Fallout: Civilization Challenge
Alright, so I had this idea that since most cases of Fallout are that a certain faction takes over land depending on the choices the player makes, what if you made a civilization game based on the factions of Fallout? Well I want to start a challenge across the medias for each person challenged to this idea to share their idea of a faction and what they would be like, this can be any of the canon ones or one you've made within the lore...
I challenge...

Colleen Blackwood leads the Commonwealth in Fallout: Civilization
(Art by Piecod)
Colleen was the Commonwealth's first official leader and lead them through the expansion of their lands and unified the original 13 states into one nation along with securing alliances with other factions
The Commonwealth's Unique Ability is: "Of The People, For The People", this means that whenever you take over a city or settle a new one, it grants bonus culture and extra production depending on how many cities you already own
The Commonwealth's Unique Unit is the Minuteman, which replaces the Rifleman Unit, they do extra damage when inside their territory and they are able to construct a tile improvement called the Trench Line, which grants them a defensive bonus and slightly heals them if they end their turn on it's tile
As the Commonwealth, you unlock the unique building that replaces the Campus called the Research Base, which grants extra Great Scientist points, extra science, and production when adjacent to encampments and resource tiles after researching Military Science, in addition they give random Eurekas whenever you build them in conquered cities
As Colleen, you also gain the unique ability: "Rehabilitating Charm", when you defeat enemy units you have a chance of capturing it instead of killing it, turning it to your side and granting bonus culture, this is more likely to happen when fighting raiders
With Colleen, you can go across the lands and expand through both settling and conquest, then when you feel that you have enough, you can hold down those civilizations and go for any types of victory with your bonuses to Production, Science, and Culture...
As she once said, "In order to advocate peace and prosperity, you must be ready for war to defend that peace..."
How will you lead the Commonwealth in Fallout: Civilization?
