Gray's Pov, 

I was in a lot of pain running along the path. Snow started to fall as a cold mist came out with every breath I did. I was very low on magic as the black mark on my skin was slowly dying down back into it's tattoo marking. Erza was the strongest out that. She wouldn't let a demon like that beat her. She wouldn't die or be beaten as long as Natsu and/or Lucy were in trouble. As I moved I saw a unknown hooded figure fighting Loke as Happy was trying to wake Lucy. Happy was crying and shouting as I rushed to Lucy's side.

"What did he do to her?" I whispered asking myself as Happy looked at me. Pure fear was in his eyes as seeing him crying this bad made me want to tear up myself. He was in pain as you could see his right eye was bright red from the blood coming down his head. I turned my head to see Loke was a little out of breath. "I can keep this guy busy. Gray you gotta get Lucy as far away from Natsu as you can" Loke spoke loudly as I knew he wouldn't get killed. He would be forced to the Celestail World if he got badly hurt.

I picked up Lucy in a princess hold as Happy and I started running to the train station. Lucy was lighter than normal. Her body was heating up also. I was in much pain running but I had to get Lucy somewhere safe. I knew Wendy, Carla, Gajeel, Levy and Lily (Panther-Lily) were at the station. We all came here after hearing murders were starting up in the mountains. Levy was worried about Lucy and Natsu. Now I was very glad that Erza and Wendy dragged me along. If we didn't come.....

I was scared to even think what he would of done to Lucy. "Where is Erza?" Happy asked worried as I saw he was in punch keeping up. He was too low on magic to use his wings. "Fighting that demon" I answered my own voice sounding worried and scared. She was more hurt than me. She was lower on magic. My Ice Demon Slayer Magic wasn't being taken as fast as Erza's magic. It was like my own magic was slowly changing to stop E.N.D from stealing it. I knew I had to get Lucy to the others and then get back to Erza.

I had promised my father to kill E.N.D.

But now that I knew it was Natsu....

I wasn't sure if I would be able to do so.

Natsu wasn't just my best friend.

He was my brother.

I knew I had to put him down.

I had to knock him out and lock him up,

or,

End his life.

Back With Erza's Pov, 

My eyes were closed as I was letting the cold air around me fuel my power. I knew that was unwise as E.N.D was stealing my magic but I need just a little more. Just for a little longer. Just long enough to let everyone else get away. "This new tone and power shocks me that it is stronger than a Demon Slayer" the demon spoke. His voice was Natsu's. His looks. His body. He was inside of my brother. My fellow guild mate. My best friend. My eyes opened looking right at him. "My power grows thanks to my friends "I spoke.

My voice was harsh as I was standing my ground with a serious tone. Not me or E.N.D were moving from our spots. Both of us trying to figure out if we moved first would we be able to win. "Emotions do power ones magic yes but you are different, your scent and blood" he spoke as he took a deep breath as I knew he was about to try something. "You are not just a normal human" he then spoke looking right at me. Pure rage and bloodlust were now on his face. His eyes glowing red as his tone changed so sudden.

One second he was laughing and smirking. Now he had his own serious tone. "I can't let you live Scarlet you will be to troubling" he spoke moving faster than my eyes could keep up. Using the air around me I jumped up just barley missing the demons hit. He had punched the ground destroying it in a second. He was a little less powerful out of the temple. That place would of held clues. Clues in helping Natsu or how to defeat this monster that had his body. My mind was questioning myself. 

I felt Natsu was fighting on the inside but as that happened the demon could of let that show off to stop me from going full out. "NATSU" I shouted as I was slowly falling back to the ground. The demon moved toward me fast as I used my swords to block his fist. It pushed me high up in the ground as it hurt like hell. My swords were burning as the sun as the blast from the hit gave out a small blinding light. "NATSU YOU HAVE TO FIGHT" I then shouted as my mind was going back to The Tower Of Heaven. 

Natsu didn't give up. He saved me when I had given up myself. He saved us all. He saved Jellal even. When I thought I was dead. When I thought I was seeing my guild mates crying over my grave. It was the tower trying to make me fully give up hope to end my life and to put a spirit into of my own body. Natsu had saved me. He stopped me from giving up. I couldn't give up now. "YOU DON'T DIE FOR YOUR FRIENDS NATSU. YOU LIVE FOR THEM. DON'T GIVE UP AND IF YOU NEARLY DO REMEMBER WHAT CARRIED YOU THIS FAR" I shouted.

I shouted it as loud as I can as me and the demon were moving around. Both trying to hit each other and both blocking hits. It was rare for my hits to touch the demon but when they did it was small cuts. While on the other hand I was struggling to block. Many of the demon's punches hit me hurting like crazy. "IGNEEL'S LAST WORDS WERE FOR YOU TO GET STRONGER AND TO KEEP THE PEOPLE YOU LOVE SAFE" I then shouted as I knew while fighting I had no chance. Living through this was unlikely.

I had to do what I could. I had to keep this up. I had to try and get through to him. I had to help push him. He needed help. He needed us. He needed his family. 

"Erza..." I heard Natsu's voice in my own mind. My eyes widen slightly as I kept fighting with the demon us both serious and wanting to kill the other. Natsu's voice was weak. I heard he was in pain. He really was in there. The demon answered me with the truth before hand it seemed. I was very shocked at that. "I can't keep up to him.... I am getting tired" I heard his voice as I knew he was giving up. Hearing that he out of everyone was giving up filled me with rage. I used it. I used that rage hitting the demon.

It pushed him backwards cutting up his whole arm. "NATSU DRAGNEEL IS A FAIRY TAIL MAGE. FAIRY TAIL NEVER GIVES UP. WE FIGHT FOR EACH OTHER AND PROTECT ONE ANOTHER. SO STOP ACTING SORRY AND WEAK NATSU. YOU ARE STRONGER THAN MOST SO SNAP OUT OF IT" I shouted with rage my eyes watering as I felt a tear go down my left cheek. The demon was looking at me annoyed but his eyes were holding shock. I saw a hint of onyx show in the demon's red eyes. I wasn't going to die just yet.

I wasn't going to die knowing that he was giving up. 

"I WON'T STOP UNTIL YOU START FIGHTING AGAIN AND WHEN YOU CAN'T KEEP GOING WE ARE HERE TO PICK YOU UP" I then shouted pointing my sword toward the demon. I felt my own magic rush back into me as it was getting stronger. The demon was annoyed both of us rushing toward each other. By this time we was both bruised and hurt but the demon wasn't running out of magic or strength. I wasn't letting the demon go near Lucy and I wasn't letting Natsu give up.

Fairy Tail Never Gives Up.
