Lash's pov

I wake up, sitting up and stretching and I check Comic's wounds, cleaning his wounds again and applying fresh bandages. Sky wakes up and I ask her," ok, the black box is active and I found Comic, but he's really hurt. the black box is active but I don't know if it'll attract help or enemies to us. but if one of us can get inside that place that shot us down, we can find out where we are and how to get back." she nods," I can get in, Midnight and I are strong enough, besides, neither of us know medicine, and in case help does arrive, someone will be here with Comic."

I nod," ok, I trust you, and if you run into trouble open a ring, I'll run through in a second." she nods as I hand her a ring. she jumps down and disappears into the brush, her colors matching the forest.

Sky's pov

I keep running in the direction of the base we saw, sliping into invisibility and I slip past cameras and sensors with no issue until I get into the control room. I spot the man himself, Eggman, and I silently look around as I hear the door open and watch a black hedgehog with gold striped quills, looking very similar to Lash steps in and says," y'know Robotnik, your weapons shot something down yesterday, and you never bothered to investigate, unless you were never informed of it." Eggman turns in the large chair he's sitting in.

" I never even heard the alarms, if something was shot down I never knew, lets go investigate!" he gets up but error looks back over the room before leaving, I look around and I find the map, quickly finding our base and locating our camp then I reset it so Eggman doesn't get suspicious and I slip away, making my way out of the base. I race back to camp and Lash races down the tree. lash asks me," How'd it go?" I quickly say," error and Eggman know we're here, but I know where home is, we should move before they arrive." she nods and races back up the tree, grabbing Comic and racing back down." ready when you are" she says and I follow. A few days pass before Lash calls over the rise," we're here! we're home!" I start running and I see the house, smiling sighing in relief. lash races inside holding Comic. I was just glad to be home as i climb up to my bed and pass out.
