Recap: Kishore's wish to marry Anuradha shattering Vaibhav

Vaibhav's PoV
I looked at Kishore who is now laughing and enjoying with the others. He is now happy after destroying all my happiness. During lunch too, he was so busy in praising my wife's dishes. And I don't know why she is laughing along with him all the time.

Why did I ask him to tell his bloody wish? Didn't he get anything other than this to ask me? Why the hell did I bring him back from Bangalore? He was there happy and I was here happy too. And now everything is going to a mess. I don't know where this ends up.

"Bhai..sweets..."before I turn to look who it is, Krithika has already pushed the sweets in my mouth. I looked at Vaigha who is now laughing at me seeing my struggles to eat the big morsel of sweets. She look so innocent. I shouldn't have drag her to this. She might be living happily in that orphanage if I wouldn't have married her.

I turned to see another shocking sight. Kishore is looking at her admiringly. What the hell? Oh god..I should tell everything to Uncle and Nandini aunty now itself. I started looking for them. As expected aunty was busy in kitchen. So I searched for uncle and found him busy with a phone call in garden. I was about to go to him when someone pulled my hand from back.

"Bhai..you haven't ask what we want today. Did you forget?" Anjali was standing with a smile. And behind that twins and girls assembled. I noticed Kishore and Vaigha too at a distance.

"I didn't get you" I said confused.
"Arey did you forget about the speciality of this day? We can ask you anything today."

For God sake don't remember me again. And what do you want now? I haven't relieve yet from the shock given by one's wish.

Should I allow them to continue? What if they ask me to marry that Nandana soon? No no..I cant take risk anymore. Already I am suffering for asking someone's wish. And I can't let it happen again.

"First of all let me speak. I need to say something."I said loudly gaining everyone's attention.
Even Nandini aunty and uncle came to the scenario. I saw Vaigha looking at me in hope.

"Bhai..you can tell us anything. We are not interfering. Calm down." Arjun said as if he is managing a kid. What? I am not a kid.

"I know what I am gonna say will surely hurt you. Please forgive me for that."I apologized in advance.

They looked at each other getting tensed.
"Speak up bhai. We are not going to be angry with you. Whatever it is, we will understand you."Anjali said giving me confidence.

"I know that I have already promised you to marry any girl whom you choose. But it's not possible."I said finally.

"What???"I heard shocked voices from around. I looked up slowly to see only Sanju smiling. Others are confused. Vaigha's face showing more tension than me.

"Why bhai?" Krithika asked me.
"Because.. Because..."I am still confused how to tell. And Kishore is still infront of me. Isn't it necessary to solve his problem first?

"Why are you not speaking?" Anjali asked in a serious tone.

"I can't marry Nandana."I said.
They gave me a questioning expression.
"I can't love someone who don't respect my family. I can't marry a girl who can't love my siblings like I do. She is not a match for me and sorry..I won't marry her. Sorry for breaking the promise I gave to you. Sorry for disappointing you all." I said hoping for an earthquake soon.

I didn't heard any response and thats when I gained strength to look at their faces. Unlike I expected they were cool and calm. What if my entire family lost their senses?

"I am sorry..."I again said with guilt and they suddenly bursted into a laugh. I was shocked now.

"What happened to you all? Do you want me to call doctor?"I asked with no expression.
They again laughed.
I looked at Vaigha who was also shocked like me.

"Bhai..you are so fast.. before us you told it."Amar said teasingly.
"What? Can anyone explain before I became mad?"I said losing my patience.
"Bhai.. this time we are not asking you any wish."Arjun said.

Thank you brother. I am half relieved.

"Instead we wanted to apologize for a big mistake we did to you."Amar said this.
"And that was exactly for asking you to marry Nandana." Krithika said making me confuse.
"What... did you ..say?" I stuttered.
They smiled.

"Nandana. She was a wrong choice." Anjali said making me slightly smile.
"It was our blunder that we saw our bhabhi in her. You are right. She is completely a mismatch for you and our family. The way she treated Sanjana made us think once again. Sorry for asking you to marry her."Anjali added.

Thank God. Finally it's a genuine smile from me. I looked at Vaigha who had a teary smile. Uncle and Aunty were also happy.

"Really sorry bhai.. Nandana won't be a problem between us anymore. We visited her yesterday and told that we can't let you marry her." Krithika said.

"You guys are more fast than me."I said funnily.
"And how did she respond? I mean is she ok?" Vaigha who was silent till now asked.
"Firstly she reacted violent. Then we all consoled her and made her understand." Anjali replied and she sighed in relief.

So another obstacle moved away from our life. I too sighed in relief.

I hugged all of them together.
"Thank you babies. You have given me the biggest gift today" I said.
I looked at Vaigha who is smiling happily.

Vaigha's PoV
I am confused. Why didn't he tell the truth to everyone? It was such a golden chance and why did he waste it? Didn't he promise me to end all dramas today?

