Y/N's POV btdubs~

"That Gene kid was pretty nice.. " My mom said to me the next morning. I was still annoyed over the fact that she invited my friends, (and gene) over.

"He's alright" I say, not wanting to tell her he's blackmailing me.

"He kinda reminds me of travis... "

"Bye mom!" I say leaving before anything else came out of her mouth. I closes the door and walked down my porch. I look around-- No Gene. Great. I start walking when I hear this-- Cackle.

"Well well well, if it isn't Potatoe #2" I turn  around and that pink haired brat is with her little gang.

"I don't have time for this" I say and turning right back around, and start heading to school. I hear her mumble, a few things. I brush it off, and the building called my school is right in front of me. I see Laurance and Garroth talking alone. I walk over to them. "Hey guys!"

"Hey Y/N" Laurance said smiling at me.

"Morning!" Garroth said. He looked around me, "Where's gene?"

I shrug. "He's not here, and that's all that matters" I say beaming. They look at me sort of confused. Crap! I forgot I'm supposed show my undying love for him or whatever. "Um, do you guys want to hang out after school?" I ask.

"I actually have to go to baseball practice-- Sorry Y/N" Garroth apologized.

"No, it's okay, then it's me and you Laurance" I look up at him and he also shook his head. "You too?"

"I have soccer practice as well" He said. If I didn't know any better, I'd say they were acting pretty suspiciously. But then the teachers started telling us to go get inside and get ready.

The rush of students going in blocked my view of Garroth and Laurance and next thing I knew, they were gone.

Guess it's time to start the day.

Art was cancelled because if an Assembly, which meant no Garroth and Laurance. And the classes I did have with them were also cancelled because of the Assembly. Great. It was 9th period, and the bell rang.

Today wasn't all that bad, I didn't really see Gene today. But then it was sort of bad, since I didn't see garroth nor laurance

I walk to locker and grab a few things when a voice behind me said.

"Thought you got rid of me, eh kitty?" I turn around and I let out a growl. Just when I thought I had a good day. "I was running a bit late, we were going to skip today"

I shake my head. "No Gene. I honestly don't even care if you show them those photos! Go ahead!" I say, I felt my cheeks heat up from all the anger boiling inside me.

"Maybe I will. But then I'm pondering-- You dont have the guts to do it." I felt my fists tighten then relax a few second after. He's right. "But if you do, this photo will look  very nice in Garroth's room won't it?" He held up his phone of me kissing Laurance.

"What do you want me to do?" I say sighing.

"Let's start with another graffiti, more skipping--" He said, his voice trailing off.

"She won't be doing that today Gene" One figure steps out of no where.

"G-Garroth?"" Gene and I say in unison.

"Stop blackmailing her" Garroth spoke up crossing his arms. I was just still shocked that Garroth was here.

"And if I don't want to? I mean, all these photos are in my phone" He held up the phone. I tried to snatch it but he swiped it just in time. He held his phone up as I just glared at him. I wasn't as tall as him, I couldn't reach.

But someone who was tall as him reach over and smashed it onto the ground.

"What the-?" Gene said as the grip on his hands suddenly suddenly switched to air.

"Huh, I guess you can't blackmail her sight hat broken phone" Laurance said as he looked down at the shattered phone.

"You... You... Broke it!" Gene snapped.

"Great observation" I say now realizing what was happening. He couldn't blackmail me anymore. No more skipping, no more walking with him. No more--

"Youll pay for this-- ALL OF YOU!" He yelled storming out the school. I look back at Laurance and Garroth.

"How did you know?" I ask curiously.

"Why don't we discuss it by I don't know.. hanging out aftershool?" Garroth said smiling.

"That cafe on the corner is pretty good why don't we go there?" Laurance suggested.

"You guys are the best! It's on me today!" I say happily.

"No,  no it's fine I can pay" Laurance said, We started walking, and walking right out school as if nothing had happened.

"Laurance I got this" Garroth said.

"How about we worry about it when we get there?" I suggest. They nodded in agreement.

We sat down after we placed out orders. At this point I was dying to see exactly how they found out I was being blackmailed. And more importantly-- With what. Did they see the pictures? Oh my irene!

"Y/N, you okay?" Garroth asked, they focused their attentions on me.

"Ah! No I'm fine! I was just thinking" I said, smiling and recurring I was okay.

"That's dangerous." Laurance commented, which left him with a soft punch on the shoulder. "Ow! Okay, I guess I deserved it"

"But seriously, how did you guys know?" I ask, they looked at eachother then back to me. Laurance was first to explain.

"First of all-- It was just... Suspicious. I mean one day, you were with us, laughing and being our goofball selves then you just--" Then laurance took a moment. "--Just left. Then the next thing we know your Gene's girlfriend"

"And then you didn't hang with us, and then today after school, we um... Followed you" Garroth said blushing a bright beet red which made me giggle. "B-But with good intentions of course!"

"Sure... Go one" I say, he once again continued

"And then we saw Gene come up to you and I started recording. We saw the whole thing" Garroth said, finsishing the story off.

"Well, thanks.. " I say gushing, and looking down. Then the waitor came with our orders.

"I'm hungry as a pig" I say, almost drooling over my food.

"don't You mean-- hungry as Garroth?" Laurance said snickering.

What am I going to do with these two goofballs?
