RECAP :

Ye Jin's POV

I open my eyes slowly. I can feel my whole body numb and sore. I realised I am still on the bed earlier but now my wrist are still tied but with... a black cuffs? My legs are free!

I look around the room to see Miyeon at the corner again. I walk slowly towards the door and try to open it but of course it's locked.

I sigh. I look at Miyeon. She is looking at the ground with her empty eyes. Now that I think about it, she is in my dream.

"Miyeon unnie..." She still looks down at the floor but starts to mumble things.

"It's me, Ye Jin..." I touch her cold cheek to make her look at me but she looks at the wall behind me instead.

She still mumbles something. Her mumbles keeps on increasing in speed, like she is chanting something.

"Unnie, I come to save you..." I look at her.

"Ye... Jin?..."

"Yes, unnie. It's me."

She then looks at me death in the eye. I startle a bit but gaze back. Then all of sudden, she starts to choke me. She looks at me with hatred in her eyes.

"LIAR! YOU ARE NOT YE JIN! EVERYONE LEFT ME ALONE ALL MY LIFE! I'VE BEEN LIVING IN THIS HELL HOLE FOR 12 YEARS AND NO ONE COMES HERE TO SAVE ME!"

Her grip tightens as she keeps on talking. I try to get her hands off me but she is too strong. I start to see black spots in my vision.

"Miyeon, no!"

I feel the hands around my neck disappears. Hansol is keeping Miyeon unnie from me. I start to cough continuously.

All of sudden, I feel a tiny zap on my wrist then all of my body. The zap gets stronger like I'm being electrocuted. I scream loudly as the pain is too much. When the thing stops, I start to cough out blood. I feel so dizzy right now. I glare at the man who did this to me.

He grins innocently, "Oops.... Well, I don't say you can move out of your bed, right?"

"Just kill me already!" I am tired of all this! Even Miyeon unnie hates me!

"Let me think. Nah, that's too boring. Torturing you to death is more fun."

He carries my limp body to the bed. I glare at him.

"Keep on glaring and I will electrocuted you again. And honey, earlier is just the first level."

I immediately look down, avoiding his gaze. He lifts my face.

"Now where is the tough girl? All gone now, huh?"

I spat at him, "F*ck off."

Immediately I feel like my whole body being struck by a thunder. The pain is unbearable. I blacked out.

The five-year-old Ye Jin wakes up in a dark alley. Her head was throbbing painfully and her body was weak.

"Where am I?"

"Ahhhhh! My head hurts so much!"

The fragile small girl starting to walk aimlessly along the dark alley. She tried to remember her life but couldn't. As she walks out of the alley, a man approached her.

"I'm so glad you are safe, Ye Jin ah." The man hugs the little girl.

The little girl shrieks because she was hug by a stranger.

"Ahjussi, I don't know you! And who is Ye Jin??"

The man looks at the little girl with a hard look.

"You really didn't recognize me??" The man asked the little girl.

The girl shakes her head causing the headache to come back.

"Good. This will make it easier to hide you." The man mutters.

"What do you say?" Ye Jin asks.

The man then smiles, "Let me take you to your home, little one."

"Okay..."

'This ahjussi seems familiar. So I think I just follow him.' She thinks.

The man take the girl to the nearest orphanage, Happy Range Orphanage. By the time they arrive, the little girl is sleeping. The man put a note inside the the child's pocket. He also wrap the girl with his coat so that the girl wouldn't get cold. Lastly, he rings the doorbell and run away. The little girl look at the man with sleepy eyes.

"Ahjussi..."

No One's POV

Ye Jin opens her eyes and see the white ceiling. She is in the bed with her hands and legs being cuffed. It's been days since she left the bed. Those days she's been having flashbacks of her life.

Jae Hyun didn't come to the room at all. After Ye Jin was electrocuted, he didn't step into the room. Only Hansol did, to provide both girls food, water and redressing their wounds.

