Though I couldn't face my demons 

I tried to hide within my box

as the waves of anger came rolling 

and the pressure couldn't stop. 

As the heat came rushing

and the ache in my back slowly 

settled into a large part of me. 

The uncomfortable silence
the came there after 

only left me in a place of misery. 

When I couldn't hold it in

I heard the screaming from afar 

Is this my voice

I really thought 

or something else far worse
