Cat Blanc ran past her, making her stop running as he extends his sharp steel claws, angry at her for lying and breaking the rules.

"You've been a bad little bug. What kind of lady abuses her cat?!" Cat Blanc snarled.

"Kitty please!" Ladybug got really scared.

"I will see you suffer as I have suffered!" Cat Noir grits his teeth. Ladybug remembered the alternative Blanc that the akuma was in his bell but wasn't sure it was the same here.

"This isn't you, Cat!" Ladybug backs away.

"It now is. I'm going to destroy you!" He strikes at her, "Don't bother trying to escape me!"

"I'm sorry for being selfish at you!" Ladybug ran.

"Everything from you is built on lies! LIES!" Cat Blanc yelled.

"I never lied!" Ladybug jumps to the roof.

"You've been distanced from me for too long! You never explained it to me! You mistreated me!" Cat Blanc leaps after her. At one point he managed to strike at her with his claws.

Ladybug saw he has drawn blood from her, not even the suit can protect her.

"The world will know that Ladybug is the real monster here!" He approaches her.

"Shadow Moth akumatized you! He's the monster!" Ladybug jumped to the next roof.

"He no longer pulls the strings on me!" Cat Blanc charged a cataclysm.

Every hit he threw at her, it only hit the buildings, including the Arc de Triomphe.

"I can't let him destroy the moon!" Ladybug thought.

"Come out, bugabrat! There's no use in hiding!" Cat Blanc crawling on all fours.

Ladybug was hiding behind some bush, holding her wound, "He's too strong and this is all my fault" She thought with tears in her eyes.

"COME OUT LADYBUG! DON'T BE A COWARD!" Cat Blanc shouted.

"All right! Then I have all the time in the world to destroy and turn people into white cats!" Cat Blanc laughed evilly.

Hearing this Ladybug got up and threw her yoyo around him to restrain him, "NOT A CHANCE!" She hurled him to the ground.

"AAAGH!" He crashed to the ground.

"I will not let you destroy the world!" Ladybug said with determination.

"The world abandoned me! Just like you did to me!" Cat Blanc hissed.

"It's not too late!" Ladybug struggled to keep him tied up.

"Don't play with my feelings! I had enough neglect in my life!" Cat Blanc thrashing aggressively to get free.

"I'm not! There's still good in you!" Ladybug threw him into the bushes.

"I'm sorry I was pushing you away but I was trying to be a good guardian!" She yelled.

"You are a terrible one! You're a failure. Ladybug! And will always be one!" Cat Noir got up and took his staff out.

"If he keeps it up, I can't pick myself up! Ugh!" She clutched her side.

"We are still teenagers, milady! Your love for that boy is called obsession! Your blindness for love makes you do stupid things! You don't care what people feel!" Cat Blanc snarled.

"Then perhaps I should let him go! Lucky charm!" Ladybug used her lucky charm and out came a cute cat plushie, "A cat plushie?" She looks at it.

"Really Ladybug?" Cat Blanc baffled, "A cat plushie? So ridiculous!" He laughed.

Ladybug tries to figure out what to do with the plushie against Cat Blanc, "Such a coward you are, beetle!" Cat Blanc snarled.

"Kitty, this is for you" Ladybug tried to reason with him.

"I'm too old for stuffed animals! I'll let you live but I will get my revenge!" Cat Blanc retreated and jumps to the roof to find an abandoned place to survive.

"Miraculous Ladybug!" She tossed the plushie up to repair all the damage, including healing her wound. She looks on sadly and headed her way home slowly.

Cat Blanc found a rat and savagely ate it like a wild animal, tearing the flesh off with his teeth, "HRRRRRGH!!! Food" He snarled.

So hungry that his rage made him feel like this, especially when it comes to being very savage. There was one place to go to and it's his princess but he knows that she'll be scared of him. Right after many saw the battle between him and Ladybug.

He looks at his reflection in the puddle and just swats at it, "I've really become a beast" He now felt truly alone and broken.

The akuma was now hidden within and there was no way to get it out. He felt really hungry, he jumped to the roof to head to the bakery. But once he was close, he again hesitated if his princess saw him or even her parents. Little did he know, Marinette was in the room removing every picture of Adrien after what he said to her, that her crush is a mere distraction.

"Cat Blanc was right, my love only causes bad things to happen!" Marinette threw the pictures into the bin.

She heard a thud on the roof, guessing that it's Cat Blanc since he has nowhere to go, "Oh no!" Marinette gasps and hides. Luckily the miracle box was hidden. She heard the lock pick and he managed to get inside, landing on the loft bed, feeling exhausted and hungry.

"AAAAH! Don't hurt me!" Marinette screamed.

"I'm not. Sheesh," Cat Blanc jumped down and clutched his growling stomach, stumbled to the chaise to sit down.

"Y-You're hungry, are you? Let me get you something. Wait here" Marinette hurriedly ran downstairs.

The white feline saw the photos of his civilian form in the trash bin, "Wow, Marinette has moved on" He thought.

Soon he heard her come back up, "I brought you some croissants" She handed them to him. Blanc grabbed some of them and ate them eagerly.

"Poor kitty. What happened to you?" Marinette asked nervously.

"I got akumatized by Shadow Moth but I broke free from his control" Cat Blanc said.

"Is it because of negative emotions?" She asked.

"Yes. I'm done with Ladybug distancing away from me with the team and messing up all the time, repeating mistakes, and so forth. She's not fit being a guardian" Cat Blanc said.

"No human is perfect, kitty. It's how life is and we can't always be perfect at anything" Marinette said as the white feline finished his snack.

"Is that why you gave up on him?" Cat Blanc gestured to the thrown-away pictures.

"Yes, I don't think he and I would end up together," Marinette said.

The feline raised a brow. Could this mean he was oblivious that he didn't see she was in love with him?

"I've tried so many times but I keep doing it wrong," Marinette said.

"No offense but perhaps you're just not ready, princess. We are still teenagers and we got a lot more growing up to do when the moment comes" Cat Blanc said and grabs another croissant.

"You may be right about that one. I'm surprised you still have your regular personality being all white and blue eyes" Marinette replied.

"True but the reason I didn't harm you is because you did nothing to upset my life" Cat Blanc said and ate his croissant.

"I understand" Marinette sat next to him, twiddling her thumbs, "If Ladybug can't help him, maybe her civilian self can" She then thought of an idea.

"Do you really hate her?" She asked.

"I don't know if by hate but it's like I'm useless to her. She'll never understand the meaning of friendship and love. Even if she doesn't love me but she never gave me a chance. All she cares about is finding Shadow Moth" Cat Blanc growled lowly.

"It's like she's determined to defeat him," Marinette said.

"Yes, but it won't be easy to find him," Cat Blanc said and gets up from the chaise and looks at the mirror, "Her way is always the hero's way. Like the time she almost got Mayura's miraculous but she chose to save me. No matter how close we get them, we fail. That's another reason why she talks too much instead of focusing on claiming the miraculous"

"You're not going to kill her, are you?" Marinette asked in worry and the feline villain didn't say anything because it's not her business to know.

"Never mind" She changed the subject.

"I'll sleep on your balcony. I'm too wild and dangerous" Cat Blanc jumped up to the loft bed and out the trapdoor.

Marinette just stood there in sadness, seeing the monster she created, "It seems Ladybug has to be away for a while or else more life will be lost" She thought and lay on her bed, crying over her biggest mistake.