Miyeon had it worse. Everyday she's been dragged out of the room and come back with much more wounds. That afternoon, as usual Hansol come to bring their lunch. After that, he starts to redress Ye Jin's wounds.

"Hansol?..." For the first time in days, Ye Jin speaks out.

"Yes?"

"Why didn't he kill me yet?..." Ye Jin quaried weakly.

"I'm sure he has a good reason for that." Hansol replies smartly.

"What did he do to Miyeon unnie?" Ye Jin asks again.

"I'm sorry but I can't tell you anything about that."

"Is it that bad?..." Ye Jin asks carefully.

"It depends... on young master's mood."

Ye Jin looks at her unnie with a pity look. She thinks Miyeon didn't deserve this. The girl's body is now thinner as the day passes. She refuses to eat and just stare at the wall for hours.

That day, Ye Jin had enough of her unnie's weird behaviour. Hansol warns her to not near the girl again to avoid surprise attacks but Ye Jin just ignore it.

She learns to crawl with the cuffs around her hands and legs. She slowly but steadily approaches her fragile looking unnie.

"Unnie, kwenchana yo?"

Miyeon just spare a glance at her before continue to stare at the wall.

"Unnie, please... talk to me..." Ye Jin pleads slowly.

Miyeon looks at her with a hatred look. Ye Jin caresses her shoulder soothingly. She hisses loudly and distances herself from the cuffed girl.

"Unnie... I'm sorry for everything... If my parents didn't kill his then all of this won't happen."

Ye Jin suddenly cries as she remembers all of her past memories and the pain that Hoseok's sister must endure throughout her life. Tears continue to flow down her cheeks as she can't stop herself from crying. At last all of her own suffer in her fake life as Lee Miyeon finally comes through and hits her hard.

Miyeon looks at her cautiously before crawls nearer and hugs the crying girl. Ye Jin is surprise at first but then replies the hug as she continues to cry again.

Jhope's POV

It's been two weeks since we last saw Ye Jin. And everyday, we searched for her but to no avail. I fake a smile and laugh for the two weeks so that everyone did not worry about me cuz they know that I like her.

I always release all my stress by harming myself but I can't do that now. Yoongi hyung told me that he knew everything about it so he warned me not to or he will tell everyone about it. I can't let him do that.

Now that I know Yoongi hyung is related to Ye Jin, I start to question everything.

Is hyung still her bodyguard?

Or he's here to find his childhood friend?

Childhood friend or love interest?

I know Suga hyung also likes Ye Jin so I doubt about everything that he told me. To worsen the situation, my self-esteem is lower as I know my chance with Ye Jin is so low cuz Yoongi hyung knows everything about her. I don't even know her tragic past live if not for hyung and eomma.

You are just a piece of trash! Filthy!

You are not worth for Ye Jin!!

Suga is more fit for her!

My conciousness are getting the best of me. I... I can't control it anymore... I need to cut myself! I look at Jin hyung's knife at the kitchen. No one's at the dorm now except for me and Taehyung. And that boy is sleeping in his room. This is my chance to take the knife!!

I take out the knife from its holder, making a loud noise. I froze for a while but then V didn't come out of his room so I start to move again. I make some cuts at the left arm. I feel so relieve when I see blood come out of the cuts.

Cut more! This is not enough!

I listen to my conscience and cut more on my right arm. I start to feel dizzy. Maybe my body didn't familiar with losing too much blood in a short time like usual cuz it's been weeks since I cut myself.

I release the knife and grab the kitchen counter but my grip is too weak. I black out.

Taehyung's POV

I wake from my nap when I heard loud noises from the kitchen. I rub my eyes and look at the clock on my nightstand. It's 11.00 a.m. It's too early for this...

I spend my time last night with texting Minjoo. She's been worrying about Miyeon-- I mean Ye Jin's where abouts. I succeed in assuring her to sleep at 2 a.m. So I'm so damn tired right now.

