AUTHOR'S NOTE: Welcome to this fic! I came up with the idea after watching Justice League Dark and sort of rolling with it. Comments and votes are always appreciated! I hope you enjoy the story.

CAST OF CHARACTERS
EMILY CONSTANTINE

Emily is the daughter of John Constantine and Zatanna Zatara. When she was three months old, her mother left her with her father in order to protect her from an evil demon who was chasing her. Her father raised her on his own in London. Emily is now fifteen years old.

Emily is as snarky and sarcastic as her father. They are exceptionally close. She has inherited magic from both of her parents and is very skilled.

JOHN CONSTANTINE

John is skilled in working with dark magic, demons, and the mystical arts. He's a snarky alcoholic with a lot of angst and a damned soul, but he tries to help the good guys when they need him. Zatanna was the love of his life. He is extremely close to their daughter, Emily, who he raised on his own.

BARBARA GORDON-GRAYSON

Barbara has been known as both Batgirl and Oracle. The daughter of the former police commissioner is brilliant and skilled with technology. She's also quite agile. She was paralyzed by the Joker for a few years but regained her ability to walk after an experimental treatment. Barbara has PTSD from the attack, but she doesn't let her stop her from doing the right thing. She is married to Dick Grayson and they have twin children, Bobby and Dani.

DANIELLA "DANI" GORDON-GRAYSON

Dani is the brilliant daughter of Barbara Gordon-Grayson and Dick Grayson. There's nothing she can't figure out, and she's a skilled hacker. She is highly practical and tries to be the voice of reason for her twin brother, Bobby. Dani is fourteen years old.

Although people write her off as a nerdy bookworm, Dani's actually very agile and knows how to fight. She's not afraid of a challenge and tries to live her life fearlessly.

ROBERT "BOBBY" GORDON-GRAYSON

Bobby is the son of Barbara Gordon-Grayson and Dick Grayson and the twin brother of Dani. He is fourteen years old. He is funny, loves bad puns, and often reminds people of his father. Bobby tends to be overly impulsive and sometimes acts without thinking. He is swift, agile, and skilled in a fight.

Bobby is traumatized because he watched several of his friends die in a freak accident when he was nine. He acts goofy and carefree most of the time, but that pain runs deep, and only Dani knows how bad it gets. He is extremely close to her.

DICK GRAYSON

Dick is the infamous Nightwing. Before that, he was the original Robin. He was raised by Bruce Wayne after his family was killed. He is married to Barbara Gordon-Grayson and they have twin children, Dani and Bobby. Dick has issues due to a lot of angst and trauma in his childhood, but he's a good man with a big heart and he'll do anything for the people he loves.

SYLVIE LAUFEYDOTTIR

Sylvie is a variant of Loki from another realm. Disturbingly, she and Loki fell in love. They have a child they named Phoenix. Sylvie is fierce and passionate, and she is not someone to cross. She is a warrior, both physically and magically, and she's very clever.

LOKI LAUFEYSON

Raised on Asgard as the son of Odin and Frigga, and the brother of Thor, Loki is the God of Mischief. He is skilled in magic and can shapeshift. He has a strong sense of humor but often crosses the line between innocent pranks and harmful ones. He's not evil, but he is trouble. He has a complicated relationship with his brother. He has an even more complicated relationship with his variant, Sylvie, who he is in love with and has a child with, Phoenix.

PHOENIX LOKISONTIR

Phoenix is the gender fluid offspring of Loki and, well, Loki. Their mother is the female variant of Loki, Sylvie. They are sixteen years old. He uses whatever pronoun feels right to her in the moment. They don't especially care which pronouns others use for them as long as they're respectful about it.

Phoenix has a love of pranks and can have a dark sense of humor at times but isn't especially evil. Trouble tends to find them. They have a kind heart. They are very clever and have strong magic including illusion magic and the ability to shapeshift.

WANDA MAXIMOFF

Wanda is best known as Scarlet Witch. She has incredibly powerful magic and is telekinetic. Wanda can bend and completely change reality, and her mental health affects her magic. She is somewhat unstable but is a good person at her core. Her parents and twin brother, Pietro, are dead. So is the love of her life, Vision. She has a son named Sebastian, and sometimes, she has twin sons named Billy and Tommy. Billy and Tommy always exist, but they aren't always brothers, and their history changes randomly.

RACHEL "RAVEN" ROTH

Raven often struggles to find a balance between her human side and her demonic one. Her father, an evil demon named Trigon, remains trapped inside of her head, and is constantly trying to escape. When her emotions get the better of her, he sometimes succeeds briefly, but Raven always regains control in the end. Raven wants to be a force of Good. She is in love with Damian Wayne. She is an empath who can sense and affect the emotions of others. In addition to this, she has powerful sorcery.

SEBASTIAN STRANGE

Sebastian is the child of Doctor Strange and Wanda Maximoff. His mother created him by accident when his father used his magic to save her life. He is fifteen years old.

Sebastian has exceptionally powerful magic. He has a sarcastic sense of humor and can be very serious at times. His mental health is fragile and he often snaps, becoming unstable and dangerous in his fits. At his core, he longs to be a normal teenager, and he struggles to find balance in his life.

DOCTOR STEPHEN STRANGE

Doctor Strange is the Sorcerer Supreme. He is extremely skilled with magic and was once a brilliant neurologist. He can be very arrogant at times and is usually stoic, but he has a strong sense of humor. He has a son named Sebastian who was created from his magic combining with Wanda's when he saved her life.

BRUCE WAYNE

Bruce is best known as Batman. By day, he's a wealthy bachelor, by night, he's Gotham's biggest hero and the head of the Justice League. Stoic, strong, and serious, Bruce tries to keep everyone in line and focused. He raised Dick and is the father of Damian. Bobby and Dani consider him their grandfather.

DAMIAN WAYNE

Damian is the wild and often unpredictable son of Bruce Wayne. Initially raised by the League of Assassins, Damian sometimes needs to be reminded what lines he shouldn't cross. Bobby and Dani view him as their uncle. He is in love with Raven, who is often his only off-switch. He is a good person who had a rough childhood, resulting in a bad temper and trust issues. He's very close to Dick and considers him his brother.

ZATANNA ZATARA

Zatanna is a stage magician whose magic is real. Her power is enormous. She is in love with John Constantine, although their relationship often had bumps in the road. Fifteen years ago, she was forced to leave their daughter, Emily, with John to protect her. She vanished right after. No one knows what became of her, but John refuses to give up hope that he'll find her again one day.

VILLAINS
BANNO

Banno is a demon who feeds on powerful magical beings. He is a great force of Evil and has a cult of loyal followers. He is a deadly foe who has been stalking two different realms searching for victims.

LUCIAN CASTOR

Lucian is Banno's most powerful follower. He is the deadliest of the bunch and is an extremely clever sociopath. Even Banno doesn't fully trust him, as it's clear he is motivated not by loyalty but for a lust for more power.

GERALDINE GARRETT

Geraldine is Banno's most loyal follower. She is powerful and fierce, and is submissive only when it comes to him. She enjoys chaos and destruction and will torture people just for the fun of it. She's a bit mentally unhinged, and only Banno can calm her fits.
