Walking in the halls, I am suddenly pushed to the ground. All my papers and books scattered around me and I can already see a group of people circling me, like vultures to prey. I sit up, going to pick up my school books and such when I see Lucas "asshole" Miller walking up to me. I rolled my eyes, finishing picking up my stuff. He bends down, picking up my books, standing up and then dropping it all on my head. I dodging all of my school stuff. That wasn't the most original thing he's done to me. That was a daily thing with him, tripping me then dropping things on my head.

He scoffs, walks away, and locks lips with his 'girlfriend', or as I like to call her, his fuck buddy. SHe's your typical school slut. Dyed bleach blonde hair, enough plastic in her boobs to make them recyclable, and a face caked with make-up to make her look like a clown. She starts pulling him into a janitor's closet next to them and I start to pick up my stuff. To my left, I see a boy that is in most of my classes, yet I don't know his name, looking at me with pity. When he realizes I see him, he turns away and starts walking to the next class we have.

I shake my head, finish putting my things into my backpack, and follow him into the classroom. You may be asking why the teachers didn't do anything but that is because Lucas has this school wrapped around his finger. His dad is on the board of directors so he gets away with it. Rumor has it that the superintendent has another son with a different woman and last name, but no one knows who it is. So, like I said, it's just a rumor. I walk into my class, which is science, my least favorite and sit in my assigned seat, next to the boy whose name I still don't know.
