Shinobu's POV

I've been out of the hospital for about a week now and Today was a brand new day!

And today is Halloween! and  we  all decided to do some Trick or Treating and probably get a good scare.

But my parents still took Caution cause I was still practically healing.

And of course they also told me to try and stay out of Trouble and Getting scared if possible, but that's Inevitable right?

And luckily I didn't have to do any Shopping since Mom and Dad bought some for us.

And we actually have a few other people Joining with us.

No not a few, the whole crew was with us and even Kanao was joined by some of her friends, I've also decided to Call Makomo and Sabito-san.

This might be my Biggest Halloween yet, since when we always did it was only the 3 of us siblings and sometimes Aoi, Mitsuri, Iguro and even Tomioka sometimes.

But this year was different because everyone was Attending and it's also another time for Bonding, Well not everyone.

I tried calling for Tomioka-san but he wouldn't answer, is he still feeling guilty about the Accident? And if that's the case we'll I've already forgave him.

But I just hoped he received the Voicemail I've sent, and I hope he shows up soon.

No Shinobu don't be negative, Be positive! I mean he can't resist a Beautiful face like mine right?

Plus if he doesn't go then I'll go to him myself! I'll annoy him so much that he'll be forced to be a Pajama Zombie for Halloween.

So while I've been doing my makeup for almost an hour now I was called downstairs by Kanae-nee.

I responded with "Almost ready!" And packed the Makeup before I got downstairs.

And I was surprised that a few of them were already there.

Well some of the teens area and also Sanemi probably trying to flirt with Kanae-nee again.

But I kinda liked their costumes, but what caught my eyes was Kanao's costume.

She looked like a type of a Yokkai hunter, and what made me look at her was how her clothes were placed or rather the Clothes was the whole problem.

A bit of her chest was exposed, and being an older sister I despise the fact that she looks like that.

And I knew that's Kanae-nee is the one who did this, or probably because the Tanjiro kid is here.

And I couldn't tell her to undress that and change into something else but it was already time to go.

And we already had a meeting place we've planned on so they'll be waiting.

And of course Sanemi decided to drive for us since he's the only one with a License while Gyomei-san took the others on their family van.

As Sanemi drived and talked with Kanae on the Front seat the teens were Screaming like children from either excitement or fear.

Well mostly the French Fries Kid and the Kid with the Boarhead mask.

Kanao was speaking to Aoi about School while Genya and Tanjiro were talking about some Horror Movies they've been recently watching.

While I was there feeling out of place, Oh how I wished I had other siblings.

So I just plugged in My Earphones and decided to blast some Music in my ears.

And since it was Halloween I decided to download some songs that have this creepy vibe.

One that I've liked was Cradles by Sub Urban, Made me feel my inner demons.

Another one of his songs was Freak Show and it made me think about The Monsters people face.

And the creepiest one for me was the Song called Tiptoe Through the Tulips, it's Positive vibe was actually used as an ironical background music for Insidious(The Horror Movie) and it gave me so many shivers.

Plus the singer had this crazy like singing voice that made it Creepier.

I looked on the window wondering if he'll actually come and I really hope he does.

At the States......

Giyu's POV

So it's that time of year today and I had to buy some candy so I can hand some candy to any Trick or Treaters.

So I had to take a 'Short' trip to the Grocery store.

I emphasized short since it wasn't at all.

One reason for that was I accidentally scared a kid on the way to the store so of course I did the most reasonable thing and calmed her down.

Which didn't work at all since I've spooked her even more.

I was ready to call the police when she suddenly stopped and had her eyes set on something.

I looked at the direction she was looking and I saw a Candy Store at the other side of the street, Convenient.

So I decided to go there with her, and probably treat her some candy to make her feel better.

I know it's a stereotype for a person being a kidnapper if they offer something for free while suspiciously approaching you but I'm not like that.

I just wanted to cheer the little one up and probably because my fatherly instincts were kicking in.

So I offered my hand to her and smiled as a sign of being Friendly.

She just looked at me while she wiped her tears before finally grabbing my hand.

Do we safely crossed the street and made our way Inside the Big Establishment.

And by big I meant Humongous! It was literally a factory of Candy.

And it was in the festive feels since most of the candy I saw were Either Halloween themed or the Decorations were.

And knowing how Americans love Halloween I should probably buy more than usual.

So I took 20 random packs of candy, and probably 1 or 5 packs for my own and got to the Gummy Section.

The the little girls eyes lit up seeing the different types of Gummies which she also did when she entered but this was something else.

She just looked astonished with how much Gummies were around as she looked at every corner of the section trying to find something she could devour.

I smiled looking at her, she reminded me of My Daughter.

It was in my 537th life I had an almost perfect life, Shinobu was my wife and we had a perfect family.

My daughter's name was Aiko, and this kid reminded me of her.

She was her age, The same enthusiasm when it comes to candy and her Beautiful Brown eyes.

She was the perfect kid, she was so kind to anything that it made her seem like an angel.

But that didn't last since we all died in an Accident after a Drunk Truck driver just rammed the car we were in.

And seeing her made me smile, so I approached her.

"What do you want? I'll buy anything you want" I asked while her smile beamed a blinding light.

She couldn't wait and took as much Gummies she could carry with her little hands, and how much she carried surprised me.

In her little hands were 10 whole packs of Random Types of Gummy bears.

It made me giggle on how much she tried lifting all of them but some of the packs still fell.

So I helped her of course as we got to the Cashier, and The Bill actually surprised me.

It was Halloween and all but 10 bucks for all of this was a Bargain, and can already be considered as a Freebie.

And I also forgot to ask her about her parents, Which I should've done first.

