(5 Months Later)

It was Thanksgiving time once again! Meaning Enzo Donovan would see what goes on in the Hamily at Thanksgiving for the first time.

It was the morning of Thanksgiving when Pippa came around her bedroom, collecting the clothes that were on the floor from the week. Mostly Lin's. As she cleaned, Pippa continually glanced at the implant in her arm. She had been doing good with her program to get her immune system up and running as usual. She had 4 weeks left before she went back to the doctors to see if she could get the green light on having more kids. While she liked not having to worry about condoms and pregnancy, she missed the way Lin used to look at her. She felt like Lin didn't see her as a real woman, because she couldn't have kids at the moment. And while yes, it seemed stupid, she couldn't stop the thought from entering her mind.

Pippa did her best to focus on cleaning up before her kids got up. It was 8:30, Enzo got up around 8:45, so she had 15 minutes to shower and get as far as she could in her morning routine.

"Ma!" Enzo screamed over the baby monitor. Pippa sighed and quickly tried to dry off her hair. She rushed to grab Enzo before he woke Lesley. They were going to have Enzo and Mason room together, but Pippa didn't want to have to walk across the hall in the middle of the night to get Enzo if he cried. Therefore, Enzo and Lesley roomed together instead.

"Good morning, Papa," Pippa smiled. She picked up her son and took him to the changing table. "Woah," she gasped. Pippa held her breath as best she could while she changed Enzo's poopy diaper. Once she finished, Pippa took her half-naked baby and put him on her hip. "Let's go wake up Daddy, and let Mommy get her hair done," Pippa cooed. Enzo wrapped his arms around Pippa's neck, tightly. "Okay let's not choke mommy," Pippa laughed, pulling Enzo off of her trachea.

When Pippa got back to her room, Lin was sitting up looking at his phone. "Good morning, baby," Pippa smiled. She shut the door and walked over to the bed. She kissed her husband and set their son in the bed with his dad.

"Did you see this?" Lin asked holding up his phone. "Jazzy wants us to dress nicely," he scoffed and set his phone down to play with Enzo.

"I know. I'm not excited about that, but I have to have something that easy access," Pippa said. She ran to the closet, grabbed a black bandeau and pink dress. "Let me get dressed, and then I will take him to go make breakfast. But you have to get Lesley up in time enough to take her to the bathroom," Pippa said. Lin nodded and watched his woman run into the bathroom.

At 12:15, Stevie emerged from her room dressed for the day with Mason in a nice shirt and jeans. She skipped down the stairs to see Pippa making egg whites, avocado toast, and whole wheat pancakes. Pippa was on a health kick since she wanted to build up her immune system and have another baby. Doctor Grey gave her a strict diet to stay on after she had Enzo, and she tried her best to stick to it. "Everything smells good!" Stevie praised. Pippa grinned and turned off the stove.

"Thanks. Oh, and hey can you help me?" Pippa asked. Stevie gave her a questioned look, as she sat Mason next to Enzo in his high chair.

"Whatcha need buttercup?" Stevie asked. Pippa sighed and cut up Enzo and Lesley's pancakes.

"You know I love food. And you know that Thanksgiving is one of my favorite times for foods," Phillipa started. Stevie nodded. "Well, and you know how much I want to give Lin another baby, I need you to help me stay away from the foods I can't eat," Pippa pleaded. Stevie nodded once again as she fixed she and Mason's plates.

"Of course," she said.

"And please, not a word to dad. I don't want him to know. I want it to be a surprise. I'm hoping that I get the all clear from the doctor," Pippa whispered. Stevie smiled and put her finger over her mouth.

"Secrets safe with me," she promised. Pippa side hugged Stevie and watched Lin come down the stairs with Lesley.

"Good morning, beautiful family!" Lin screamed. Pippa and Stevie laughed and sat at the table.

Around 5 PM the Miranda's showed up at Ant and Jazzy's house. They came in to see everyone dressed up and cheerful. "Hello, hello, hello!" Lin greeted. Everyone cheered when they saw Lesley.

"My baby!" Renée and Jasmine screamed. They took Lesley from Lin and brought her to everyone else. Stevie set Mason on the floor, to let him play with Brielle. And, Pippa sat Enzo's car seat down next to the couch.

"Quick question," Pippa said. Everyone turned to her with expecting eyes. "Raise your hands if you have seen my boobs at one point in time," she said. Everyone, besides the kids, looked at each other and raised their hands slowly. Pippa shot Lin a slight glare, Jasmine punched Anthony's chest, Renée slapped Alexis and Chris's heads, Nicolette took Leslie's hand and put it back down. "Really Lin. You showed the guys?" She scoffed. "Well good then, because I have to feed my baby," Pippa said. Everyone shrugged and went back to Lesley. Pippa sat on the couch with Enzo and started his feed.

"How are you doing with your program?" Renée asked as she plopped next to Pippa on the right, while Jasmine took the left.

