I wanted to update this yesterday night but couldn't complete the chapter*sighing sadly*

Authors POV

Vihaan looked at the chaos filled downstairs where everyone was busy for tomorrow's mehendi function.

But he was not in peace because now he knows that he have to let Amaya know everything, specially when he is engaged to someone, someone who has his heart,

What did Aradhaya thought he will not get to know anything, he smiled as he thought that, he knows his heart can't be wrong with her that's why he told his man's to check the cameras in which he saw Aradhaya and Nisha entering the empty room of Amaya and then Aradhaya coming out all dressed up, he I'm editing called his team to search for Amaya and they come to know Amaya last location was on vila few km away from Rajput palace and that Villa is of Veer, he knows Veer won't hurt her because his target is them still he sent few of his man in disguise.

"BHAIIIIII." He snapped out of his thoughts.

He saw Vidushi standing behind him with her hands on her hips and irritation dripping from her face.

"Bhai I m calling you from past ten minutes." She said annoyed

"What is it Vidushi." Vihaan asked.

"What you forget, we have rehearsal for dance as tomorrow we girls will have mehendi it will be difficult for us to rehears ." Vidushi explained.

Vihaan nodded and followed her to the room where they were practicing but the scene in front of him boiled his blood.

Aradhaya was dancing with Veer with her hands on his shoulder and his on her back.

"Vidushi what is Veer doing here." Vihaan asked with a cold voice.

"Oh few of my friends ditched us for having a tour of the city Soo I told Veer Bhai and Aradhaya to help us and they both got the steps easily." Vidushi Chirped.

Vihaan gritted his teeth he knows that Veer is not that type of guy but seeing her in someone arms boils his blood.

"Now Bhai you go and practice with Bhaabi, Aradhaya and Veer Bhai show them the step na." Vidushi said.

Veer sighed annoyed, he didn't wanted to come but just because of Vidushi he had to. He nodded hesitated and started shooting the steps with Aradhaya, Vihaan and Amaya started to follow the steps but as Vihaan whole attention was on Amaya they were doing the steps wrong Everytime.

"Guys stop it , do one thing Bhaabi you practice step one time with Veer Bhai and Bhai you with Aradhaya as they both are good in the steps it will be easier for you guys to learn faster." Vidushi said both the sister hesitantly exchanged the partner.

Aradhaya placed her hand on her shoulder as he wrapped his arms around her waist, his passionate gaze was making her feel things which she doesn't wanted.

Amaya looked at Veer who was staring at her, she won't deny that after hearing whatever happened with him the hate for him melted a little,

The couples swinged with the rythem of songs , they feelings getting mixed with each word of the songs, Aradhaya looked at Vihaan eyes asking him the silent question.

I didn't understand the language of the rain,

Vihaan pulled her away from him and then pulled her back in his arms, he looked at her his mind reminding him of their moment in that rainy night, how angelic she looked while drenching in rain.

Vihaan remembered how his work was his second home most of his day and night used to spend in that cabin but after she entered his life everything changed.

Veer looked at fierce girl in his arms swing gracefully with the lyrics, he knows that if she marry Vihaan then he would no other choice then hurting her and for some reason the thought of hurting her makes him uncomfortable, from the moment he shared everything about his past with her he felt light like a burden was lifted from his heart after that incident he didn't had anyone to share his sorrows anyone in whom shoulder he cry on.

The boys twirled their partners with the lyrics matching their hearts, as the song end they pulled them in their arms..

"Wow wow that's was awesome." Vivian hotted standing up , the couple snapped up from their trance and stood in a distance.

"Yes it was like you guys were truly in love." Vidushi said and Vihaan and Aradhaya's eyes snapped up , Nisha smriked at Aradhaya's heated face.

"I..I..I..m.. going...to.help...downstairs...." Aradhaya said and rushed away from there leaving a suspicious Vihaan behind.

Next day mehendi function

"Hide it in a way that Bhai won't be able to find it in his next two birth." Vidushi said to the designer sitting beside Amaya.

Amaya was sitting with her hand and feet covered in mehendi and now the artist was applying on her remaining left hand..

"Nishu no I m not going to apply that thing." Shreya come running towards the place Amaya Vidushi and Aradhaya was sitting,

"Common Shreya it's good for skin." Nisha said her hand was fully covered with henna .

"Plus you know it is believed that the darker the color of your mehendi is the deeper the love of your soulmate will be for you." Nisha teasingly with a smrik.

Shreya blushed but tried to hide it." I m going to apply it but because it's good for skin." Shreya said and sat beside Amaya , Nisha shrugged and sat beside Aradhaya,

"Ma'am should I write anything." The mehendi designer asked to Aradhaya.

"Write a 'V' make sure it's hided." Nisha butted.

Aradhaya glared at her and thankfully no one heard them , before she could stop the designer already was done with her work.

After that some of their cousins did a little performance and the photographer clicked their pictures.

In night time

Aradhaya was coming out of her room after washing the dried mehendi, when she bumped into a running Amaya.

"Slow Down di you will hurt yourself." Aradhaya said looking at her in concern.

"Do hell with your hurting, just hide me somewhere." Amaya said with panic look.

"Why what happened." Aradhaya asked worried.

