At the hospital, Cat Noir was unconscious on the hospital bed and his heart was normal on the monitor.

"He's gonna be fine, right, Doc?" Ladybug asked the doctor.

"His vitals are normal" The doctor said.

"Thank god" Ladybug said.

She can't believe how muscular he gotten, especially those pecs and abs made him like a feline god, "Oh my" Ladybug almost swooned.

But then she looked worried, if Cat Noir is still furious at her. She hoped that he still has love in his heart like he always has whenever he flirts or calls her milady.

"Kitty, I hope you hear me. But you were right about me, I was careless, selfish and all too focused on defeating Shadow Moth over my own feline partner and not calling you for help in the team these last few weeks. I'm truly a terrible guardian and you have every right to be mad at me. I just didn't want you to be a rampaging akumatized villain. I miss the cheerful kitty with his puns and humor" Ladybug held his hand.

The heart monitor was still beeping and the feline was breathing normally.

"I'm sorry for everything, Kitty" Ladybug finished and puts the magical charm that is white with light blue spots on his chest.

"Mmmmm Mi.....Milady?" Cat Noir groaned.

"Cat Noir?" Ladybug looks up.

"What the hell happened?" Cat Noir asked.

"You were akumatized, Kitty" Ladybug replied.

He looked at the TV oh himself akumatized and he grabbed the remote and turned it off, "Just great. Now I have to live with that nightmare" He said sarcastically.

"I did everything to save you from dying from the akuma" Ladybug clinged on him.

Cat Noir was surprised by the sudden affection from her, "You did?" Cat Noir was confused.

"Yes, I couldn't bear to lose you" Ladybug buries her face in his chest, "You've made me open my eyes on all mistakes and screwups I've done and how important you really are" Ladybug said.

Cat Noir raised a brow. Like the other times she apologizes, does she really mean it or is she only saying that just to make him feel better and go back to being secretive again? But he saw how hurt she was in her eyes and full of regret was genuine.

"No more secrets to be kept away from you. I understand if you won't forgive me, I truly don't deserve it" Ladybug teared up.

Still confused, Cat Noir just kept looking at her.

"You were right as Blanc. It was my fault for taking over as guardian over Master Fu. This duty is something I really wish I could undo it. As Blanc you really stopped Shadow Moth for once by turning him into a cat. I'm ready to sacrifice my memories and my role as Ladybug. This is the end" Ladybug said, ready to leave.

"Ladybug, wait! You can't just give up like that! Paris needs us!" Cat Noir said.

"After all we went through? I'm no hero, I'm a screw up and I can't do something right! We haven't even stopped Shadow Moth now that he's human again!" Ladybug broke down.

"Calm down, Milady! Don't let him sense your negative energy!" Cat Noir tries to calm her down.

He couldn't stand up but for her to listen to his voice, "I'm sorry I was obnoxious to you. I just couldn't bear to feel empty inside"

"And I'm truly sorry for pushing you away, my own partner" Ladybug again clinged onto him.

"You mean it?" Cat Noir wasn't sure.

"I mean it, Kitty" Ladybug replied.

"And I deeply apologize for pulling your arm out from your socket" Cat Noir said.

"I kind of deserved it" Ladybug said.

"Tell me the truth, milady. Am I really not good enough or am I just a screwup? I know being guardian is hard but you can't always do everything alone" Cat Noir said.

"You are good enough. It's just you jump into action in a fight before a plan can be made. And you're right, I can't do it alone" Ladybug replied in her most honest answer, "Unless, would you like to be the secondary guardian?"

"As in co-guardian?" Cat Noir asked, removing the hooks off his chest and held the magical charm.

"Yes, to make things easier and thus we'll be closer than ever" Ladybug said.

"I'll accept your offer, Milady" Cat Noir held her hand.

"I, Ladybug, guardian of the miracle box, declare Cat Noir to be my co-guardian" Ladybug declared.

With the miracle box, it's lower half became black with green paw marks.

"And I, Cat Noir solemnly swear to protect Paris as hero and co-guardian" Cat Noir said.

"That's my good kitty" Ladybug scratched his chin.

"Let's promise to never fight each other again" Cat Noir purred, "Promise me that you won't be so stubborn and secretive again" He added.

"I promise you no more secrets. Except our identities until the time is right" Ladybug said.

"And the next time you're stressed out, please come and talk to me" Cat Noir said.

"Very well. And you're still my favorite" Ladybug said and kissed him on the cheek.

"Meow. Milady is growing claws" Cat Noir flirted but then saw that she's blushing at the sight of his exposed pecs and abs, "Like what you see?"

"Mmmhmm" Ladybug couldn't help but touch his chest.

"Meow, you like my abs" Cat Noir flirted.

"Yeah, like you always say, purrfect" Ladybug smirked.

After getting checked out from the hospital, Ladybug used miraculous ladybug to fix up the damage. Cat Noir went home and detransformed just in time, heading to the front gates of his mansion.

"It's me Adrien, I'm here" He pressed the intercom.

The gates open up as Adrien heads to the main doors of the mansion, "Well, still back to the boring life" He sighs under his breath.

He heads upstairs to his bedroom, not in the mood to speak to his father since he shows no care at all.

"On the bright side, Ladybug has made me the secondary guardian and promised no more secrets" He said to Plagg.

"I've been in the rings for days" Plagg said.

"And I don't remember anything from being akumatized. Agh!" Adrien was spooked by the white feline man standing next to him.

"I'm not exactly here, I just came from your mind. I'm Cat Blanc" Cat Blanc said.

"You! You terrorized Paris in my body" Adrien recognized him from TV.

"Of course. You won't get rid of me that easy. You and your lady may have made up and shared guardianship but you can't escape me" Blanc said.

Adrien sees he has no shadow and no reflection, which means Blanc was never here at all. Just from his mind.

"No matter how much you mock me, I won't be akumatized again" Adrien crossed his arms.

"What could happen if Ladybug got akumatized? She goes from lucky to unlucky" Blanc made a cruel joke.

"You leave my lady out of this! I don't care what kind of twisted mouth you say but you're just my dark side" Adrien glared.

"Maybe so, but I'll be haunting you" Blanc taunted him.

"You can haunt me all you want but I don't fear you" Adrien held his magical charm.

"That depends, Adrien. If you can remain sane for long" Blanc chuckled.

Adrien went through him like a ghost and went to his closet, "I dealt with isolation and it never broke me"

"You only delay the inevitable" Blanc soon vanished.

"Well what do you know, I'm starving" Plagg changed subject.

"Here you go Plagg" Adrien hands him some cheese.