So after we bought the Candies I asked  her where she lived and she was silent.

Wait why isn't she talking? Is she lost? Or is she homeless? I should've asked first, Poor kid.

I kneeled down to her and she looked at me.

"I want you to be honest with me okay? Are you lost? Where are your parents? How long have you've been alone?" I asked while she just looked down, is she crying?

I lifted her face and looked at her, tears were falling down her face.

I pitied the girl, all this time she lived alone without a single show of affection to her.

I mean I was like her, before I was a Hashira I was left all alone with my Family all dead and I was left alone.

So I wiped her tears and spoke to her.

"Everything is going to be alright okay? You don't need to tell me if your still not okay with it Okay? I'll help you I promise" I spoke, making a fist and  putting it near my heart.

She just nodded in reply, Guess I'm being a Dad now Huh?

I just sighed and brightened everything up.

"Hey why don't we go Trick or Treating? I know kids love it so why can't you? But before we go Let's go home first Okay?" I asked as she just nodded, This kid reminds me of Kanao.

Actually how are they on Japan? I hope this decision was right and I hope they're all safe, especially Shinobu.

Back at Japan!

Shinobu's POV

It's been almost an Hour but where are those idiots? They just had to go loot more Houses.

Now here I am Lost, trying to follow them knowing it'll only lead to trouble.

Ugh this is so Frustrating! I'm lost and Giyu is still not responding to the Voicemail I've sent.

God damnit I should've just stayed at home and watched some Horror Movies, atleast I'll only get spooked not like here were anything can happen and death was probably also gonna happen.

So I just sat  in these alleyway like a stray, waiting for someone in the group to find me or Vice Versa.

I mean I tried calling them but there was bad reception and when I finally did have bars my battery suddenly died.

Either I'm in a Horror Movie or my luck is at it's worse.

I guess I'll just have to wait for now then.

Back with Giyu...

Giyu's POV

So we arrived at the apartment and it was silent, Hinami probably went out for a while.

So while I was Preparing the Treats outside She was just sitting in the couch.

She was probably still shy and didn't want to touch anything, and it's probably the first time she got inside another person's home.

As I finished up I looked at her, Oh right I didn't ask her name yet.

I wanted to ask her name but I'll probably do it later because this might be too much for her right now.

So I just decided to find a costume here but nothing.

Then an idea formed in my head.

While I searched for some materials in making the Diy costumes I heard something get ripped.

I looked at the couch and saw her eating a pack of the Gummies, she's probably hungry Why didn't I think of that?!

ARGHH I'm so stupid!, I quickly ran into the drawers and tried cooking something up real quick since I've already finished the Diy costumes and it was still 9pm so it was still quite early.

And good thing I did the groceries or we wouldn't have any Salmon Daikon.

Which reminds me I need to cook some of it since it's always been Chinese Food this and That and it was getting out of hand.

I wanted something fresh so I went to the refrigerator and got the biggest Salmon and Radish and went chopping.

The process actually didn't take long, it only took 30 minutes to cook the whole thing and it was Devine.

And I think the smell got to her since she was already at the table munching on the Gummies and was sitting their silently like an obedient kid.

While I finished up, I gave her a bowl and started to pour the Soup.

She looked amazed, and instantly digged in.

She finished the bowl in a minute tops and was begging for more while I was happy to oblige.

And In total she ate 4 bowls, More than I would normally eat but that's pretty impressive for a kid.

While she took the last slurp and burped  I decided to ask her name.

"So what's your name Kiddo? I forgot to ask it at first and I wanted to ask but you still seem to hate talking" I asked, while she just looked at me.

And she then she suddenly took off and was looking around for something.

I followed her until she found a pen and a piece of paper, Is she gonna write?

As I looked at her I saw an unimaginable amount of Scribbles.

I closely inspected it and it looked like she was drawing something or either someone.

As she finished up I finally realized something, she's an orphan who escaped the Orphanage.

I looked on the drawing and I was right.

The drawing was a bit rusty but it was describable.

At first I thought it was just a house until she drew different kids and adults.

And there was one that looked like it had horns? Why though?

"Hey kid what's with the horns?" I asked Pointing at the seemingly Middle aged woman.

She wrote something down and it said.

"Shiz Bud Alweys slap me" it read, So that must be the cause of her trauma.

And then she wrote another scribbly word and it read.

"Iako" it read, so that's her name.

"Iako? What a beautiful name for such a Beautiful kid!" I spoke making her look at me.

I looked back at her and just smiled back.

"Now how about we go Trick or Treating? Sound good to you Iako?" I asked as she enthusiastically nodded.

And so we did do that, and the smile plastered in her face was never gonna get old.

Shinobu's POV

It's been almost an hour since midnight and I was still here waiting for the others.

I've already started feeling doozy but I couldn't sleep now knowing what would happen if I did.

I mean I could easily be a target for Kidnapping, Hold-ups, and Even rape.

So I still waited, but no one came.

I was already about to close my eyes when the sleepiness was successful entering my body when I heard a familiar voice.

"Kochou.. it's not safe here Wake up..." Wait who is this? The voice sound so familiar.

"Hey Shorty wake up, your friends are here..." I heard it again, who is that?

I looked around me with my droopy eyes and saw a familiar silhouette.

"Hey Short Stack wake up.." Tomioka-san?

"Tomioka-san?" I asked the voice, while I heard it snicker.

"Who else you Big Breasted Midget.." if I wasn't tired I would've kicked your ass but I won't cause I am tired.

"Your so mean Tomioka-san" I replied with a very doozy voice.

"Just sleep, I'll do the rest..." He spoke as I felt my body getting suspended upwards.

And that was all I remembered then everything went black.