"Areh yaar mom cousin Shetal the witch bit...I mean Shetal aunty has arrived and now she wants to talk with me about married life and responsibilities, and you know if she say anything which get into my nerves which she always does I will not think twice to give her a piece of my mind but you know mom she will in turn give me a long lecture on how to behave with elders and all ,. So its better that I go and hide somewhere." Amaya completed in one breath and was about to run again but stopped as she heard her mother voice.

"Don't know where this girl went." they heard their mother voice as her footsteps come closer.

"I m death." Amaya mumbled she then looked at Aradhaya who was looking at her dumbfounded.

"Aru please just do one thing for me for the last time, I swear on my favorite actor that I will not force you for anything after this but please go too Aunty pretending as me please please Aru." Amaya pleaded and Aradhaya immediately shook her head this one mistake has cost her gravely.

"Aru please here wear this ring you already have mehendi on your hands Soo they won't doubt you and her eyes way to old to differentiate between brown and black." Amaya said handing her the engagement ring and running away.

Aradhaya looked at the engagement ring in shock how can you pull this out like it's nothing di Aradhaya thought,

"Here you are Amaya how much time does it take for you to wash away the dried mehendi." Her mother said walking towards her.

Her mother eyes fall on her hand dark henna covered hand and the ring she was holding." What is this Amaya, why did you took of your engagement ring , it's not good." She said making her wear the ring, and a dumbfounded Aradhaya could only stare at the her.

"Now common Shetal is searching for you and for god sakes keep your temper in check." Her mother said pulling her along.

After few minutes

Aradhaya was walking back to Amaya's room , she was somewhat relieved that Amaya didn't heard Shetal as she didn't said anything except rubbish and taunt.

She looked at the ring in her finger, her hand was looking not less than a any to be bride but alas not everything goes as we think.

"Bhaabi." She jumped hearing Vivian shout.

"I was finding you only let's go to garden we are having a bonfire night there, common." Vivian said dragged her with him not hearing her protest.

In the garden

Aradhaya arrive there and saw the young generation present, Vihaan and some her cousins were also there except Veer as he had left yesterday only.

She looked at Vihaan and immediately adverted her eyes to not let him know it's her. Should sat beside Nisha , Nisha looked at her and her eyes widened but Aradhaya gestured her to be silent.

They were playing truth and dare and the bottle stopped at Vihaan.

"Truth or Dare bhai." One of Vihaan cousin asked.

"Dare." Vihaan said not for once did his eyes moved from Aradhaya, he knows it's her his heart could feel her before his eyes.

"Okay sing us all a song." His cousin said.

Vivian passed him the guitar, Vihaan looked at her and closed his eyes,"

Vihaan was pouring his heart out infront of her and Aradhaya could feel the pain his voice was enough to break her heart,

It was to much for Aradhaya, she stood up and runaway.

In Aradhaya's room

She was sobbing standing in front of the window, his each word the pain in his voice was hunting her.

"What will your crying do now Aradhaya." She turned around to see Nisha.

"Are you happy now Aradhaya, this is what you wanted, giving pain to Vihaan Bhai." Nisha said, she knows she was being harsh on her but she needs to knock sense into her.

"Stop it Nisha do you think I will be happy by giving him pain , I love him Nisha I love him Soo much." Aradhaya said as more tears slipped her eyes.

Nisha's eyes softened." Then why did you do it Aradhaya, what did you get by doing this, no one will be happy with this wedding, You will die each day, Vihaan will be heartbroken and Amaya she will be tied in a loveless marriage." Nisha said.

"Nisha in which face should I tell di everything, how I will do it Nish how and Vihaan ji he always liked girls like di and they both were happy to before I come in both if there lives like unwanted storm ." Aradhaya said.

Aradhaya joined her hands." Please leave me alone for sometime Nish please." She said.

Nisha looked at her for sometime and nodded leaving the room, but she didn't noticed the person who was standing there shocked.

Vihaan was worried seeing her running away like that, he followed her and Nisha and was shocked hearing everything, he couldn't believe that Aradhaya loves him and Nisha's words were like a tight slap on his face.

He knows that he couldn't tell Amaya everything because he has given his promise to Aradhaya and for a Rajput their promise are everything I know what to do he thought and walked away

Inside Aradhaya's room

The sky was dark , the moon and stars have long gone hiding behind the clouds indicating the upcoming rain.

She sat on the window sill with a shattered heart , her mind body everything was numb.

She looked at the sky silently asking God , why . Why she has to be the one who has to be the victim , the victim of the cruel word named fate . She never asked for anything other than love then why did god snatched it from her , why.

Her gaze fall on her mehendi covered hand and the engagement ring that was shining in its all glory.

She caressed her engagement ring a small smile appeared in her beautiful face but it soon vanished remembering what happened after the ceremony.

Her innocent honey brown eyes were filled with pain , hurt and helplessness.

She always prayed to God to give her true love who will always be with her and would never leave her hand no matter what.

But god snatched her love .

But is it truly her love, did she have the right to call him her love, she can't blame god for everything didn't she know that from beginning that in what she is getting herself into , didn't she know that her love is forbidden ,.

A tear fall from her eyes thinking about how the fate played it's game with her.

She never thought that her one Yes would cost her this much , never thought her life would change this drastically.

She doesn't have any wish to Live anymore but she have to because that cruel fate has snatched her this escape to.

Soon the whole silent room was filled with her sobs mixed with the sounds of rain hitting the ground.
