I woke up and started to hear all these beeping sounds around me. I had no clue what was going on but I could not keep my eyes open the light from the room was so bright. It seemed like I was just staring right at the sun and could not move my eyes away from it. I was so confused on what was happening or even where I was. I looked to the right, and saw that I was connected to all these red, yellow, and blue wires. I started to freak out and I realized the beeping sounds were getting louder. My eyes finally got use to the lighting and I was able to look around. I finally realized that I was in a hospital room, but I had no idea on why. Finally, I decided to look down at myself and I saw all kinds of bruises, my hair was in a birds nest, and I did not smell good as normal.

 I tried to get up, but then a doctor dressed in all white probably in his mid-thirties came in the room. He was one of those doctors that all the women, thought was just the hottest thing in the world. His badge reading, “Adam.” He finally got the loud beeping sounds off, and turned to me. He had this surprise face as if he was not expecting anyone to be where I was. The doctor started to write on his paper, faster than I have ever seen anyone write. It looked like he was just so excited to see me here, but I couldn’t understand why.

 The doctor had finally decided to look up at me and he just gave me this huge smile. I finally got the nerve to say something, “Hello?” I noticed my voice was kinda crackly and it felt unusual, as if I hadn’t talked in forever.

He didn’t really do anything but just smile, so I gave it another try, “Hello?” This time it came louder and clearer.

“Good Morning, I’m Doctor Adam.”

“I saw that on your badge, but why am I here?” I knew I could have said that in a lot nicer way, but I just wanted to know what was going on.

“Well that is good, very good I admit. We all thought that you might have forgot on how to read, but thank goodness you didn’t. Now, if you don’t mind can I ask some questions before we call in your parents?”

“Why in the world would I not remember how to read? Also why can’t you call in my parents, and where are they actually? Until you answer any questions I have, I will not answer any of yours!”

“I understand that you want to know these things, but in my powers I am not allowed to share that information.”

"Well, can you at least tell me why you are supposedly not allowed to answer them?”

“I can’t even tell you that for right now, but if you simply answer my questions, I will be more than glad to tell you.”

“Well, due to it seems I have no other choice I guess I must answer them, so please ask away.” I knew I wasn’t going to be looking towards this at all but if it gave me my answers, I must do it. I also don’t think Adam wants to be annoyed with me any farther than he probably is. He was about to talk, but I had to stop him, “I’m sorry about being rude, it’s just I want to know what is going on.”

"I understand completely, you are scared and it's a very normal reaction. Now, thank you and if you don't know any of the answers please just simply tell me that you don't know. What is your name?"

What kind of question is that? Of course I know my name, but he said he would answer my questions, once I have answered his. "My name is Anastacia Blakenship, everyone calls me Annie or Annna."

"That is correct, now when were you born? This is a little bit harder but if you can please give me the month, day, and your current age. If you simply don't know please just let me know and don't be worried."

"Why would that be hard, of course I know my birthday?! I was born on May 23rd, and I'm seventeen years old. How many more of these questions do I have to answer?"

"Like I told you I can't tell you that as of right now. All you need to do is just answer this last question and you will be done. What was the last thing you remember before waking up this morning?" He gave me this face as if he was really hoping I would know this answer.

I was trying to remember but it just wasn't coming to me. I started to think harder even though he told me not to and when I did that all I saw was this big white flash. It felt like a giant shock and now I couldn't see anything or feel anything. Did I honestly, just kill myself?
