Robyn is a curious and kind soul, incredibly outgoing, stubborn in his opinions, and passionate about his interests. He's humorous and quick witted, and can appreciate a good dig at him. He tries to be a good person and is never afraid to speak his mind. To people he cares about, he's sweet, caring, if not a little bit of a prick. He's definitely the kind of person who shows affection through insults. While he tries his best to be the kindest person in the room, his temper is relatively short, and he can go a little far with his jokes. His laugh is incredibly infectious, and anyone close could recognize it anywhere. He can be honest to a fault and lives life as much on the edge as possible, as well as being a terrible lair and a completely open book.
Recently, however, in preparation to be King, Robyn has grown more reserved and cold, as he knows his extreme and easily gained affections to others isn't exactly suitable for leading a kingdom. His father always warned him that his unbound optimism and stubborn passion, while admirable, are often detrimental to the very people Arwin hopes to protect and serve. When young the prince would brush this off, but now, in the face of his duties, he's resigned himself to acceptance of the Kings advice and worked to change himself thusly.

Robyn has always preferred being amongst the city folk than in the castle, often sneaking off to festivals and markets as a child for fun, doing much of the same as an adult. He's always enjoyed fighting as an art form, though not many he picks fights with accept that excuse. While overseas he'd come to enjoy learning, though much prefers on hand experiences to reading books or attending lectures, making him butt-heads with teachers often. He dislikes his role as Prince (and soon King) but knows far better than to complain. He hates being alone but has started to force himself to get accustomed to it, and he has a phobia of heights as well as small places.

Though some may label it a weakness, Robyn's unwavering optimism and ability to the find the good in most situations is a great strength of his, only rivalled by his compassion and kindness. His skills in sword fighting and brawling are also strengths of his, same as his honesty.
His tendency to lead with his heart rather than mind would be described as his biggest weakness by most. He's often curious and adventurous to a fault, taking unnecessary risks to satisfy his curiosities, often getting himself in undesirable situations. Robyn can also be extremely critical of himself and his abilities and has always had high expectations of him, becoming extremely disheartened when not immediately good at a skill or when someone else is better.
