89. I'm nervous

"Oppa, wake up!" The two-year-old girl yelled at her brother, who was sleeping on the bed beside her. She shook him, but he didn't seem to wake up. "Oppa~" She pretended to cry, and this time her brother was wide awake.

"Tia, baby, what happened?" The five-year-old boy inquired as he panicked. He observed his sister's expressions carefully. "Why are you crying?" He inquired softly, holding Tia's hands when he noticed tears welling up in her eyes.

"Oppa is a big bad meanie. Oppa never wake up." Tia hit Ji-hu's chest while throwing a fit.

Ji-hu pouted and looked down, feeling guilty for not waking up when Tia had been attempting to do so for quite some time.

Ji-hu hugged Tia and pecked her head like the loving brother he was. Tia chuckled playfully in her brother's arms. Ji-hu quickly realized that he had fallen into his sister's tricks again. But it wasn't like he would mind. Half a time, he understood that she was just playing around, but he still pretended to fall into all her tricks.

"Shall we go now?" Ji-hu inquired of his sister who was still in his arms. The girl nodded enthusiastically while giggling, as she drew away from the hug. She waited for Ji-hu to get down from their shared bed before following her brother.

The two walked to the next room holding hands. They spared the last glance at each other and chuckled before opening the room and rushing inside.

Tia slapped Taehyung's legs that were on Jia's, while Ji-hu hit Jia's legs, separating them from Taehyung's.

The couple sighed and moved away, like always. It was how they woke up for the past one year since the time Tia began walking and sleeping in Ji-hu's room.

Taehyung wanted to give Tia a separate room, but Ji-hu didn't want to separate from his sister. He loved her way too much for that. Also, since Tia was born a month earlier, the family had to look after her more than required. Ji-hu had been noticing it since the time he saw her sister after the discharge and how she was being taken care of by their parents. So he had grown over-possessive and more caring towards Tia.

The siblings jumped onto their parents' bed and hugged them. Ji-hu hugged Jia while Tia hugged Taehyung. It was never the other way. The family hugged each other and went to sleep once again.

🥀

Shin-ah had to leave the agency because her father had just given her one year. She was content, though, since she had claimed her man.

Yoongi and Shin-ah had been engaged for over a year. Following that, they decided to take things slowly. Shin-ah had taken over her father's hotel business and was now the owner of Seoul's most famous and expensive resort, which she named Seesaw.

Shin-ah had taken the name from Yoongi's song. He had released the song a year back and Shin-ah loved it the most. So, she decided to give that name to her resort.

She had also invested in Jia's café and now they had opened two more branches around Seoul. Jia had become a businesswoman with the help of her brother and sister-in-law. Jia no longer regretted not being able to finish her studies.

She stayed home when Tia was born and dedicated all her attention to Tia. Once Tia was healthy, Shin-ah suggested to the young mother that she would help her in growing her business, and who was Jia to deny?

Taehyung's parents had shifted permanently to Seoul, so they looked after Ji-hu and Tia when their parents were busy. Jia was happier with their decision.

🥀

Taehyung and Jia slept blissfully with their children, but the doorbell continued to ring which interrupted them.

"Tae, go and open the door," Jia spoke up, smacking Taehyung's arm, causing the man to curse the enemy of his peace. "Stop cursing in your mind and go," Jia ordered annoyingly with her eyes still closed.

Taehyung rubbed his eyes and yawned before walking to the front door, not caring to wear a shirt. He continued walking half naked.

"I should have guessed it." When he opened his eyes and glanced at the person who was just as enraged as Taehyung, he whispered softly.

"Take him. I don't understand why we bring these devils into this world." Hoseok handed his son to the annoyed Taehyung. He hated the little one a lot. Not because he was naughty, but because he was obsessed with Tia, which he hated.

"I have two kids too, for your kind information. I don't need yours to look after." Taehyung mocked, but anyways rocked Baek-hyun in his arms.

"Tae, he wants Tia all the time. He can't seem to function without her. How are these kids like this?" Hoseok complained, not understanding why the new generation of children was like this.

Since the day the newborn Baek-hyun saw Tia, who was just five months old at that time, he literally stopped crying. He was whipped for her since the time he laid his eyes on the little girl and Taehyung hated it the most.

