Chapter 12: Annabeth's POV

At dinner that night, I sat at the table with all of my peeps from Camp Jupiter and CHB. When I sat down at the table, all of the new people came in, the ones Percy supposedly invited. My birthday was last week, but all of the people from Camp Jupiter that cam to surprise me are staying the rest of the summer. I was sitting next to Percy and Piper, with Jason next to Piper, Leo next to Jason, Frank next to Leo, Hazel next to Frank, Nico next to Hazel, Will next to Nico, Reyna next to Will, and Percy next to Reyna. (below)

(Sorry it's kinda blurry)

Once my table was all seated, I turned and saw the new people walk in. They were looking for a place to sit. One of them said something, the guy with the black hair and glasses. I blinked, and there was a table. The nymphs must have gotten one for them very fast. They all sat down, and once Chiron motioned for us all to eat, I turned to my plate and ordered up a cheeseburger, plain, and some fries. I also got myself a vanilla milkshake.

Percy asked me what I ordered, and I answered. I told him, and he ordered up the same thing, only blue. Blue bun, blue burger, blue cheese (Not Bleu cheese) blue fries, and a blue milkshake. I looked over to the new people table, and they all had a buffet style meal set up in the middle of their table. They were eating and talking happily.

Before long, I felt Percy stand up next to me.

"Perce, where are you going?"

"I'm going to say something to the camp."

"Wait, you are going to get us all in trouble." I say.

"Not once they hear what I have to say."

And with that, he walked up to where Mr. D, Chiron, and Rachel Elizabeth Dare were eating their dinners.

"Peter Johnson, what are you doing up here?" Mr. D asked.

"I have something to say." Percy said.

"I don't care, Perry Jonas. You are disturbing my dinner."

"Percy, please sit down." Chiron said.

"I have something to say first." Percy said. He turned to face the campers. "Earlier today, a group of 9 people joined us. They are now staying in the extra cabin. I called them here for a very specific reason, and no, it was not to help the Hermes cabin with their summer long punishment."

I looked over at the Hermes table, and saw them all lower their heads. Earlier that month, they had decided to TP everything. The volleyball courts, the rock climbing wall, everything. This normally wouldn't have been a problem, but they also TP'd the Big House, and when they were in their process, one of them, no one knew who, fell down from the roof, crashed into Mr. D, who fell into Chiron, and the whole bunk was on cleaning duty with the harpies after every meal.

"I was with Rachel, our Oracle, a couple of days ago, and I heard a new prophecy."

"Percy, why didn't you tell us?" Chiron asked.

"Because, I had to find the right people to fulfill the prophecy first. And I think I've found them." Percy said. He turned to Rachel.

"But first, let's hear the prophecy."

Rachel opened up her mouth to speak, and her eyes went dark. Then she began in the Oracle's voice.

"Two kinds of people must join hands together,
One group of nineteen will work under pressure
When fighting this ancient reawakened villain,
Only together they will end this creation.

When they reach the point of mystery
They must have a plan.
For forever lies in the balance
The living life of man."

She opened her eyes, and said, "How bad was it?"

I walked up to Percy and read it off again, reading it off of my notebook.

"As you can see, it calls for nineteen people. I think it is the Seven of Prophecy, Nico, Will, and Reyna, along with the nine people at the table over there." Percy said.

Clarisse spoke up. "How do we know it isn't nineteen campers?"

I stepped up. "Clarisse, it says two kinds of people. If I'm not mistaken, we are all the same here. They-" I pointed to the newbies. "-are different. I'm not sure how. But they are."

Percy motioned for all of the new people to come over to the front. They all walked over, and I saw a constant thing in most of them. 6 out of the 9 had red hair. They were all of varying ages, the youngest being about 18, with one married couple, judging by the rings on their fingers. The oldest one, or at least the one in charge stepped forward.

"But, what's so special about us?"

"I don't know yet, but I think you are more special than you think you are." Percy said, before sitting back down and resuming his eating.
