"Dake keep on going there is a gas station just a few blocks away." Lex said.

"And as for where we are going I would direct you to the place so all you need do is keep on driving, because we are not sure if the goons that were after us lost track of us"

We drove for ten minutes before finally seeing a gas station.
Dake came down and bought gas that would last us for sometimes and got back into the car.
Since Lex claimed to know where we were going, there was no need for the GPS anymore so we disabled it.

We drove in silence for about fourty five minutes with only Lex directing Dake on the turns to take.

"Stop, stop,!! we are here" she said

I didnt even notice I had been asleep for the drive and on hearing her words my eyes flew open, only for me to see a house that looked ancient and abandoned.

The house was plastered with bricks and the doors looked classy but yet ancient.

The house had a lot of dust and dead leaves around it because it looked abandoned.

"OK guys step down from the car, and follow me into the house."
While Dake drives the car to the back and parks it there."

"Aha Dake there is a car cover somewhere at the back and I would like you to use it in order not to draw any attention to ourselves."

"OK Lex!. he answered

Lex brought out a key and I began to wonder what this place was.
We all entered inside.
Soon after Dake joined us, Lex locked the doors.

"We are safe here for some days before here also becomes a target. Lex said

"This house is big enough and it can contain everyone", she said.

There were three rooms down stairs and two rooms up stairs.
The inside of the house was surprisingly cleaner than the outside, meaning that someone purposely left the outside dirty.

We all gathered in the sitting room which had a large tv.
We turned it on to help our minds deviate from what was going on. But we had to switch off all the light and keep the volume low and also bring down all the curtains to avoid being caught.

"Lindsay can I speak to you privately?", Dake whispered into my ear.

I stood up and he gestured me upstairs.
We entered one of the rooms and slightly closed the door.
He began

" I can't even imagine what you and your siblings are going through , worst of all you."

"I just wanted to tell you that I am with you ever step of the way."

And at that moment I almost forgot why we broke up.

I started to cry and all the tears I had been holding back were finally released. He consoled me and my head was on his chest and at that moment I looked into his eyes and I saw the guy I once liked and dated.

Our eyes met and so did our lips he made the first move but my lips were already dancing to the beat he was playing.
but then I pulled away.
"Dake",

I said as I wiped the tears from my eyes

"This isn't the time for this and have you forgotten that we aren't together anymore?!"

"But I just wanted to show"....

"Stop!

"I appreciate you showing your concern! and all that you have done for me, I don't know how to repay you, but this isn't the time for this and I am not ready to remember or rekindle what we once had " so please, leave I want to be alone!!!!

"But Lindsay"

"Leave" I shouted
as tears rolled out continuously from my eyes.

He stood up and gently walked away without another word.

I began sobbing uncontrollably and I fell asleep.

"Lindsay?wake up Lindsay' I have to show you guys something "

I opened my eyes only to see Lex leaning over me and tapping me slightly
I sat up and cleared my blurry vision

"Come, follow me!"

I followed Lex downstairs to see everyone standing around the stairs anxiously expecting me to come down.

I was directly behind Lex and she led us into a library and shut the door or so we thought.
She then sat on the classy office like desk and table and typed a code into what looked like a landline, only for us to hear a sound beside us as we turned 45° in less than a second, and behold we saw all the types of guns there were, two armored suits with Arcania boldly written on it, they were different badges for both Jack and Livvie.

"What is all this? "
Liam asked as he was about to step into the room which was made with entirely glass.

"STOP!!!"

Lex shouted and Liam quickly withdrew his steps

She walked towards a security alarm system and entered a code and although we didn't see it there were lasers every where and I don't mean normal lasers, those lasers you hear about in the movies that are able to cut any part of your body that comes in contact with it.

"Can I go in now?"

Liam asked curiously

"Yeah sure but don't remove anything from its place." Lex said

"What are these for?" Asked Jenny

'Well dear these are the weapons your parents And I use on our missions."

"Wait what did you just say?"I asked in disbelief

"YOU ARE AN ASSASSIN TOO?"

"Yeah I am Lindsay" I work for your parents, she began to say.

"A year after the birth of Liam and Jenny ,your parents haven't actually gone on a mission"

"So you mean to say that this is what you all are involved in?

"Going around killing innocent people!!!

Jenny shouted as tears rolled down her eyes .

"Dear, calm down!" Lex said

"Don't touch me,you filthy murderer" Jenny shouted and I was surprised cause she took the words right out of my mouth.

"No dear Listen!!!" Lex shouted and everyone was forced to look at her.

"We have to do it, we have no choice."

"Our leader Germain was like our father, and he trained us up in a way that if we ever betrayed him we would pay with our lives and so we had no choice."

"Germain was not aware of Jack and Livvie keeping the child of one of their worst enemies, if not they would have been dead a long time ago and that is why they were very meticulous and careful in their doings, up until last week when 'Jacinth' found out and sent a word to Germain and that is why your parents are in grave danger." "And so am I" she added. .

"I am an accomplice in all this and they wont rest until they know that every single person aware of what is going on DIES!!!"

The word echoed in my ears and I just realized that my friends were in grave danger and would probably die with all of us.
Every girl in the room had tears roll down their eyes and the guys well, they were just being guys.

After what we had heard and saw all I wanted to do was go up to my room and think but I was also surprisingly hungry because I just realised that it was already 8:00 pm.

Lex, Lina, Miriam, Jenny and I went into the kitchen and there were food stuffs in there enough to last us a whole week.

We started preparing something to eat while the guys continued switching between channels in the living room when we heard Luke call out

"Guys, you should really come and see this."

We all rushed from the kitchen only for us to see the pictures of Luke, Miriam, Dake, and Lina on the TV set.
They had been reported missing because their parents had no idea where they were and it was already three day since they had been missing.
The police has been on the watch and at every check point in Chelsea they were cops every where and on the look out.
The sad part is none of us might make it out of this horror movie ALIVE!!! ...