Taehyung initially thought that he would have to protect Tia once she grew up, but he never imagined that he would have to protect her once Baek-hyun was born. The little one was Taehyung's enemy and Jia remarked, "it's karma for supporting your son when he continues to ask for Aera." Taehyung obviously hated Jia's Karma lessons because he loved Aera and he had pledged to make her Ji-hu's wife in the future. After two years, it appeared that Hoseok had made the same promise to his son.

"Hyung, come on in," Taehyung spoke, sliding a little to allow the elder to enter.

"I literally stay near you but fine. I'll enter." Hoseok commented and entered Taehyung's house, approaching the drawing-room and laying on the couch as if he was used to being in the younger's house.

After Tia was born, Jimin had suggested his friends live together in the same apartment. He was tired of staying in the agency building and since he was engaged to Yoona, he wanted to live with her somewhere else. After all, they were most likely to begin their new lives with their significant other.

Namjoon and Hoseok loved the idea the most because they lived far away from the others. So they liked the idea of living in the same apartment with their friends.

Currently, they were all living in the same apartment on different floors so that they could see each other more frequently.

They were relieved to see that the apartment only had ten floors. They had reserved the entire flat for them.

Taehyung's parents lived on the first floor, followed by Taehyung, Yoongi, Jimin, Namjoon, Hoseok, Jin, and Jungkook. Except for Jungkook, who was unmarried; and Namjoon, who refused to marry; the rest of the members stayed with their partners.

Seul-gi had stopped working since she was five months pregnant. She had made the decision to settle down the day she learned of her pregnancy. And after seeing Tia and Baek-hyun, she was more than ready to welcome a child into the world. Because the others were preoccupied with their work, she spent most of her time with Taehyung's mother, Hye-Soo.

Taehyung walked to his room and placed Baek-hyun next to Tia who was sleeping. Yes, he was an over-protective father, but he couldn't stay mad at Baek-hyun for more time. He smiled when he noticed a smile on the youngest one's face while looking at Tia.

Taehyung kissed the heads of all three kids and smiled while walking out.

"Hyung, did you check everything?" He asked seriously this time and Hoseok sat straight on the couch.

"Yes, everything is fine. We just need to bring the rings and your clothes from the store. They called me up the last night to inform me that your clothes are altered." Hoseok informed, earning a nod from Taehyung.

"Shall I make your coffee or do you want to sleep? You can go to the guest room." Taehyung said but sighed when Hoseok shook his head.

"Coffee will do," Hoseok said and walked after Taehyung to accompany him. "Baek wakes me up every night and I need to walk out of the room to let Song-yi sleep. She gets tired the whole day. I wonder how did you manage with your two... I'm sorry." He instantly regretted for not thinking before speaking when he noticed Taehyung looking down with a sad face.

"Hyung, you aren't wrong. Sometimes I myself wonder how Jia did that all alone. I'm happy to be by her side during the second pregnancy. But let me tell you, kids are a blessing. Those little angels make our mood better when we have a bad day." Hoseok smiled and nodded when Taehyung said that. He was thankful every time his son made him smile when he had a bad day. Even if he later regrets having children because Baek-hyun won't let him sleep, he can't deny that he was a lucky parent to have the child.

"Your kids would be the first ones to be present at their parents' wedding." Hoseok laughed when Taehyung slapped his arm playfully but smiled anyways, agreeing with the elder.

Once their laughter died, Taehyung mumbled, "Hyung, I'm nervous."

"You weren't nervous making kids. Why the hell would you be nervous to marry your wife? It's not like you are marrying someone else's wife." Taehyung shrugged at the elder's question.

After making the coffee, Taehyung passed Hoseok's cup to him and proceeded to the other side of the counter, where he sat on the bar chair beside Hoseok, thinking about his wedding day.

You have no idea how sad I was. I had planned to end the book today.

But this chapter was already long and I couldn't just write a chapter with 4000 words. It would be really boring. So I decided to publish this first instead.

What are your feelings when I said that the book was to end today? Do you feel happy or sad?

Will you miss this book? 🥺

He's so cute 😭♥️
