13. Save me
Bhola forcefully brought her inside her room, and let go of her hand to secured the door with a key; the key was already in the keyhole, so he turned around and locked the door, he stuffed the key into his baggy pants pocket.
She quickly retrieved a piece of glass on the floor, recalling how a glass cup had slipped out of her grasp earlier when she overheard Bhola talking to Aarav
She avoided stepping on the glass fragments with ease, and she's positive Bhola will do the same or surpass her, as he's not afraid of anything when he has a goal in mind, and now his goal is her.
She stuttered while pointing the glass at him, asking "What do you want?" even though her hand was shaking.
As he turned, he saw the piece of glass in her hand and clicked his tongue disapprovingly. "You don't want to hurt the man who is willing to do anything for you; a man who is devoted to you, he can even easily take care of the guy outside without any trouble," he said calmly, but his tone was threatening.
She began to walk backwards as he made his way towards her, his hands continuously clasped and unclasped in anticipation, "I can't believe you would do this to me, Aarya?"
"You love that wealthy man, don't you? Why betray my feelings for him? Aaru, why hate me for one mistake I made when I did everything you asked me to do in the past. I did everything for you, so why hate me for one mistake?" He kept repeating his words and, as she presumed, he stepped over the pieces of glass.
"Bhola, I never loved you, not now, not ever. I did everything for my siblings and never asked you to kill Sennu and Junnu. I only told you to kill Ridhi, which you didn't. But you killed Sennu and Junnu and tried to rape Pramitra," she screamed, her legs hitting the nightstand; the fact that she's trapped dawned on her.
He gradually lowered himself as both his knees touched the floor as he pleaded, "I asked for forgiveness in the past, why won't you forgive me?"
The glass remained pointed at his face as she refused to let her guard down and be fooled by him. Despite the glass piece cutting her hand and blood spilling out from her palm, she didn't seem to feel the pain because the real danger was right in front of her.
"Bhola! If you do it, you'll be sorry!" She threatened
When Bhola looked at the door, she did the same, but his sudden leg movement took her by surprise, making her stumble. He swiftly grabbed her, preventing her from falling, yet the glass slipped from her hand and broke.
With a force throw, he sent her flying onto the bed, She stared at him in terror, her heart pounding in her chest, she was stricken with fear and remain froze; unable to move or even draw a breath.
Bhola turned off the lamp light and closed the curtains, plunging the room into darkness. She could only see his gleaming eyes, which were filled with malice of what he planned to do.
The children were held at gunpoint by one of Bhola's men in Kajal's room; he sat on Kajal's vanity stool with a pistol in his hand, while they sat on the floor facing him.
- Pooja looked around the room for something that could aid her. Aarya had previously advised her to find anything in the room that could assist her in protecting herself if she ever felt endangered when Bhola was in control of the orphanage. Pooja, who was only five years old at the time, is now nine and can easily defend herself.
Her eyes come across a hairspray on the vanity table, and she recalls the incident when she had sprayed bug spray into Bhola's eyes, which had almost caused him to lose his vision.
She told the man she needed to use the bathroom. "I want to pee,"
While still wearing the mask, the man was caught glaring at them and snarled, "You're not leaving. Do it here,"
"Please," she started saying repeatedly, as others joined in, "Please, Please, Please...,"
"Father, please," Nareen begged.
With clear annoyance, he shouted at him that he was not his father. "I am not your father"
Giggles erupted from the children, as the sound of laughter filled the air.
"Hurry up. Go and come back soon," he commanded with irritation.
She stood up and moved slowly towards the vanity table. She turned around and caught him focused on her siblings, she rapidly took hold of the hairspray and concealed it.
She murmured to Nareen whose face lit up as he wore a mischievous smile and then he shifted his gaze to the man, pointing behind him and uttering, "Bee." He sprang up quickly.
In a swift move, the man stood up, his gun slipped from his hand. Faras seized the opportunity and was quick to retrieve the gun from the floor, while Pooja sprayed hairspray into his eyes.
Faras discovered two chill sprays on Kajal's bed and directed Priya and Nareen to take one each.
Pooja, Faras, Nareen, and Priya have their tools for the rescue mission. Hair spray for Pooja, gun for Faras, and chill sprays for Nareen and Priya. They intend to save the day and, above all, their beloved Aunty Aarya.
Despite her best efforts, she couldn't break free from his strong hold as he held her tightly and continued pressing his shirtless body against hers, ignoring her plea for freedom; her cries for release was all in vain.
"Shhh, it's alright," he said softly, "we're just having a bit of fun,"
Despite her internal screams and pleas for him to stop, he persisted, invading her mouth with his tongue and holding her wrist above her head while pushing up her dress.
Although she felt a knot of fear inside her, she focused of good thoughts like how Aarav had been good to her, the children, her sisters, Anuj, and finding her father.
Her attempts to escape his grasp again only resulted in him tightening his grip and her bra was unclipped by his fingers and she felt it.
Her desire to scream, kick, and fight back was hindered by the fear, shock, and his body pressing down against hers, leaving her paralyzed. This could not be happening.
She was frozen in terror as his mouth touched her neck and his breath brushed against her skin.
"As I imagined, it's so good," he said, unfastening his trousers as he slid a hand between them. "Don't worry, Aarya, I'm going to make you mine. I hope I'm still better than the city guy, and I hope he hasn't made any physical contact with you, or I'll be extremely upset if he has touched you in any way,"
Panic flooded as his words sank in. She attempted to push him away, but he was too strong for her. What is he planning to do to her?
She felt her heart thumping hard against her chest and thought she was going to die because she couldn't breathe; her lungs struggled for air.
Tears streamed down her cheeks, as she closed her eyes, hoping it would soon be over, but relief washed over her upon hearing the sound of the key unlocking the room.
Suddenly, the door burst open with a loud noise. Footsteps grew louder as she was lying on the bed, unable to move and lifeless.
Aarav and Anuj forcefully pulled Bhola out of bed, with Anuj holding a gun to his head as he escorted him out of the room. Despite Bhola's angry gaze, he remained silent.
Panic was all over Aarav's face; his eyes frantically scanned her body to ensure she was okay before he quickly covered her with a blanket.
This time, she couldn't hold back her tears, allowing them to flow without restraint, and she openly sobbed without holding back. Finally, the sound of her voice broke through her throat.
Aarav sat down and assisted her in sitting up, causing her to notice the horror and anger on his face.
"I'm sorry, Aarya. Please tell me, did he...?"
She was able to give him a response by shaking her head. Despite using force and violating her with his hands and mouth, Bhola was unable to get what he wanted.
"We'll go to the the police,"
With a shake of her head 'No' she declined and wrapped the blanket tightly around her shoulder.
"Aarya, why are you saying no? You need to...,"
"I don't want to," she cried, "I want to forget, since he didn't get his way, I won't even remember it, it's okay,"
Numerous times, women and children have attempted to receive justice for sexual assaults, but the cops are useless when it comes to seeking justice, which has discouraged many women and children from speaking out.
She also chose not to subject herself to it. it's not worth the effort since the cops wouldn't lift a finger either way.
"Can you wait for me here? I'll go get Pramitra and be right back,"
"Aarav, please don't leave me here alone," Aarya cried as she clung to his shirt, begging him to stay and not leave her alone.
Aarav put his arms around her and held her tightly, rubbing her back and his familiar scent brought her some relaxation.
"Okay, okay, You don't have to worry. Aaru, I promise not to leave you again. I'll always be here to protect you, you can trust me,"
