Perronia IV is considered to be the perfect paradise and one of the most technologically advanced civilizations in the galaxy. Members of other species go there to retire or relax or vacation.

Appearance:

Their skin tone is anything on the darker side of tan and brown; females tend to be darker. They have a small pale indent on their foreheads. They may wear brightly colored powder on their necks. Their eye colors are the same as humans. Natural hair colors are generally bright neon colors.

They wear spandex clothing like this:

Both males and females can wear either one.

Percent population magic: 72%

Relationship with non-magic people: they are allies and cooperate; their relationship is much better than that of humans.

Relationship with other species: peaceful; they allow other species to come live on Perronia IV because they believe it is a paradise that should be shared. Though they hate the Lexites and will not trust them.

Interesting facts: (we will create more of these together as we go along)
1. It is called Perronia IV because it is the 4th planet their species has lived on; the first got so polluted they had to all evacuate, the second's star went Nova, and the third was attacked by Lexites. As a result, the Perronian population is rather low.
