"Gene, we need to get (Y/n)," I said.

"Woman, we're trying," Gene said

"Try harder."

"Then help us."

"No, I want her to be shocked when she sees me." We both smirk. 

"As you wish darling."

"Oh, and Gene?" He turns to look at me. "Don't die out there." He nods and leaves. "Oh, just you wait (Y/n), I'm coming~! HAHAHAHAHAHAHAHA!"

~(Y/n)'s P.O.V.~

I sat on the bed right after Aphmau gave her speech. I heard of the Phoenix Alliance, I think it's a good idea. Cadenza comes up to me and everyone gets quiet. They most likely were wondering 'what is Cadenza going to do'. "Hello Lord Cadenza," I said to her. She slaps me across the face and people gasp. I chuckle and rub my cheek.

"I needed that." I look at her. She crosses her arms and walks away. I get up also and walk away. I didn't want anyone to ask me what just happened. I walk over to Alexis, who was at the gate. I stand next to her and I could see she was blushing. Weird.

"Hey Alexis, you ok?" I ask her.

"Yeah, just fine." She muttered and I left the topic alone. I hear Aphmau talking and I turn around. I see her walking with Laurence. Huh? Aphmau gives me the look 'follow us' and I nod. I follow them and walk behind them. Aphmau talks a little on the way, what is going on. Laurence stands next to me.

"We're going to the Irene portal to get put friend Garroth back," Laurence told me. I nod, understanding. I knew about Garroth. I knew him when I was younger, but he ran away so he didn't have to marry a random girl. In a second, we are at this white portal. I stand behind Aphmau with Laurence. First, Aphmau tries walking through it. Laurence and Aphmau try many things while I just look at it. It looks..... Like I've seen it before.....

"Irene, this is not going to work." Said a woman with black hair, red eyes. A white portal was in front of them.

"Lady Mioki, why don't you have any faith in me?" A woman with black hair, hazel eyes.

"Faith is a human trait, I'm no human Irene." The other woman doesn't say anything. "I guess you need to put your hands together in front of the portal." The other woman did just that. A white light happens.

I shake my head and look around. What did I just see? Why did I see that? "Um, Aphmau I guess you should try to put your hands together in front of the portal," I say and Aphmau nods. Aphmau does what I said. The portal starts to sparkle and a white light happens. Aphmau goes to it, then she gets pushes back. She falls to the ground, passed out. Black and purple stuff all over her. "APHMAU!" Laurence and I yell, running over to her.

Night falls, I pace back and forth in the tree house. Katelyn next to me, arms crossed. I run my hand through my hair. "Why do you care so much?" Katelyn snarls at me. My eyes widen and tears come to my eyes.

~Flash Back~

"Why do you care so much?" Marry asked me.

"Because I'm your older brother/sister." I told her. Ash crossed her arms and walks upstairs.

T-The last words from my sister. I look at Katelyn and her eyes soften. "(Y/n), are you ok?" She asks. I walk out of the room. Zane, Ivy, and I are the only ones who know about Marry. Zane is dead though. I walk away and walk into the Old Phoenix Drop.

I sigh, Zane used to sing that to me. I let it all out, I cry my heart out.

~Laurence's P.O.V.~

I look at my sister, wondering why she slapped (Y/n) this morning. "... As long as your happy Laurence, I'll let you be with her/him." Cadenza said.

"Huh?" I ask her.

"I see the way to look at her/him, the way you talk with her/him. You love her/him. Go to her/him, make her/him smile, make her/him happy." She said.

"Bye guys, be save," I tell Laurence, Katelyn, Aphmau. They nod at me.

"Lady/Sir (Y/n), you know they will always be safe in my walls!" Cadenza yelled at me.

"Are you sure about that?" I ask her, a smug look on my face. Cadenza gets mad at me and runs after me. I run away, with her following me, laughing.
