If my family says I'm the sun around,
it doesn't mean I'm the brightest or the happiest.
It just means that if you're at a distance, I'm considered the most friendliest.
The closer you get, the more you see, you'll find I'm not what you thought I'd be.
My rays beam out and my fire says,  "Stay away."
I know you're far from me, but don't worry, I'm okay.
I refuse to hurt you, so don't come near.
Burning you away has become one of my fears.