Now I heard some crashing in the kitchen. I groan and get out of my bed to check the noise. What I see in the kitchen is making me shook so hard...

Hoseok hyung laying on the floor with some of the utensils around him. His eyes are close. He has some cuts at his left and right wrists that are full of blood.

I unconsciously kneels down as I can't feel my legs. I am so horrified to see hyung like this that I dunno what to do.

The ring of Hoseok hyung's phone bring me back to reality. I pick the phone at the kitchen counter and answer it.

"Hoseok ah, are you there?"

It's Suga hyung's voice. I gulp and shakily answer, "H-hyung...."

"Taehyung? Why are you answering Hobie's phone?"

"Hobi hyung... he... blood..."

"Sh*t! This is what I afraid of! I'll call the ambulance! I'll be there soon!" Then Yoongi hyung disconnect the call.

After the crying incident, Miyeon finally acknowledges Ye Jin's identity. She is also being protective of Ye Jin. She even hisses at Hansol when he comes to redress YeJin's wounds. Miyeon needs Ye Jin to calm her down before Hansol can do his job.

Ye Jin's presence is the one who keeps Miyeon sane. Ye Jin tells her everything that she knows about the conflict and how the world outside had change now. Miyeon slowly being herself again; the matured and calm Miyeon. But she still couldn't talk so they interact in basic only. Frequently, she just lets Ye Jin do the talking.

Ye Jin is now sharing stories about the Kims, the one who adopted her when the door is slammed roughly. Both of them startled cuz Hansol would not do that. So it means...

"Well well well. What do we have here?" The voice that Miyeon learn to hate so much echoing in the small room.

Ye Jin glares at the approaching figure; Jae Hyun.

Suga's POV

When I come back to dorm from meeting Jun, the paramedics are already carrying Hoseok to the ambulance while the rest of the members are comforting the crying Taehyung and Jimin.

"Is he okay?" I ask Jin hyung.

"I dunno about Hoseok. But I think V is traumatised with what happened. V said you called the ambulance right? So you must know what happened. All of us are outside when this happened." Jin hyung answered.

I sigh, "Alright. This maybe be a bit uncomfortable for you guys... But Hoseok's been self harming for months."

Taehyung cries harder when he heard the truth. After calming both Taehyung & Jimin down, we go to the hospital. Namjoon is already there as he comes with the ambulance.

The doctor said that he is now stable. Jin stays with Taehyung outside as the traumatised boy did not want to go inside. The rest of us go inside the room.

Jae Hyun keeps on walking towards the girls as the two glare at him. He tries to grab Ye Jin but Miyeon's hisses stops him.

He seems impress with Miyeon's action, "Wow, this just great! At last you finally respond to something! I'm so proud of you Ye Jin for making her sane again." He mocked them.

Ye Jin glares at the boy, "Don't touch unnie."

The boy simply laugh, "I need to. She will come to her master, right? " he said with a dark voice.

Ye Jin panics when Miyeon starts to move towards Jae Hyun.

"Unnie, no! You are not his slave! Don't listen to him!" Ye Jin stops Miyeon from moving.

Miyeon looks at the girl with desperate eyes. Ye Jin bit her lips as she released her grip. The older girl with to Jae Hyun. Jae Hyun pats her head as she kneels in front of him.

"Good girl, I know u made the right choice. Now don't move from this place and watch the show." Jae Hyun said.

Ye Jin feels so betrayed with Miyeon that she is in dazed when Jae Hyun grabs her hair roughly.

"Ahhhhh!!"

Miyeon, by instinct, gets up to defend her sister but kneels down again when Jae Hyun glares at her.

Ye Jin keeps on screaming in pain as the boy continue to torture her. Miyeon clench her fist in frustration. She wants to help Ye Jin but can't cuz she knows Jae Hyun will torture even more if she disobey him.

