Y/N's POV

Once my mom woke me up she scowled at me for the mess in the room. Heh. Oops. But we hugged it out, and lived happily ever after. But to rephrase it. She made me pancakes.

It was a weekend, and I remembered Laurence would walk me to the festival. I felt my cheeks glow a light pink when I remembered it was a date.

"What's wrong? Did I burn the pancakes or something?" My mom asked, as she looked at the blush on my cheeks.

"No! They're fine, I-I was just about to-

Ding, Dong

-Open the door!" I finish off. I rush to the door and see Laurence. Wait, was I supposed to get ready?

"Hi Y/N! I just came by and I thought I'd say high" Awe, how sweet.

"Y/N, your pancakes are getting cold!" My mom yelled from the kitchen. I needed to get Laurence out of here

"Laurence, it's sweet You came by but. Um...  My mom's home and she doesn't like boys... And Yea" I felt bad for turning him away. But in a way, I was saving him, from my mom. We both say bye and we'd see eachother later.

I went back inside and my mom was asking who it was. I just answered it was a sails person.

I was about to head upstairs to get ready when my mom told me, she had to go to work.

"I'll see you in the afternoon honey! Remember the rules"

"I know, no parties, no boys, and no strangers. And no setting the house on fire" I laugh at the last rule. I give a goodbye hug to my mom and walk her out to the front.

As soon as she's out of sight I slam the door and reach for my phone which was on the table.

And I text Laurence to come back.

Laurence come back!

L: What? Miss me already? 😉

My mom left for work, can you come back to my house?

Once again I felt a rush of red to my face. I can't be blushing again..

L: Oh! Sure!

L: But you secretly missed me...

I smiled, before putting my phone away, and anxiously wait for the door. He's such a Casanova! I bet Cadenza would agree.

I finally hear a knock on my door, and see Laurence. I didn't realize what he was wearing, it was a red and white collar-shirt.

I felt my self blush a bit. "Well, come in!"

"Wow, the house of the one and only... Y/N!" He made little jazz hands as I gently punched him on the shoulder.

"Hey, um. I know this odd. But... Can you make sure what I'm wearing is OK?" I look down when I say this. In this case, girls call girls to see what they're wearing. But, I didn't want to call Aph, because I didn't want to make her feel bad. I know she kissed Garroth, but it's not like I can make him like me. Ugh, anyways...

"Of course! Where's your room?" He asked

"That's what he said" I said grinning, almost bursting out into a full on laugh.

Once he caught on, "Y/N!" then he started to chase me. I ran upstairs to My bedroom, and stopped running.

"And this is my room- " I felt something slam into my body, causing me to fall on the bed. "What the-?"

"Well hello there beautiful" I hear him say. I see him face to face.

"L-Laurence get off.. " I look away completely flustered. He got off, and I stood up.

"So what are you thinking of wearing?"

"Well..." I showed his a few outfits. He liked a few of them, which brightened my day ever more.

Then I pushed him out into the hall.

"What are you doing?"

"Well, I don't want you to be in the same room as me as I change. Casanova " I close the door, and begin changing. I show him outfits after another and another.

Finally, I showed him a F/C tank top , and black, cardigan. I know, I know, "Cardigans aren't in" But, Whatever! I wore ripped jean-shorts as well~

"I like that one, it's cute" I notice his smile, but he quickly hid again. I pretended I didn't notice.

I grabbed my phone and some cash, before closing my door.

Laurence did a little bow and said, "M'lady?"

"Wow, all formal now?" I say, lifting up an eye brow. I started walking downstairs, with his behind me.

"Just a few things I learned from Dante, heh" I mentally face palmed. Why would he listen to that flirt? I mean, I never really met him, but heard that he cheated on two girls. Anyways, Laurence  escorted me outside as I quickly locked the door and tucked the keys in my pocket.

"And the date begins!"

I thought this was a really cute chapter! I dunno why, but it's just a feeling. Aka, forever alone! But whatever! I'm a single pringle! Best type of pringle!

Anywhooo~

I'm going on a trip to New Mexico, and most likely (like in a few hours it's 1 am right now) And I'm not coming back to my home until father's Day which is on Sunday! And then my birthday is on Monday, yay! Sooo yup! That's it baaaaai
