Right. As we headed off, somewhere (presumably south or something, because I suck at compasses and navigation), the sun started to set. Normally, when we were in our world, we would be feeling fine, and head to bed. But, here, we felt a sense of foreboding, and danger, as continued to fly through the starry night. We saw Leana slowly blend into the sky color, and gasped.
"Leana! Wait- do you have color changing scales like Sam?!" I shouted.
"I don't think so, I can still see her wing tips, Hayley." Diana pointed out, tapping a pale tail nearby.
"Oh. I guess, since I'm a Nightwing, I just blend into the night sky!" Leana cheerfully said. Silence.
"Guys,"
"What?"
"Will we ever make it back to our world?"
Silence again, to be interrupted by some splashing. We must be near the sea, I thought. Then Xenia spoke,
"I don't know. Maybe.. Yes.. Or.. We.. Stay here forever,"
Shiver, quiver, shiver.
"Leave that for now. We need to survive. Let's land," Sam suggested. We nodded in unison, and slowly flew down. When my talons crackled sand, that was when I was certain.
"Sea!" I shouted. "Sea, sea, se-" I felt a claw over my mouth, to see it was Xenia's.
"Shush. We might..." Diana nodded, flexing her frosty wings. Her snow started to fall, and melt. We glanced everywhere around us, and my gaze rested on a cave.
"Ugh. What about that?"
Leana nodded, as the others went into the abode. Unluckily, it was crowded by the time Diana went in, leaving me and Sam out.
"I can stay in the bushes, and do my camouflage thing." Sam offered.
"And I'll stay in the shore nearby." I spoke. No one dared to argue back, or give up their place. It was already too late, and they were all tired. Sleep was early.

"Hey! Wake up! You!" A gruff voice echoed back and forth in my ear suddenly. I stood up quickly, and rubbed my eyes.
"Wha?!" I blinked, and saw two broad dragons. Soldiers. Seawings. Like me. "Sam?!" I shouted.
"Your friends.. Are here?" The first one boomed, his eyes rocking back and forth, pointing his tail to a group of dragons and dragonets.
"Hayley!" I could make out Leana's cry, and saw my friends in a huddled group, surrounded by Seawing soldiers.
"Hayley? What is a 'Hayley'?" Questioned the second soldier, wrinkling his nose.
"T-t-that's m-me," I stuttered, "I'm called Hayley."
"Hmph. You're a Seawing, right, pipsqueak?" The soldier asked loudly.
"Um - well, now don't be so strict and horrible, Tide." Another soldier stepped up from the circle surrounding my friends. "He's called Tide, the other," she pointed to the second soldier, "Is called Wave." He grunted. "Anyway, I'm called Seaclam. And I'm sorry to say, 'Hayley' is not a proper Seawing name. What about a new one?" Tide and Wave grunted.
"Anything is fine for her."
"Well- um-"
"Why not the name 'Puffin'? That's a sea bird." I looked at Seaclam curiously. Puffin... Well.. Sounded nice... I saw Diana and Xenia nodding, as I sighed. Then, I realized that this might be the last second I will ever be known as Hayley.
"Yes. My name... Is Puffin." The word felt strange.
"So, we are not going to murder you for being on Seawing terrority. We are peaceful, are you going to the Jade Mountain Academy?" Tide asked. We shook our heads.
"What's that?" Piped up Sam.
"The place where dragonets like you get educated and stuff." Wave said.
"My younger sister's there," Seaclam added. We looked at each other.
"Well..."
"You're not in it? Let's get you all enrolled!" Shouted another soldier from the circle happily. We were bustled, along to another side of the shore. There, were some shells of various colors laid out on the shore.
"You see.. Ms Puffin and your others, the Seawing terrority also have some wandering dragonets looking for a way to enter Jade Mountain Academy! We have these," Seaclam picked up a bright-red seashell, "as forms for them to enter."
I saw a soldier with dark spots on his talons walk foward, and dip his claws into some kind of ink, and wrote on it-

Around 10-12 years of age;
Seawing.

I tilted my head, as Tide handed it to me.
"Your form, Puffin. Don't try to lose it, and just show it to some of the entry teachers. Jade Mountain Academy is..." He gave me some instructions, as I peered at the writing.
"And, what are your names?" Seaclam stared at Sam, Diana, Leana and Xenia. All of their names were rejected, as Seaclam stood thinking for new names.
"A Sandwing, Rainwing, Nightwing, and Icewing. What do you think, Tentacle?" said Wave to another soldier.
"What about Oasis, Canopy, Darksky and Frost?"
"Oasis, Canopy, Darkscale and Ice?"
"Oasis, Canopy, Shadow and Snowflake?"
"Snowflake? Nah. Where are our namers? What about Tundra?"
"Yep."
I looked at my friends, now thinking of them by their new names. Oasis, Canopy, Shadow, and Tundra. I tried to regain my human memory, but... Now... Everything's almost gone. All I can remember is the branches, the storm, my birthday, and the rest is unclear. My name was now Puffin. Not Hay- what? I even forgot my human name! Hay... Haylene? Hayie? Haylana? One thing I knew, as I looked at Oasis, Canopy, Shadow, and Tundra, and knew that not everything would be the same.

"Hi Puffin." That was the first thing Canopy said to me. Tundra waved to Shadow, as Wave sniggered.
"Right. Now, here are your entry seashells, and just present it to a tea- oh you all know that stuff." Tentacle laughed. Seaclam looked at us consciously, and waved her talons.
"Good luck! Good bye! Have fun at Jade Mountain Academy!" We nodded in thanks, spread our wings and flew off in the directions given.
