I just got my braces off today. It's so nice to not have so much metal in my mouth, and to be able to eat popcorn again!

It's a little weird though, because my mom says I talk differently, and I have a permanent retainer on my bottom teeth. It's strange, but I'll get used to it. Now I'm actually going to be able to get my senior pictures taken without my braces on, which will be simply fantastic.