"I'm actually doing well. I have 4 weeks left, and then I'm gonna get," Pippa pointed to the implant, "taken out it the doctor says I'm clear," she said. Renée and Jasmine silently cheered.

"Ah! That's so exciting," Jasmine squealed. "How did Lin take it?" She asked. Pippa shook her head and glanced down at Enzo.

"He doesn't know yet. I'm thinking about waiting to get the all clear, getting the implant out, and then I'm just gonna get pregnant and surprise him," Pippa said. Renée slid her hand over her mouth and gasped.

"That would be so cute! Oh, I can't wait for you to get pregnant again. I love your belly!" She squirmed. Pippa and Jasmine laughed at Renée and changed the subject to the boys.

"How are you and Pippa doing man?" Chris asked Lin. The guys were all gathered around the bar in the kitchen. Lin ran his hand through his hair and sighed.

"We're good, but I don't know man. Sometimes I feel like she's just pulling away from me," Lin answered. Leslie gave him an oh shit look and shook his head.

"Nic did the same to me," he said. "Are you and she..." Leslie trailed off. Lin blushed and nodded.

"I mean yeah and it's good. Or at least she isn't complaining to me," Lin said. Leslie shrugged and shook his head.

"Well, maybe she's pregnant again," he said. Lin shook his head.

"Nah!" Lin negated.

"Why do you say that?" Chris asked. The guys nodded and turned to Lin.

"Yeah, how do you know she ain't got one in the oven, and just ain't tell you yet?" Daveed asked. The musical genius shook his head.

"Pfft. I would know if she was pregnant. And she's not. Plus, she's got this thing in her arm that stops something from happening so she can't get pregnant," Lin poorly explained. Jonathan got a grossed-out look as he sipped his drink.

"What?" He squeaked. "What even? How does something in her arm stop shit from happening down under?" He asked. Lin and the rest of the guys cracked up and shrugged.

"I'm not a doctor! I just go with it!" Lin chuckled. He took another sip of his beer and slipped his hand in his pocket. Before anyone could say anything Jasmine stood up from the couch and cleared her throat.

"Alright! Let's move to the dining room! It's time to eat!" She announced. Lin moved to the couch and picked up Enzo. Pippa grabbed a burp cloth from the diaper bag and got up herself. Once fully up, Pippa took her son back and let Lin pick up Lesley.

"I am starving!" Stevie sang as she walked past her parents. Pippa shook her head and grabbed Stevie's arm.

"Remember what we talked about," Pippa said. Stevie nodded and wrapped her pinky around Pippa's.

"I gotchu ma!" She said. Pippa half laughed and took her hand back. "Let's eat!" Stevie squawked in an awful gangster voice. Everyone laughed and sat down before the amazing meal Jasmine had cooked.

In the middle of dinner, Pippa gathered everyone's attention and stood up. "Oh goodness," she smiled. "First off can I say that we all clean up very swimmingly," she said. The guys high fived each other as the girls flip their hair in fake vanity. "But, um," Pippa glanced at Lesley before she looked at the rest of the table. "You guys are truly amazing. You all are the reason I was sane during the whole thing with Lesley and I could not be more thankful. I am so lucky to have a family as great as you all," she thanked. Everyone smiled and awed. "And Lin and Stevie, I wanted to personally thank you for being my rocks and keeping me in good health and strength through this trying time. I am grateful for all you do, and I am especially thankful for the fact that you guys stick with me through my crazy. I love you guys," she said. Jasmine and Renée awed, the guys wiped fake tears, and Stevie hopped up and hugged her mom.

"I love you too momma!" Stevie smiled. She hugged Pippa tightly, then scurried back to her seat.

"Awe, I love you guys," Jasmine said. The Hamily clinked their glasses and continued to eat the amazing feast.

On the way home, Lin drove as Pippa stared out the window. She absentmindedly stroked her stomach, as the trees past her window. Lin noticed, and felt his eyes go slightly wide. "So Pippa, you know that whole having another baby thing?" Lin asked. Pippa dropped her hand to her lap and nodded.

"Yeah. What about it?" She replied. Lin sucked in his lips, while he tried to figure out the right words. "Do you not want to have any more kids?" She questioned with a ting of hurt that floated through her tone.

"No! It's not that. I would be honored to father your kids. It's just that," he sighed heavily, "Nothing. It's dumb," Lin shook his head.

"Are you sure?" Pippa confirmed. Lin nodded.

"Yeah, let's forget about it," he said. Phillipa nodded and took her husbands hand.

"I love you, Miranda," Phillipa whispered. Lin kissed the back of Phillipa's hand and focused on the road.

"I love you too, Soo," Lin replied. The two rode down the road in silence and solitude. Every once in a while Lin looked up and saw Stevie texting, and the babies asleep. And soon enough, Pippa was asleep as well and Lin was left awake to his own devices. I hope my parents like her. Lin thought.
