The day that Charlie came and surprised me was a pretty difficult day for me. Looking on the bright side of this game is something that I am going to have to learn how to do. I need to slow down and not waste my time left with Charlie. He only has a couple weeks to catch up with me so why not make the best of it.
I hear soft knocking on my door the morning after Charlie came to surprise me.
"Come in." I say.
Charlie opens the door slowly and sprints towards my bed and throws himself into it. He rolls to his back and chuckles looking me in the face.
"What was that about?" I chuckle.
"Your bed seemed comfy and I couldn't resist much longer." He replied with a smile on his face.
"We had such good times as kids.." I said my face changing from happy to melancholy.
"Hey we have a couple weeks to make some more memories." "It will be fun." Charlie said immediately putting a smile on my face.
"I made plans to go parasailing today of your down?" Charlie said with a big grin on his face."
"Really!" I quickly yelled.
"You remembered that i always wanted to do that?" I said hugging Charlie.
"How could I forget?"

The air was crisp and the weather was perfect to fly in. There has never been a more perfect day to parasail. The sun shone on the creek below me as I sailed over. When we finally landed we laughed together. One thing was checked off of our bucket list.
