Ooye gadhi!! Udd!!  We reached.

Sidharth tapped on her face, who was sleeping on his shoulder. She rubs her eyes and looks around.

Haaye!!  Itni jaldi!  I haven't called dad to pick up us.

She said checking her phone.

It's ok baby, we can get a cab.

She looked at him and thought for sometime. Sidharth was confused by her behavior.

Shehnaaz, kya chal raha hei teri dimaag meim?

He put his hand around her neck and pulled her closer.

She flipped her hair and pushed away his hand on her shoulder.

He pulled her hair and caged her in his arms.

Shehnaaz giggled and they walked to taxi stand.

Sidharth rested his head on her shoulder and remained silent on their journey to her home.

What happened? Abb tak tho mujhse pooch raha dha ki kya hei dimaag meim.. Abb tu bataa, kya hua??

She asked stroking his hair.

Kuch nhi.. Bass ab wapas mumbai jaake hi teri pass aise rah sakta hu na.. Gaav meim tho bahut saara jagah dhe, yaha tho...

Shehnaaz continued from where he stopped.

Haa.. Yaha tho dad, mom, di sab honge. Tera koi idea nhi chalega.

Shehnaaz giggled.

Sidharth sneaked his hand onto her waist and hid his face in her neck and kissed slowly.

Sidharthh!!  Dekh driver mirror se dekh raha hei..

Shehnaaz whispered to Sidharth who continued to shower kisses on her neck and cheeks. He pecked her lips fast and glared at the driver through the mirror.

Everyone were so happy to see her back after a long time. As it was special day, she was taking her steps in her career, Aman's mother too was present there. Soon, Shehnaaz's eyes fell on an unknown person.

Di, what's going on? Who is he?

Shehnaaz dragged Sheena into her room as soon as they entered the house.

Baby, It's Varun. He is just a friend of Aman. That's all.

Sheena tried to avoid the topic.

With that Shehnaaz left the room and joined others in the hall.

Aman's mother added extra sugar on her words. Sidharth couldn't help but chuckle.

Shehnaaz smiled awkwardly and replied.

Aunty, I have lost maximum 2 kgs only after I left from here. You know, it's very difficult for me to lose weight.

Everyone turned towards Varun, hearing his compliment for Shehnaaz. Her mother and Aman's were totally in aaaww. Rajeev sat widening his chest with proud.

Shehnaaz replied with a slight smile on her face. She wasn't used to complements. So, it was a rarest occasion for her.

Sidharth could sense, something was cooking behind the scenes, after noticing the whispering of the mothers to each other.

Ok, come on everyone. Let's do dinner.

Raveena and Madhavi, Aman's mother got up from their seats to set the table. Sheena and Shehnaaz also went inside the kitchen.

Sidharth felt left out among the men. They were busy in their business talks.

Actually, Sidharth. Really thank you for helping Shehnaaz.

Rajeev said taking every men's attention.

Oh.. That's not needed uncle. She is my.. Friend.

He replied politely.

The thing is that, Shehnaaz has only a few friends and she isn't that close to any of them. But as she took you to nanu's place. It seems you both are good friends. Thank you for being there for her.

Sidharth nodded at the complement given by Aman and smiled. At least he was able to make a good impression among them.

Oh son, Sidharth. Why don't you advice your friend to get married?  She is so adamant, you know?

Sidharth coughed slightly while eating rice as Madhavi raised the question.

She didn't let Sidharth to answer as she continued.

I have heard many things about the film industry. That place isn't safe for ladies. The men in that field are so cunning.

Shehnaaz eyed at her mother to control Madhavi, but she ignored.

I would say that, it's better to get  Shehnaaz married to someone settled in Mumbai with a good job. Am I right Rajeev?

Rajeev replied keeping his head down.  He knew Shehnaaz would be mad at him.

Sidharth had no clue what he was doing there. He was sitting in a group of people, who were discussing about his girlfriend's marriage with someone else. He didn't took his eyes from his plate and drawn patterns on his plate.

Sidharth you tell me, is bollywood is a safe place for women?

Sidharth remained silent. He knew they didn't bother about his replies.

Ooh aunty, first you complete your dinner. And I'm not going to marry anyone soon.

Shehnaaz replied as her anger started to shoot. Sidharth glared at her. Shehnaaz smirked seeing the puppy face of Sidharth.

Her mother signaled Shehnaaz to be quiet.

Everyone sat together in the hall to discuss further as Varun left. Sidharth was feeling a little awkward to be present in the family meeting of Shehnaaz. But, Shehnaaz forced him to sit with her.

Finally, Raveena spoke up.

Shehnaaz, we have decided something. You are going into an industry full of controversies and fake relationships. So, before the shoot completes, you need to get married.

Mom!!!

Shehnaaz raised her voice.

But, interrupted by Rajeev.

Sana, for once, please try to understand our concern. You will be in Mumbai. We will be here. The career you have selected for you, we are happy for it. But, it's dangerous to be alone. Your friends can't be always be with you. They have their own life.

If you want to settle there, with someone we are confident enough, then we can live peacefully here.

Shehnaaz tried to speak. But soon, Sheena spoke.

Baby, Varun is an architecture in Mumbai. He owns a company and well settled. Also, he is a very good person. Just meet him and I am sure you will say yes.

Sidharth wasn't able to take much. Compared to Varun, he was nothing, just a choreographer. Sidharth took a glass of water and gulped.
