RECAP :

Jhope can't take this. He pretends to be happy around the others but he failed when he sees Miyeon. Day by day, Miyeon starts to get close to Jae Hyun. He hates to see them together, even when they are just study buddies.

So he rushes to the dorm like the past days & take out his knife from the secret storage. This time he takes a bigger knife. He starts to cut his arms but the pain in his heart is still there.

So he decides to cut his body. He makes a straight line on his stomach. He still not satisfied so he cuts more. Blood starts to seep through his school uniform. Only that, he feel satisfied. He then tries to get up from the floor but failed miserably.

In the end, he drags himself to the bed & lays his head on the bed, body still on the floor as he is too tired to move. He closes his eyes as he let exhaustion take over him.

He is too tired that he didn't be careful enough.

By being careful meaning to close the door securely.

But it's too late anyway....

Cuz Suga had watch all the scenes earlier with concern & shock look.

No One's POV

The exams are over & the results are out. Jimin looks at the screen in the cafeteria where the results of the exam will appear in 5 minutes. Some students also like him, waiting for the screen. There are 4 screens around the school so that the students won't get packed to look at one screen only.

Jimin looks at his phone to check the time. It's now! He looks back at the screen to see the screen lit up by itself & start to show the results by class. When it's 11-A, Jimin looks to see Hye Ra's ranking. She is number 3. Of course, his girl is smart. He can't be more proud of her.

He looks back when his own class ranking appeared. He is number 15 out of 30 in his class but 30 out of 80 out of the whole grade 11.

'That's... a miracle!' Jimin gasps.

He never thought he have the rank above 20 in his class let alone above half of the 11th grade.

"Wow, Jimin u got number 15. U improve so much..." Namjoon said, speechless.

"Yeah, I'm so proud of u!" Jin said.

Jimin smiles widely. He looks around their table for Hye Ra, ignoring his friend's remarks.

His eyes twinkle when he sees Hye Ra. He wants to thank her for tutoring him & also to officially have her as his girlfriend.

"Unnie, u got number 1 again! Congrats!" Da Jung said to Miyeon.

"Thank you." Miyeon said politely.

"Miyeon!!!" A guy shouts Miyeon's name.

Miyeon turns around only to feel arms around her. Jae Hyun is hugging her.

Jhope stands up & walks away silently, his friends (except Suga cuz he's not with them) didn't notice him leaving cuz their attention are on Miyeon & Jae Hyun.

"Thank u for tutoring me! Thank u so much! Because of u, I got in top ten." Jae Hyun said.

Miyeon pats his back, "Yeah, I see ur rank. U got no. 5. Good job!"

"Thanks! I hope after this we still keep contact! I mean, we are friends, right?" Jae Hyun said.

"Of course we will!" Miyeon smiles a little.

"Great! I'll text u later!" He grins then walks back to his group of friends.

"Hey, what is that?" Min Joo asks.

"What?" Miyeon asks back innocently.

"U guys are sooo close." Sae Hee said teasingly.

"What's wrong with being friendly?" Miyeon said back.

"But u guys are tooo friendly~~~" Jiyeon said, joining the 'fun'.

Miyeon held her hands up, "He is just a friend."

"Yeah, right~~" Da Jung said.

Jimin just smile as he sees the girls keep on teasing Miyeon. He looks at Hye Ra to see she still looks at Miyeon. She has that.... hateful glance?

Jimin decides that he will talk to her later.

Hye Ra stares at the happy Miyeon with a hateful gaze.

'Why is she always number 1? Why can't I beat her? And now Suga also beats me. Dad is going to be angry again...' she sighs.

After school ends, Jimin runs towards Hye Ra to talk to her.

"Hye Ra!" He shouts, making the girl turns around.

"What?" She said coldly.

"I want to say thank u for tutoring me. Now I improve so much so can I be ur boyfriend?" He said shyly.

Hye Ra's eyes soften as she hear Jimin's words. She is thinking too much about her family reaction towards her result that she forgot about Jimin. She knows she really likes him cuz he is the first guy who makes her heart flutters.

So of course.... "Yes." She smile shyly.

Jimin beams. He then lifts & spins her around. Both of them are laughing.

"I am the happiest man in the world right now." He said as he let Hye Ra down.

