Shivaay reaches the location that his detective sent him after tracing the kidnapper's number(that's what Shivaay thought). He was very tensed and annoyed.

He entered a dark room. He couldn't see anything.He bumped against a wall.

Shivaay: Ah! Annika? Annika where are you?

Shivaay: Hey listen...whoever you are just leave my Annika...I will pay you whatever you wish for...but leave her

Then Shivaay moved forward. As he moved he felt something rubbing against his leg but he didn't care as he was very much worried for Annika at that moment.He had almost lost his calm.

Shivaay shouted: I know you are here ...face me ! Where have you kept Annika?!

Shivaay further moves forward and hits the table. The table moves a bit. Suddenly something falls over him. He retreats . Again he hits something and a waterproof cloth falls over him. He tries to remove it when it starts drizzling.  At last he calms down when he senses Annika.

Shivaay: Annika?

Annika comes from the back and wraps her arms around him .Shivaay turns immediately and hugs her.

Shivaay: Annika are you fine? Why is it dark? Where is the kidnapper?Did he harm you ?What's all this.

Annika in a low voice: Shivaay...

Suddenly the light comes and the place is well illuminated.

Shivaay stood there frozen .Then he slowly removes the cover that was protecting him from the drizzles inside the room. Annika removes her raincoat too. 

He couldn't believe what he saw.Annika was wearing an evening gown of pastel colour with a slit . Annika never wore such type of dresses. He was lost in her. He came out of his trance when he realised he was fully drenched in water.

Shivaay looks around.There were pictures of Shivaay all around the room. Pics of Shivika's fights,their todphod...Obros and Annika, Shivaay's childhood, Shivaay with his family, and all the happy moments that they could cherish...Aha not to miss the pic which contained the scene where Shivika ne Tia ki chop kardi. Shivaay giggled seeing that pic and reminisced the time.

There was a small table which had a cake over it. The cake was a chocolate cake .Shivaay widened his eyes at it.

Shivaay: You made it ?

Annika: Hmm

Shivaay: I have to be careful

Annika frowned at his statement.

Then Shivaay looked up.He saw the water sprinkler which created  mini rainfall in the room...There were water sprinklers at the top. Finally he looked down...there were balloons of red colour ...He never noticed them but was walking past them.

There were various unique quotes of birthday and at last he looked at the centre...There was a cut out of Shivaay...Not only him but there was cut out of the whole family.He smiled at Annika who smiled back at him.

Shivaay: Its beautiful Annika...thank you

Annika: Aha you won't speak today...only I will speak

Shivaay smirked and nodded his head.

Annika: Shivaay first of all HAPPY BIRTHDAY! Don't speak! Let me finish...I won't be able to do it 

Annika: Shivaay  I don't know how and when this happened. But this happened to me long time back. I wanted to tell you at that time.But I was scared to lose you. I don't know how to say this ...you are my life right now...I never realised when my whole world revolved around you. I never realised when you were so important for me...whatever I did for you before marriage ,I thought I was doing it as for the sake of humanity...But Shivaay Singh Oberoi  that was not humanity...that was...

She stopped for a while and looked at Shivaay who approved her to continue.

Annika: You always told Shivaay Singh Oberoi can do anything...That's true you can do anything.The feeling which I hated to feel or experience you made me feel so. Aapne iss khidkitod Paanika ko ...badal diya...You have changed me.Shivaay I knew what you were going to tell me that day near the pool and what for all that arrangement was...But Shivaay I wanted to tell you first...and that too on your birthday so that I could make it special for you...I didn't want to spoil your plan...but ...but

Shivaay was shocked at her confession.

Shivaay: You knew? How ?

Annika: The detective you hired told me about it first then he told about other things. I know he informed you that I confessed my feelings for you when we were in that room to  save ourselves from the storm. I never knew that room contained a CCTV camera. To dig out my past he also had to search that place?  I don't want you to regret...so if you want we can say it together.

Shivaay was speechless at the confession.He wondered how could Annika tell all this in one go.

I loved it when Shivika hugged after Surbhi threw water on Nakuul for thanking him for making it to the Best International Jodi Award.
