Recap: Vaigha deciding to leave - Vaibhav stopping her - Realization.

Vaigha's PoV
Today is a special day. Finally he agreed to stay here today. Its been many days we are married and today is the first day I am going to spend with my husband. We both have a lot to know about each other and staying at different places won't help us to understand each other. This might be the first step for it..and I really wants to know about him more and more. I need to spend my rest of life with him. I am happy to get an husband like him and I want him to feel the same for me. For all its important for us to get a space together which will decrease the distance between us. I am sure we will get attached together slowly.

We had dinner together and after that he immediately went to the room. I stood in kitchen completely confused and tensed. Nandini aunty came and saw me.

"Why are you standing here Vaigha? I was searching for you.." she said looking at me anxiously.
"Aunty... that..."I didn't know what to reply.
"Tension..?? I will help you to reduce your tension..."she hold my hand and dragged towards a room. We both entered into the room and she locked it from inside. I looked at her shockingly.

"What are you doing aunty?" I asked.

She took out a cover from the wardrobe and gave it to me.

"What's this?" I asked rolling my eyes.
"Open it and see yourself."she said smilingly.

I opened the packet and my eyes widened. It is a yellow color saree. I looked at aunty without understanding anything. She is smiling naughtily at me.

"Wear this Vaigha...it's for you..."she said and I bit my nails.
"For what?" I asked loudly.
"Arey it's your first night ah..let him see you in a saree..and don't let him escape this night...he will use all his tantrums.... your married life will depend on your ability to keep him with you...all the best dear.."she kissed me and I froze hearing her words. What did she indicate???

"Aunty...I didn't understand.."I narrowed my eyes.
"You will understand everything slowly..."she said smirking.

Within minutes she helped me to get ready. I was sweating and seeing that she handed over an handkerchief to me. I was thinking with shivering body when she pushed me into his room.
And she closed the door behind me without giving me a chance to escape.

Author's PoV
Nandini pushed Vaigha into his room and closed the door. She saw him working on laptop sitting on bed. He heard the sound of door and looked there only to see his wife in a beautiful saree. For a moment he was stucked on her beauty and he immediately retrieved back his eyes on laptop screen. He didn't have the courage to look at her once again and don't want to lost on her beauty. So he fixed his eyes on screen even though his mind was on the totally confused lady standing near the door. She was confused seeing her husband working at this night. More than all, his avoidance shocked her. He stood there like a statue without knowing whether to move or not.

Why he is not looking at me? Didn't he see me or am I not beautiful in this saree? But when I saw myself in the mirror, I was not that bad..Hey Mr.Husband ..look at me for once..
She thought looking at herself and pouting.

On the other side Vaibhav was waiting for her to move away from his sight. He lost concentration on his work and started typing random thoughts on keyboard. He took care to not look at her straightly. But he was gazing at her from the corner of his eyes. He felt awkward to look at her and talk with her.

Why lady? Why are you standing there? Go away before I lose all my control...
He typed on screen.

Hello Mr.husband...My legs are aching..why can't you just invite me inside? You might be the first one to concentrate yourself on your stupid work when a beauty is standing her..what kind of man you are Vaibhav? Did you marry that laptop or me??
She gritted her teeth losing her patience.

Did you take any vow to distract me like this? Did anyone hammered you there? Go away from there Vaigha.. Who invented the law that husband and wife should stay on same room??
He typed on keyboard.

I think I have married a blind..poor me..
She frowned.

This girl and her face...why can't I simply ignore you like I always do for others....why are attracting me towards you Mrs.?? Wait..you are so beautiful today..why did I fail to notice your beauty?? Mrs.Distraction go away with your magnetic power..Pls...
He typed.

She had lost all her patience within this time and moved to the mirror. She looked herself in the mirror once again and confirmed that she is ok. Then she looked at him. At the same time he looked back at her to see what she is doing.

"Am I invisible for your eyes? Its been a long time I am standing here...can you hear me atleast?" She asked snapping her fingers at him.

He couldn't help...but laughed hearing her words. She widened her eyes seeing that.

"Why are you laughing? Am I looking funny?" She pouted.

He closed his laptop and stood up from bed. He walked towards her and stopped infront of her.

"Thank God..so you can see me...I thought you are blind..." She sighed in relief.

"What??" He narrowed his eyes at her and she lowered her eyes.

"Vaigha..you don't need a permission to enter anywhere if I am there...you are my wife and you have that right... understand??" He asked and she nodded with a smile.