Hye Ra just grins at him. For a second, she forgets about her problems at home.

"Park Hye Ra! What happened to u?!"

Hye Ra flinched as she hear her dad shouts at her.

"Why are ur results are so disappointing?? U got what, number 3?? No one in this family gets nothing low than no. 2. U are a humiliation! A disgrace! A shameful daughter!"

Hye Ra holds back her tears, "I'm sorry, dad...." she whispers slowly.

She jumps a bit when her dad slams her school file full of her achievements on the table.

"Go to ur room & study!" He shouts.

Hye Ra slowly bows to her father & walks to her room upstairs. On the stairs, she meets her stepmother.

She looks at Hye Ra in disgust. "U are such a humiliation, like ur father said. If only our Hye Mi is here. Hye Mi is intelligent & always know how to please us. Not like u, disrespectful brat."

Hye Ra looks down in the floor, trying to hold back her tears.

Her stepmother glares, "Now get out of my sight! I don't want to see ur disgusting face!"

Hye Ra hurriedly runs towards her room. On the way, she falls cuz if her clumsiness, scraping her knee. Her stepmother just laugh at her.

"How pathetic!" She sneers.

Hye Ra slowly lifts herself & walk into her room. When she's finally in her room, she let her tears flow.

She always know her parents hate her. They only like Hye Mi, Hye Ra's older sister. Sadly, Hye Mi passed away 2 years ago when her plane from Canada crashed when she was about to go to Korea.

Her father remarried 3 years after her mother died cuz of lung cancer. Her stepmother was nice back then but a year later, she started to show her true colours. She started to hate Hye Ra when she sees Hye Ra's exam result. She got no. 5 while her sister got no. 1. So of course her stepmother scold her. The stepmother also the one who make her dad acts cold to her.

Since then, Hye Ra work hard to gain her parent's satisfaction but all her work hard are always not be acknowledge. It got worse after her sister's death. So Hye Ra started to become a cold person since then.

Why is her life becomes like this? She just want a happy life with parents that always supports her to do what she wants. Not the cold, strict parents that she has now.

Her phone rings, making her escape from her self loathed time. She gets a message from her new boyfriend.

From : Park Jimin.

Hey, Hye Ra! I just want to know if u got home safely. Do u? What to do?? I miss u already~~ ♡

Hye Ra smiles as she read Jimin's message.

'At least I got a little happiness in my life.' She thinks as she replies back Jimin's message.

Suga's POV (For the first time in forever~)

I can't stop thinking about the horrified scene, even when that was 2 weeks ago. I start to observe Jhope since then. I begin to notice the fake smiles & laugh. It's all fake.

I wonder why he is acting like this.

'Shouldn't he be happy after dating Miyeon?' I thought.

So I decide to confront him. The others are out, celebrating that exams are over. Jhope said he is not feeling well so he won't join the fun. I think this is my opportunity to talk to him.

So I said to my friends that I won't go cuz I want to recover back the sleep that I don't have last week because of exam. After succeed to assure them to go without me & Jimin complaining, "But u still sleeps before us during the exam week!" (Seriously, this kid can't live without teasing me.) I walk to Jhope's room.

I open the door slowly. I look inside to see it's dark. Once my eyes start to get familiar with the darkness, I was surprised to see Jhope holding a knife. He won't see me cuz he is back facing me.

I walk to him & grab his hand that is holding the knife. He looks at me in shock.

"H-hyung..."

I look at him in concern, "Why are u doing this?"

Jhope just look at the floor, not telling anything.

I sigh, "Please, Hoseok. U need to tell me so that I can help u."

In the end, he tells me.

"Miyeon doesn't want to be with me anymore. She didn't even tell me why. And now she is with that new kid right after what our confrontation. It's like she doesnt care about me in the first place. It hurts, hyung..." Jhope said as he cries.

I comforts him by hugging & let him cry on my shoulder.

Why is Miyeon doing this? I thought Jhope will be the one who hurt her but it's the opposite. I never thought Miyeon is like this. She had changed.... No, I shouldn't jump to conclusion. I know she is not that heartless. I need to investigate this matter, for both of their happiness.

