I know it but I don't want to ask for it. I feel like I can't talk to anyone about it even though there is people that I know I talk to.

Sorry I just needed to get that out somewhere where people I know personally (from school or something) won't find out.