The impatient soul in me urges to ask him. Finally I decided to do so. I went to his room without bothering about anything. I saw him standing infront of his parents photo. I moved closer and thats when I saw tears in his eyes.

"Vaibhav.."I called in a low voice.
He turned and suddenly hided the tears on seeing me.
"What happened?"I asked
"What? Nothing happened Mrs." He said and I looked at him in disbelief.

What he is hiding from me?
I cupped his face and made him look at my eyes. He pulled me closer by holding my waist.
"What's bothering you?"I asked sweetly.
"It's nothing."he said lost in my eyes.
"Dont lie."I said.
"Nothing happened"he repeated.
"Again lie. I am your wife Vaibhav. Dont try to hide from me."

He suddenly left his hold on me and turned back. I held his wrist and made him to face me. He looked at me with intense eyes that showed love, care and guilt. Why?

"Come on tell me Vaibhav. Why are you so tensed?"I asked with concern.
"Do you have to know everything?"he asked little serious.

I was confused for a moment.
"Ok can I atleast know why didn't you tell them the truth? It's a matter involving me too. So I definitely have the right to know I think."I too said seriously.

"Shut your mouth. If you are so impatient, you go and tell them the truth. I have a family too to look after. I can't satisfy you only"he said angrily.

"Why can't you tell them?"
I don't know where the argument is going.
"It was you who promised me to solve all problems today itself. Did you forget or did you lose your courage? Or do you getting bored with me now?" I don't know why I asked that. He held my throat angrily with red shot eyes. I didn't see him this much angry till now.

I struggled to leave his hold on my neck. His eyes met mine and his grip slowly loosened. He left the hold.

"Vaibhav, what is happening between us?"I asked couldn't understand anything.
"Dont you know? Why should you have to interfere always? Dont take me granted."he said shocking me.

Did he say that? Why should I have to  face this always? First from my own dad. Now from my husband who gave me new dreams.

"You are right. I should have think about it. You have a family. And what do I have? Nothing. Noone. It's all my mistake Vaibhav. It's all my fault. I am sorry for interfering in your life."

I walked away before I lose my control. It hurts us a lot when we have to face this from the person whom we love a lot.

I went to terrace and sat there. It was hard to control my tears. So I let it flow.

"I am sorry Mrs." Shocking me I heard his voice from behind. He had already leaned to my shoulder taking a seat beside me. I looked at him in wonder.

"Sorry Vaigha. My mood was bad that time. I used so many words at you which shouldn't be." He apologized.
I smirked. Its very easy to say a sorry after breaking someone's heart. He tried to hug me. But I pushed him away.

"Why are you saying sorry? It was my mistake to think that you are my husband and I may have right on you" I said.

"No. You have every right on me. Dont take it serious pls..I am extremely sorry for whatever I said."he cupped my face.

"Sorry Vaigha. I hurted you a lot. But pls." He said caressing my neck where he held tightly. He slowly kissed there and I closed my eyes.

"Why did you tell that I am getting bored with you? That increased my anger and that's why I lost my control."he said.
"Sorry.."I said still angry.
"You behaved with me like a complete stranger. It hurted me a lot."I added.

He cupped my face and kissed my forehead.
"Sorry for all..."he kissed my hand.
"And why do it cares for you even if I gets hurted?"I asked
"Because I love you Mrs."he said kissing my eyes. I smiled slightly.
"And I cant allow anyone other than me loving you even if it's my own brother." He said kissing my nose.

I was shocked with his statement.
"What?"I asked
"You were right Vaigha. Kishore have feelings for you. I don't know when why how.. nothing..but he started having a dangerous love for you."he said making me freeze.

"How do you know?"
"He told me. He wants me to conduct your marriage with him. He asked me for it." He said.
"What? Are you mad?"
"I am mad. All this.. sudden...it all made me mad. That's why I got angry at you. Everything is making me mad Vaigha..Pls help me"he requested

I felt sad seeing his condition. I hugged him and he rested his head on my chest. I kissed his forehead.

"Dont cry. I am always with you."I said to console him.
"What would I do now?"he asked raising his head.
"I don't know" I said.

"Dont think about anything. Just relax. I will talk to Kishore tomorrow. I think I can make him understand." I said.
"No Vaigha. He will hate you. I don't want anyone to hate you because of me. I decided to share everything with uncle. Let him handle this. He will only obey aunty. They can solve this. I hope so."he said and I nodded.

He rested his head on my lap and layed on floor.
"I used to do this."he said
"Do what?" I asked.
"Whenever I am sad, my mom makes me lay on her lap. It will always give me strength to face anything." He said and I smiled.
"How are you feeling now?" I asked.
"Relaxed. Secure."he said and I kissed his forehead.

"Vaigha..dont hate me for hurting you. Please" he requested again.
"I love you Vaibhav. I can't hate you. Stop thinking like that" I said honestly.
He smiled and slowly fell into a sleep leaving behind everything that confuses him.
