▕   aleksandr is someone who falls in love fast and hard, and pays the consequences for such through heartbreak and unrequited feelings. This stems from his innate want to see the very best in most, whether they deserve it or not, and wants to form his own opinions of people instead of listening to what others may have to say- even if those others are often proven right.
— the man is outgoing and tries his best to be friendly to most. he can also be rather charming and flirtatious when he likes and is a free-spirit, tending to do what he wants when he wants, and is known for being pretty smiley no matter his mood. that being said, his temper is very short, not taking much to piss him off. as well as this he also can't seem to hold his tongue and thinks with his heart instead of his head. the combination of these things means the man gets himself into fights, both physical and verbal, extremely easily, and can be seen with bruised knuckles and bloody noses often.

▕ his cousins death ; while visiting, his older cousin passed away in a car accident, one he saw on the news before learning who it was. now whenever he tries to drive he gets extremely anxious and his hands begin to shake, often having to pull over to calm down, and has to be picked up often.
             past relationships ; the queen of hearts wasn't the first person to break his heart. seems no matter what aleks can't catch a break with relationships, leaving him distasteful of 'love' despite how hard and fast he tends to fall for people. has done a number on his self-esteem.

|  parents immigrated from russia. only knows a little bit of the language, and because of family tension hasn't visited the country yet.
   —         previously worked at a thrift store half-time, but found the work unfulfilling and the treatment from customers and staff alike awful. quit recently, but still shops there often.
   —          has a pet cat named mishka, a name that roughly translates to 'little bear' in russian. wasn't paid much from his job but what money he did get went straight to toys and good food for her. has worked out a deal with his parents after he quit, helping with their work for some money. clothes are often covered in cat hair.
