let's face it, this book is never going to get finished lmAO WE THOUGHT

but I will put you out of your tWO YeAr misery and tell you how it was meant to end [if you're interested]

after Troye has had his big birthday or whatever, Tyler and him grow even closer. He has one last meeting with the counsel and assures them that the plan is still in motion.

As Tyler is sleeping one night, Troye builds up the courage to finally just dO IT.

... So he grabs a knife and attempts to stab him :)

However, he takes one long look at him and starts thinking about all the hopes and dreams Tyler's told him about and he can't find it in himself to rip Tyler out of the life he loves so much.

Phil was right y'all 👀

So Troye [crying cause it's a dramatic ass scene] puts the knife down, and Tyler wakes up when he hears him crying and FrEaks when he sees Troye with a knife [BECAUSE OBVIOUSLY YOU WOULD FREAK IF YOU SAW YOUR DEMON BOYFRIEND WITH A KNIFE IN THE MIDDLE OF THE NIGHT WATCHING YOU WHILE YOURE SLEEPING]

So he's screaming and Troyes screaming and everyone wakes tf up and Tyler rushes downstairs, putting as much distance between them as possible.

He's like "you were gonna kill me!" And troyes all like "oNly CaUse I LoVe YoU"

So they calm down a little and Troye explains that he can only be with Tyler and rule his circle of hell [i forgot which one his family was part of and I'm too lazy to look for it rn]

At the end of this, they're crying and it's EmOtIoNal or whatever and Tyler looks at him and says "do it"

And everyone is like WhAaaa???

But Troye tells him no, that he's gonna live and travel the world and become the artist he's always wanted and go to Paris and find a man that can give him love and affection; someone that he can buy a house with and adopt children and puppies with and grow old with.

And Troye promises that wherever he goes, he and his mom will be watching over him. He tells him to talk to the moon whenever he feels lonely because they're always listening. [emotional]

So there's more crying because ouch right?

So Tyler goes around and says goodbye to all the demon friends he's come to love throughout the years.

He lays down in the middle of the living room with Troye holding him [because dramatic] and he sings to him while doing like a spell sort of thing ? Ig

And the last words he whispers to Tyler are "I love you" or something cheesy like that

When Tyler comes to, hes in an apartment and he's like tf?

And then he finds Chelsea.

Hi Chelsea, I hope you're happy about this.

[as a reminder Chelsea is like half demon or sum idk she's the one that made me write this two years ago lmaooo]

And Chelsea is like "oh you're such a sleepyhead. I made breakfast" acting as if nothing happened.

And Tyler gets these "memories" of him moving from the U.S to London, meeting Chelsea at school, and moving to Paris with her. (These "memories" are just the spell thingy that Troye did ok)

So he's like cool whatever this is great life is good amen hallelujah

And a few years pass by and Tyler has a vivid dream of a mansion and a bootiful man

And he's drawn back to London even though Chelsea tries to hold him back because her job is to keep Tyler from remembering. She still keeps in contact with Troye and the whole operation is like hush hush yKnOw?

But he ends up back in London somehow. Back at the mansion. Back at the room where he finds a knife in the drawer that burns when he tries to touch it (only the mvp will understand that demon knives apparently burn humans ? Duh ?)

And suddenly he remembers eVERYTHING

And Troye appears at the door like "You're being nosy, Tilly"

Cue everyone being shook

And they reunite and hugs and kisses and YAYYY

THE END.

(I was even planning on making a sequel called When Paris Darkens when this first came out, but I didn't even have a plot so let's not go there)
(Oh, and if you're wondering, Troye was incapable of holding the throne without a partner, so the crown went back to his father until Tyde got just a wee bit older ;))

I just want to thank everyone who's supported this book. As CRINGEY AND GROSS as it is, it still holds so many hilarious comments, leaning experiences, and beautiful memories of the fandom I resigned from long ago (lol yikes)