No One's POV

Hye Ra wakes up on the next day with a big smile. Last night, Jimin & her wouldn't stop texting each other until 2 a.m. She is so glad that Jimin is her boyfriend cuz she would not be depress again because of his presence.

She eats breakfast alone cuz her parents are already go to work.

"Young mistress, the car is ready." The chauffeur said.

Hye Ra nods, still smiling as she remembers last night texts. All the workers are surprise to see her smile cuz she never smile after her sister's death.

When she arrives at school she is welcome by Jimin with a hug. He nuzzle in her shoulder,

"I miss u..." he said.

She smiles a little. She misses him too but she can't be cheesy & all cuz she has a reputation to keep. The ice princess.

"Yeah, okay. Now release me." She said in her monotonous voice.

Jimin pouts, "That's not what u told me yesterday."

Hye Ra just looks down, blushing as she remembers last night. She bluntly told him she missed him first. Then Jimin told he missed her too. And the cheesy talks continued...

Jimin holds her chin to make her look at him.

"Aw, is my girl blushing?" He teases her.

Her face starts to get more red. She just glares at him.

"Okay, I'll stop only if u give me a kiss on my lips." He smirks.

Hye Ra scowl at him but give him what he wanted. Jimin surprises her by deepening the kiss.

"Gah! My eyes!!! My innocent eyes!!!"

"Eekkk! Jimin is kissing Hye Ra unnie!"

"As expected from the pervert Jimin."

"U guys are dating?!"

Hye Ra is the one who release the kiss first cuz she is embarrass. Jimin just give them a cocky grin.

Hye Ra quickly runs to her locker to avoid her friend's teasing. Jimin tries to chase her but gets held back by his hyungs. Hye Ra smiles as she reaches her locker.

'I know I made the right choice to be his girlfriend. Just wait when I am 18, I will get out of the house & live happily with my boyfriend. Also chases my dream as a singer.'

Miyeon is nervous. She is now walking to the familiar cafe. Today is the first time since three weeks that she meets Jun. She takes a deep breath before enters the cafe, unaware of someone following her.

Jhope is following Miyeon. She is meeting the blonde guy again.

'What's their relationship anyway?' He thinks.

He follows her inside the cafe, sitting at a table behind them. He wears his hoodie to hide his face.

"Yo!" Jun greets her.

Miyeon just wave back.

"So how are u?"

"Still the same..."

Jun asks, "Is it really hard to forget him?"

Miyeon sighs heavily, "Yeah. It's not everyday that the person u like is ur own brother."

'What?' Jhope thinks.

"Poor him too cuz he doesn't know the real reason of why I avoid him." She continues.

'She's talking about me? I am her real brother? What is this??' Jhope thinks.

"U need to tell him soon. It's not great when we are left in the dark."

Miyeon sighs again, "I know but... I can't. Jhope really likes me. What will he do if he realises that the one he likes is his own twin sister?"

Well... it's too late anyway. Cuz now Jhope rushes out of the cafe after hearing the shocking truth.

"I think I should confirm this with Mrs Jung. There is hope that he is not my brother."

"Miyeon..." Jun looks at her softly.

"I know, Jun but I have to. I need to confirm it. Yes, there still some hope."

"Okay, Yeonnie but please be careful..."

"Alright..."

"Oh Miyeon, Jiyeon is not here, so did Hoseok." Mrs Jung said.

"It's okay, Mrs Jung. I just want to talk to u." She said, politely.

Mrs Jung let her in. She gives Miyeon an orange juice & sit in front her.

"So what do u want to talk about?" Mrs Jung asks.

"I...I..."

'Damn.... why can't I just ask her??' She thinks.

"Miyeon?"

'Maybe.... cuz I'm afraid... Yeah, face it, Lee Miyeon. U are scared to hear from Mrs Jung that she is ur mother!' She thinks again.

"Miyeon, u okay?"

"Yes, Mrs Jung."

"So what is it?"

Miyeon takes a deep breath then looks at Mrs Jung.

"Am I ur daughter?"

Mrs Jung seems shock & hesitate to answer. But before she can answer, Miyeon's phone rings. She excused herself to look at her phone. It's a message. She is shock to read the message.

Miyeon, u need to get to the school rooftop now! Jhope is trying to jump from the building!
