The way back went through comfortable silence. I enjoyed the ride and I especially enjoyed Jason's company.

Just after few minutes of us entering the house, Hailee came and she directly threw herself at me. Like I was lying for being okay and she couldn't believe that I'm fine. Of course, her jaw dropped when she saw Jason and his hotness and I can't blame her.

For Jason, as the sweet and thoughtful gentleman he is, he left the house to leave me and Hailee some privacy and I can't thank him enough for that.

"So you wake up and you found yourself in a hot guy's house with him naked in the kitchen. You should absolutely give me your luck potion!" Hailee says after I've finished telling the story.

"Luck potion? Like seriously Hailz after all what I've been telling you all you could recall is me finding Jason naked the kitchen!"

"Yes because I'm wandering when is this ever going to happen to me. But seriously though, I really wish I could come with you to the hospital Tuesday, but like I said I can't cancel this work trip, me and some colleagues have been working on this for months and... You know, on second thought, I really think I should be with you so I'll find an excuse and I'll-"

"What? No Hailz, no need really. And Jason will be there anyways so I won't be alone after all. And I promise you I'll keep you in touch"

"With details?"

"With details," I say with a smile.

"So what's the deal with hot Jason?"

"What do you mean?"

"Oh come on Em, you're not fooling me, I know when you're lying"

"You know I'm really a good liar when I need to be, I can be really convincing"

"Yeah right. So are you going to start telling me or you think I should ask Jason personally"

"Ok-ok fine, God I really don't know, it's been just almost 24hours that we know each other, and half of this time I was asleep"

"Well, there's something called love at first sight, Some people find their soul mates from just one look, a smile or a word, that's all it takes" My heart skips a beat when she says the word 'love'.

"Oh please like I should believe this, we're not living in fairytales, this is the real life, and there's no such thing. It's all lies. And why are we even talking about Love anyway?"

"If you say so. But depending on the way Jason looks at you, I can't say the same thing"

"Like what?"

"like he won his prize or he found something that he has been forever looking for,"

"I really like your imagination Hailz" I say in a sarcastic way, secretly hoping that what she said is true.

"Yeah right, And you too actually!"

"WHAT? No way, I don't even like him"

"Seriously Em, of all the lies you can come up with, you found this one. I mean the guy is impossible not to like"

"Ok yes, I may have exaggerated a little bit" Hailee rolls her eyes at me and I neglect her to continue "but I mean even if I did like him, nothing can happen and nothing will happen"

"Why not?"

"I-I don't know, I think he's just not-"

"Don't you dare tell me another lie. Like 'he's not really my type' or 'right now he's not what I'm looking for', because if you do I will choke you with my bare hands and I mean it" Hailee says imitating me and I burst into laughter because that was exactly what I was going to say.

"I'm pretty sure I don't sound like that" Hailz laughs along with me.

"Just tell me that you'll think about it Em, there's nothing to lose, just give it a chance" her facial expressions turns to serious now. I say nothing, I would love to give it a chance, he's been so sweet to me and so caring, but I'm not even sure he likes me like that or at all. And most of all I'm afraid. I still haven't fully recovered from The heartbreak. And I'm not planning on going through the same thing. No one in the world deserves that pain.

"Em..." Hailee says getting me out of my thoughts

"Yes!"

"It's been three years since your story with Max. You should really forget about it now, It's time"

"I know, you're right"

"Anyway, I should go. Ah, by the way, are you coming tomorrow or not?" Hailee asks. God, I totally forgot about the party.

"I really don't know, I should go first to my house to get me some clothes and then I'll see"

"Anyways keep me in touch, so that if you're coming we'll go together. And I really hope you will"

"I'll think about it, I promise."
