I slashed at him, cutting his body diagonally. The blade hit the ground and his body fell to the ground in two pieces. Except it didn't regenerate. It was weird, but I just went with it. I ran up to the dubstep wizard grabbing his neck and putting him up against the wall. "Who are you?!" I exclaimed angrily. "I am Emperor Quentin, the dubstep wizard." he said. I looked at him blankly. I set him down on the ground, letting him breathe. He tried to swing at me but I blocked his fist. "Why are you here?" I asked him sternly. "Conquest." he said. "Really, well guess what? I stopped you." I said smirking a bit. "Yes, and I congratulate you on such an achievement." he said while sitting down. I tilted my head slightly, a bit confused by his reply. "No one's beat us before." he said smiling a bit. "Why are you smiling if that guy's dead and you're basically defenseless?" I said with confusion. He just scoffed and sat silent for another minute.
                                          After that, a rift opened. He looked at it and got up. "Well, time to go back home." he said. "Woah, you're not leaving here buddy!" I exclaimed. "I will hand myself over to the authorities in my world and step down from emperor status." he said looking up at the sky. I didn't expect him to say that. I stood there baffled at what he had said. He dragged both pieces of the Russian armor guy through the rift. "Well, it was nice knowing you. But I think I'll stay in my world from now on." he said before going through the rift. I watched him as he went through the portal. He looked back at me and gave me a smile. I raised an eyebrow in confusion as he walked through the rift. I still remember that moment vividly. I walked back to the hospital with my sword on my back and hands in my pockets. As I got back, I saw nurses and doctors running into Ashley's room. I ran to the room, wondering what was going on. I stood by the doorway, as the doctors rushed her into the ER. I stood there, speechless and not moving an inch.
