"What happened?" Jimin inquired as he sat on the chair, sulking.

"I have no idea. What's with Jin hyung suddenly calling us?" Taehyung responded with a question, seeming similarly perplexed.

"That too he called us at the midnight." Jimin made a fake teary face, wiping his invisible tears.

"Hyung, its 9 already." Jungkook stated.

"Well, that is midnight for me, Kook."

"You guys are irritating. Shut up and let me sleep." Yoongi commented in an irritating voice. He laid his head on the table, resting his head on his crossed hands and closing his eyes.

"What if the agency is going bankrupt?" Taehyung suddenly spoke with a shock plastered in his voice and face.

"Oh, shut up, Tae! When will you grow up?" Yoongi stated annoyingly without opening his eyes.

The way Yoongi spoke to Taehyung caused Taehyung's eyes to glitter all of a sudden. The elder addressed him as "Tae" for the first time.

"So, Yoongi hyung, you don't hate me anymore?" Taehyung asked, clapping his hands while displaying his boxy grin.

"I hate you with all my heart, Kim fucking Taehyung. Shut up and let me sleep." Yoongi spoke through gritted teeth which made no impact on Taehyung. He was happy and Yoongi's rude behavior won't make him sad, not now at least.

Jin had personally contacted everyone and asked them to come to the meeting room. Jin's single phrase, "In the meeting room right now," had a profound effect on everyone's minds.

The eldest amongst all was not only the agency's CEO, but he was also like a family to the others. He gave them carte blanche to do whatever they wanted as long as it didn't harm their or the agency's reputation. When there was an emergency, however, his one sentence was enough to get everyone to the meeting room before the scheduled time.

That was also why everyone, especially the idols of the agency resided in the same building. They were given their own studios and accommodations so that they could rest as well as work away from the paparazzi's attention.

Jin entered the meeting room and took a seat next to Yoongi, who was seated close to Jungkook. Taehyung and Jimin were seated directly across from them. "Good morning, friends! I apologize for calling you all early, but it's important." He spoke, waking up Yoongi from his slumber.

"That's for you, Yoongi. I was contacted by Halsey and IU's agency. They are interested in working with you." Jin addressed the aforementioned man.

"IU? Say yes, Hyung! You're so lucky." Jungkook remarked, clapping his hands and grinning like the whipped boy he was.

"And you, Kook, write a solo song for the new album you're doing together." Jin continued commanding both the males.

Taehyung and Jimin breathed a sigh of relief at the thought of not having to work so hard.

"Okay! I'm in my studio." Yoongi spoke like a grumpy old man and walked out of the meeting room while Jungkook was panicking. He had to get to work as quickly as possible.

Jungkook had always been a perfectionist. He'd rather work hard than slack off. "I'll go as well. I need to get back to work." He informed, before walking out.

"Okay, so I can rest as of now. Thanks, hyung!" Taehyung stood up and yawned before walking out as well.

"You did all of it, didn't you?" Jimin inquired with hooded eyes, earning a shrug.

"Bye, Chim! It's midnight for you, remember? Sleep!" Jin spoke in a serious tone before running out.

When Jin entered his office, he discovered Yoongi standing near the large mirror window. His back was facing the door. "What brings you here?" Jin inquired courteously.

"Hyung, you can't do this. You also kept Jungkook occupied. You are aware of how Ji-hu spends more than four days a week with me. Before, I didn't have to be concerned because I had Jungkook. But, now that he'll be busy too, who will look after my baby?" Yoongi let out a sigh.

Jin leaned in and patted the younger's shoulder, closing the distance between them. "What am I doing here? Jimin is also here."

"I don't want Jimin near him."

"You need to grow up, Yoongi. Just because Jimin is Taehyung's best friend doesn't mean you need to hate him too. He is a kind, talented man. You can also attempt anything to keep Jia and Taehyung apart, but if they were meant to be, fate will play a significant role. So, rest assured and focus on your work. We are here to look after Ji-hu." Jin's words seemed logical.

All these years, Yoongi had been attempting to keep Jia and Ji-hu away from Taehyung. Regardless, they met. If they were meant to be, he can't do anything. He clearly despises Taehyung, yet they are adults capable of making decisions for themselves.

So now, he decided to focus on his career rather than meddle in his sister's affairs. She had to decide what is best for her because he doesn't want Jia to regret in the future because of her brother's interference.

"Eomma, when are we going out? I want to meet TaeTae." Jia sighed as Ji-hu demanded cutely.

Blood was unquestionably thicker than water. Ji-hu had been talking about Taehyung since the day he met him. He would always want to be with Taehyung, and Jia instinctively knew she couldn't stop him.

Was it Ji-hu's fault to be born to parents who hate each other? Was it his fault if he wanted to be with Taehyung because he enjoyed spending time with him? None of this was the little one's fault.

So, Jia finally decided to move on and be mature enough to let Ji-hu spend time with his father. It was clearly visible how Taehyung had been suffering as well. He might have done wrong, but he deserved his son's love too.

After much deliberation over the previous two days, Jia had decided to give Jungkook a chance and allow Ji-hu to spend time with Taehyung. She decided to move on with Jungkook not because she despised Taehyung, but because she couldn't bring herself to trust him once more.

"Let us go to the agency, bub," Jia spoke cutely and pecked Ji-hu's forehead.

The girl was positive to make her life better now. She had control over her life, mind, and feelings. Would things go as she was planning or would there be a sudden turn of events?

I honestly didn't realize that I had left the last chapter on cliffhanger. But we can't do anything. I might be busy with my studies, but I'll continue writing and uploading further chapters.

We have a long way to go with this story. Expect all the drama and twists.
