Lash's pov
I slowly come to and I pull my head up, noticing that I'm in a metal tube with a window in the front. I sigh, just great, X put us all to sleep and captured us, how come I saw that a hundred miles away? I hit the button on my communicator. Hopefully Eggman wasn't trying to trick me for once. Right now I knew that escape would be very hard without outside help. The others soon woke up and started trying different things to get out. I run around my tube, trying to reach the top and failing. I decide to try something else. I focus and I let lightning fill me and I start shaking every limb as fast as I can. I slowly reach out and at first I can't get my hand to phase through but as I keep trying I make more headway each time until I fully step out and alarms go off. I start running with my friends cheering me on. 

I keep running until I spot a vent and I leap into in. Then I quickly climb around, looking for a door or an elevator until I pass a grate and something inside me feels heavy. I try to activate my powers but nothing happens, whatever this is I didn't like it. I keep moving to the next grate and I suddenly fall through, right into the arms of X. I start screaming and thrashing, trying to break out of his hold but he's too strong. He throws me back into the tube and says," you try to escape again and I'll make sure your drained to death." I growl as he walks away. 

A few days later

I was just tossing a electrified quill against the wall and calling it back when I see a small propellered egg robot and I stand up, smiling as it cuts a tiny hole, flies in and seals it back up and it drops into my hands and plays a small message." If he drains you to the point of passing out, hold this little guy in your hand, he has a tiny kinetic energy battery that is constantly working and he's programmed to keep you alive with the energy, its not much that I can do until I find you and get you out, for now just try to stay breathing lash." I sigh and I hold the little cute robot close to me," thank you Robotnik, I will hang on, as long as I need to."

The next day

X comes down the hall and he stops in front of my cell and he stands by the controls." Your day has finally come, time to be punished for escaping." He pushes something on the controls and electricity starts sparking from me, and it quickly starts growing painful and I scream, placing the little robot I keep screaming till it stops and I collapse, silently picking up the robot and he leaves with a vial of energy. The others are calling my name and I slowly look up and say," I'm fine, just tired" the others relax but I see sky looking at me in worry. I could feel the tiny robot sending out energy like an artificial heartbeat. I sigh and I lay back on a stiff mattress that was sitting in the cell, focusing on the tiny heartbeat in my palm. I hope that Eggman can get us out soon, I don't know how many days I can take being drained to nothing.
