Disclaimer: I just realized that Harry's kids are Percy's age. For this story, let's pretend that Harry and Percy were both born in the same year (1998). This story takes place after the 7 HP and 5 HOO. 

I woke up, a feeling of elation hovering over me like my on personal flurry (Annabeth made me watch Frozen last night. I just had to let it go already.) Today was the first day of summer, the summer before college. I was turning 18 in 2 short months, and I was prepared for this to be the best summer yet. Why? Mr. D had agreed to let Annabeth sit at Poseidon table with me (I had no one), Tyson and Ella were coming back for the summer, and Camp Jupiter was beginning its camp switch program. The first people to come to our camp were Frank, Hazel, and Reyna. Instead of my table being Poseidon table, (even though it really was) it would be a kind of central table. The people sitting there would be Me, Annabeth, Jason, Piper, Leo, Frank, Hazel, Will, Nico, Reyna, Tyson, Ella, and Grover. The  12 of us had room for 2 more if need be, but we would all take advantage of the extra space. 

Also, this would be my 6th year at Camp Half Blood. I would be a counselor this year... Why is Annabeth laughing? Oh, she says it is funny because I am the only Poseidon kid. Moving along. 

Nothing could change the way I felt about this summer. This was my year and I was going to live it like it was my last time at Camp Half Blood. I pulled on my orange CHP shirt, checked my bead necklace, and caught a brief look at my SPQR tattoo. This was my life now, Camp Half Blood. It was great being praetor for a short period of time, but Camp Half Blood was where most of my friends were, so that was where I was. With one last look at my cabin, I walked out nd shut the door behind me.
