When morning came I was drenched in sweat as I finished pounding my bloody fits into a punching bag. Letting out a unhappy sigh as I walked over to a wall were a small med-kit hung. Grabbing the kit I sat on a bench and started to clean and wrap my hands.

"Oh... Hello Peter, I didn't know that you were here." A deep voice spoke.

I looked up to see Bucky, Steve and Sam standing at the entrance of the gym. Bucky and Sam smiled and waved at me, I smiled at them ignoring Steve.

"Yeah, well I'm going up anyways, so I'll see you all at breakfast." I said.

I finished bandaging my last hand before I put away the kit and started to make my way to the door.

"Why are you suddenly leaving? Hiding something?" Steve questioned.

I paused.

"No, I was in here since three this morning. I couldn't sleep so I came to work out." I half lied to Steve.

I didn't want to tell him that I was researching my dead parents and that I had hacked into some secret government websites, let alone SHIELD. Before Steve could say anything to me I left the room and decided to shower before going up to see everyone.

I stepped out of the shower and wrapped a towel around my waist, I grabbed my toothbrush and toothpaste and started to brush my teeth. Walking out of my bathroom to start grabbing some clothes and throwing them onto my bed. I grabbed a clean pair of boxers and walked back into the bathroom putting on my boxers as I spat the paste into the sink. After rinsing off my toothbrush I used my towel to dry my hair before throwing it into the hamper and walked out of the bathroom once more.

I put on my blue jeans before putting on a science pun shirt that was about Atoms. Once done I ran my hand through my hair and turned to face my bedroom door just for me to scream and trip over my own two feet, falling behind my bed.

"Oh crap! Sorry about that Kid." A familiar voice spoke up. "Yes we didn't mean to scare him! Oh shut up yellow!"

I scrambled to my feet and look to see Deadpool standing outside my door. I felt my face heat up when I realised that saw me walking around in a towel getting ready for the day. There were footsteps rushing towards my room and I saw Harry and Eddie appear as well at the door.

"Pete! Are you okay! What happened!!" Harry asked rushing over to me.

"Um... I.. uh... he..." I was stumbling over my words.

"I kinda sorta scared him without meaning too... by the way kid... Nice abs." Deadpool said.

Both Harry and Eddie glared at the man while I planned my death, Goodbye cruel world! I looked at Harry for a moment.

"Har.... If you can't find my body in three days don't search for me." I said, he just sighed.

"Pete you aren't going to fake your death just to change you name and hide." Harry stated, looking at me like a parent would with a child.

I muttered that he ruined my plan before I walked out, shooting glares at Deadpool and a smile at Eddie. I walked into the elevator, Harry and the two adults following. We all were quiet in the elevator.... well... Deadpool was humming the Jaws theme all the way to the family floor. Once we arrive I rushed into the kitchen to start making myself some food.

"Morning Pete." Tony greeted.

"Morning Tony." I said.

I noticed that Tony frowned every time I called him Tony. Thinking back on it I did call Tony 'Dad' but haven't since then. I pulled out some food and a box of Raspberry pop tarts and started eating while Harry, Eddie and Deadpool did the same.

"So what are your plans for today kid?" Tony asked.

"I think I'll probably go out and get more Pop tarts along with some beef jerky since somebody ate all of the Jerky that I bought." I turned to look at a smirking Harry.

"Shouldn't have left it on the table~." Harry chuckled.

"They were in my hiding place! The same place where I put my pop tarts!" I snapped.

Harry just grinned at me.

"Anyway, I also am going to see if I can find some parts for a project that I'm working on.... which I can't tell you." I finished.

They all nodded before we all fell into silence as we ate. I pulled out my phone and started looking up places that have parts that I need and looking for some clothes as well. The rest of the Avengers came in, I looked up to see Steve walk in and he glared at me but I just rolled my eyes at him before going back to my phone.

A notification appeared on my screen and I clicked on it.

Congratulations!!

You have been selected to go on a tour at Oscorp grand Science labs and meet the people behind the scene.

Go to *** ******** at noon Monday afternoon.

We hope to see you there!

I blinked before looking at Harry.

"Hey Har." I said tapping my friends shoulder.

"Yeah?" Harry spoke up from his coco puffs.

"I just got an email from Oscorp, for a tour of their labs.... but does this address look familiar to you??" I spoke up and everyone, minus Steve, rushed over and looked at the email.

Harry looked at it and frowned at it.

"Yeah... that is the location of the old research building that Doctor Connors and another Scientist worked at. But it was closed after an accident that had happened. So why would they send you there when I know for a fact that the whole place was torn down and left as a 'Danger Zone'." Harry said.

Deadpool snatched my phone, I voiced my displeasure at this, we all watched as he punched in a few different codes before handing it back to me. I looked at it and paled. There was a picture of a familiar red octopus.

"Give me a moment I need to grab something..." I said before rushing to the elevator and ran to my room.

I grabbed my laptop and rushed back to the others and turned on my laptop and pulled up the report of the plane crash and the World War 2 report as well. I compared the given photos and then looked at Bucky and Steve.

"It's HYDRA.... That's the symbol on the email that Deadpool decoded and what I had found last night." I said.

Tony paled while Steve and Bucky stiffen. Steve glared at me right after he snapped out of his sock.

"Why would HYDRA want you?" He questioned.

"Maybe it is because of my parents research since they did get assassinated by a HYDRA agent." I stated.

"How would you know?" The Captain questioned.

"I might have hacked into SHIELD to learn more about the accident that caused me to lose my parents. But HYDRA wanted their work! Then again there was an information leak that HYDRA was after a 'Unknown' family which happened to be my family, my parents were scientist for Oscorp and were Agents for SHIELD! So sue me for trying to figure out why someone or this group are coming after me now!" I snapped.

Everyone was quiet. Natasha broke the silence.

"I'm very impressed that you were able to hack into SHIELD and that you did your research very well.. so now that we know that HYDRA might be a possible threat but we don't know if it is someone who was hired by Tomes." Natasha said.

"Okay but how can a kid like him be wanted by HYDRA? He isn't important to us or anything." Steve said.

I froze.

"HEY! DON'T SAY THAT!!!" Deadpool, Eddie and Harry shouted.

"DON'T YOU DARE SAY THAT ABOUT MY SON ROGERS!" Tony shouted.

"It's true. You probably adopted him just to look good in front of the camera's. You don't need the kid, besides he could be a spy!" Steve said.

That's when it hit me. I was running to the elevator and going to the main level. When I reached the lobby, I stormed out of the tower in tears. I ignored my families cries for me to come back and someone yelling at the so called leader of the Avengers. As I ran away I failed to notice a black van driving up to where I was. The van sped up and pulled in front of me, stopping as men in black suits got out and grabbed me.

"Hey! Let me go!" I shouted, before being gagged.

"Sir, we have captured our target." A man said.

I was thrown into the van where a needle plunged into my neck and the world around me went dark. The last thing I heard was something that will haunt me in my dreams forever.

"Hail HYDRA!"