He asked her to sit on bed. She did so. He sat beside her. For a few minutes both remained silent. He was sweating and she was very nervous. She waited for him to initiate a conversation. He looked at her hand and struck something in his mind.

"If you don't mind, can you pls give that handkerchief for once?" He asked and she gave it to him immediately.

He started wiping his sweat from forehead, neck and face. She looked at him in wonder. He placed it in his pocket after his use. She narrowed her eyes seeing it.

"What??" He asked seeing her antics.
She shook her head.
"Ok..I think this is the first night we are spending together after our marriage..."he said.
She nodded.
"So..."he stopped without knowing what to say.
"So what??" She asked.
"So if you are sleepy, you can sleep..."he said and she gritted her teeth.

She cursed herself.
"What's the condition of Sanju? Did you call her?" She asked to lengthen the conversation.
"Ofcourse..she is fine...I called her..."he said excitedly.

She smiled seeing his excitement for conversation related to his sister. She can understand how much he is loving his sisters and brothers.

"Thank you for supporting...Till now I didn't have anyone to share my worries...But now I think I got someone who can understand me...you are not like other girls...You have something special in you..."he said and her happiness had no limits.

"I will be always there whenever you need me..."she said.
"Vaigha..I am not only a brother for my siblings..after our parents death, they considered me as a father and gave me their all responsibility..I want you to be a mother for them...Not only a sis in law... I hope you can understand me.." he said.

"Don't worry thinking about it...I can understand the pain of losing mother in an young age...I experienced it with my life... thats why I insisted my dad to marry once again...My happiness had no limits when I get to know that I will get a brother along with a new mom..I thought every mother will be same..But I didn't know the actual truth at that age...Only our own mom can love us like a mother...Others can make us feel like a mom...but they can't replace our mom... Vaibhav...your siblings won't miss their mom after I come into their life..It's my promise...I want to show the whole world that a woman can replace a mom if she have a mind to love them like her own child...your siblings won't complain about me never.."she said and he hold her hand. She was surprised.

"My siblings are searching for just a sis in law for them...but I am going to give them a mom..I am sure ...they will definitely accept you...they will agree that my choice is correct..."he said proudly.

She smiled.
"When I saw you for first time, I thought you are just an innocent silent girl..But now I understood how much maturity you are hiding within your silence..."he said.

"Maturity comes from experience..."she said.
He left her hand and slightly pinched on her nose.  He looked at her for a long time. She was feeling nervousness with his gaze.

"Now you tell me..wht did you think about me when you saw me for first time? "He asked.
"I noticed you first time when you announced that you are ready to marry me..I was scared..seriously I felt afraid.."she said lowering her eyes.

"Why? Did you think that I am a beast?" He asked funnily.

"No...I was afraid of rich people..Already we didn't talk that time...and I didn't know anything about you too..." She said in a sad tone.
"It's ok..now what is your opinion about me?" He asked.
"I am still studying you...but one thing I understood..you are a beast..."she said biting her lips and he was shocked.

"Yes...a beautiful Kindhearted beast.."she said blushing.
He smirked.

He looked at the clock.
"Vaigha..if you don't mind I have some more work to finish..You pls sleep..."he said as if it's a request.
"And what about you?" She asked curiously.
"I will join you after finishing my work..."he said standing up from bed.
"I am ready to wait till you complete your work.."she said and he smiled.

"No Vaigha..you should sleep..you dont Know about my work..."he said and she nodded.

He was about to turn when she stopped him.
"Wait...I want it back.."she said and he wondered.
"What??"he asked confusingly.
"My kerchief...it's Nandini aunty's gift for me..."she pouted and he was surprised.

He took it back from his pocket and gave to her. She smiled like a kid who got her toy back. He smirked and went to the couch with his lap top. She wiped her face with that kerchief and he switches on the AC seeing it.

"Good night.. Sweet dreams..and don't forget to include a beautiful Kindhearted beast in those dreams"he said.
"Good night..."she blushed.
She closed her eyes in shy.

Vaigha's PoV
Sleep was far away from me after the beautiful conversation with him. I looked at him Working on his laptop. It was 11 pm....I slowly fall into sleep. Agian I opened my eyes and see him still working..it's now 12 pm.....I wondered seeing him still working..I closed my eyes since I was very tired. I woke up after sometime and still he is on his laptop. It's 1:30 pm now...my doubt got strengthened..did he really marry that laptop instead of me? I sighed. I remembered how aunty talking about him....I was slowly realizing that my husband is a workaholic...!!!
