I know this chapter is very short and a bit boring but it's important for the next ones.

 "Let's go eat first," Hailee says. We're lucky enough to find a free table in one of the many full restaurants here.

"So, we should buy you a dress for Sunday's party," Hailee says after we ordered.

"Who said I'm coming, and even if I was why would I buy a dress to a party where I know nobody"

"Well there's me and there's hot Ryan. And trust me he's more than enough." I think about what Hailee said, Did Ryan really liked me? Should I go to the party? And won't be weird to go to a stranger's party in a house full of more strangers than I could? I really don't feel like going, but Hailee has been trying to convince me to go. She said that it will be a good change for her or maybe a chance to meet someone new, not that she needs any of these, but I guess she was running out of reasons. I didn't promise her anything but I didn't say no either.

"Ok, alright, I'm going," I say fast before I change my mind.

"Yay, I promise you we'll have a good time. And you know everything is fun when I'm around."

"well yes, this I can't deny."

We're heading to Hailee's favorite store. I turned off her suggestion of me buying a dress but she said she wanted to buy one for herself anyway.

"What do you think of this dress?" she showed me a two inches blue dress.

"Well if you're planning on changing your name to 'Hailee the stripper' then yes" She chuckles and put it down. "Let's just go there's nothing in here," I glance a white beautiful dress "Or not-Haileeeee!".

"wha-oh wow!"

"I guess you found your dress"

She tries the dress on, and it fits her perfectly it stands just a little above her knees with no straps. She looks gorgeous in this dress.

We almost went to every store in the mall, and I'm very tired. I bought few things though. But Hailee is drowning in bags.

"There wasn't a lot of beautiful stuff actually," Hailee says and I look at her shocked or probably confused.

"Are you kidding me, two minutes ago you were about to buy the hall mall. You fell in love with everything you touched!" She laughs amused at my response.

"Yeah well, you should've bought a dress"

"I really don't want to, and I don't feel the need to. I'll just wear something I have"

"Well yeah, you got no choice now do you?" She says using her very known sarcastic tone.

"Just drop me here at the grocery store"

"Are you sure Em, your place is still a little far. I can wait here you till you're done and then I'll drive you-"

"No need really" I interrupt her "and I don't mind walking, in fact I would like to walk a little."

"Who are you and what have you done to the Emily I know. Since when you're a fan of walking?"

"Well since now. Now GO!"

Since there were few people that didn't take long. On my way home, I wonder what my mother is doing right now. She's the closest person to me from back home. We talk almost every day, I should call her when I get home. And on this thought, I see a white light, a crushing sound and then nothing....