So when the boy turns his back to her, she reaches for the food tray that is left by Hansol and sneakily hit Jae Hyun's head with it.

Ye Jin looks at her with relief. Miyeon opens the unlock door. The girls finally escape the old warehouse.

No One's POV

The two girls run as fast as they can. Right behind them is the injured Jae Hyun. The girls finally run sharply to the dark alley, making they lost their kidnapper.

Miyeon looks at Ye Jin with a worried face. Ye Jin flinches when she feels the stinging wounds from the torture earlier.

"I can't run again. I think I sprained my left ankle." Ye Jin said sadly.

Miyeon nods then motion that both of them just stay here.

"Where are you, my slaves??~~~" A familiar voice startled both of them.

Miyeon grabs Ye Jin's arm and help her to walk fast. Ye Jin flinch everytime they move.

"No, unnie. You must go. I can't anymore." Ye Jin said.

Miyeon shakes her head. She keeps on dragging Ye Jin. Ye Jin stops her movement and look at her sister directly.

"Unnie, you will go now, alone. Then, you can save me later with the others, ok? I'll distract the bastard and let you escape, ok?"

Miyeon nods as tears glistening around her eyes. Miyeon just watch Ye Jin walks slowly to Jae Hyun and distract him. Miyeon escapes from the dark alley.

Hoseok's POV

My body feels hurt especially my arms. I slowly opens my eyes.

"You're finally awake." Namjoon hyung's voice startles me.

I look in front of me to see the leader. He looks at me with a worried face. Then I am suddenly being hug by the mochi.

"Hyung, please don't do anything like that again! I'm so scared!" Jimin said as he cries on my chest.

I look around me to see a gloomy face Jungkook and a dark face Suga hyung.

"You're an idiot." That one sentence from Suga hyung tells me that I f*ck up.

I look at Jimin that still sobbing on my chest. I regret cutting myself again because now everyone knows about it. I don't even want things to be like this.

You are just a burden for everyone!

"Stop thinking anything stupid!" Suga hyung shouts suddenly, making everyone startled.

"Suga, that's enough." Jin hyung that comes in with a scared Taehyung.

I shrink in fear as hyung looks at me with a scary face. Jimin hides behind Namjoon hyung. Suga hyung ignored Jin hyung.

"I have warned you, Jung Hoseok! I've warned you to not self harm again! I know you are stressed with Ye Jin's disappearance but you cannot, and absolutely would not cut yourself to relieve it! You can always tell us about it! You are not a f*cking robot that only has happy emotion in the database! Because of you, Taehyung is traumatised! Namjoon thinks he's a failure leader and Jungkook is depressed again! You are lucky the company & the public doesn't know--"

Suga hyung's phone rings interrupting his scolding. I'm so relieve but at the same time, guilty. Everyone is sad because of me.

"I'm sorry..." I mutter.

"It's okay, Hobi. Suga doesn't mean it. He just said it cuz he's stressed out with everything happening." Jin hyung comforts me.

But I know what Suga hyung said is the truth. I so dumb. Now that everyone knows... Wait!

"Did you call my mom & Jiyeon??" I ask Jin hyung in panic.

"No we don't. We know you don't want them to know, right?"

I nod.

"Wait? Are you serious?? The HQ knows where Ye Jin is??" Suga hyung outburst bring our attention.

They found Ye Jin!

"Alright. I'm on it now." Hyung hangs up.

"You guys have found Ye Jin??" I asks hyung.

"Yes. I'll go to save her on my own--"

"Absolutely not alone! I'm not letting one of my members hurt again! I'm going with you." Jin hyung interrupts.

"Us too." All of us said.

Suga hyung nods but then glares at me, "You are not going anywhere with this condition."

"But--"

"No buts!" Everyone said in unison.

"Alright, everyone let's go. Hoseok, I'll call a nurse to check up on you." Suga hyung said.

I just nod solemnly.
