Piper yelled something at Jason, which tore out her throat as a guttural scream, a trickle of blood dribbling down her chin.

Jason blocked Caligula's sword with his own blade,  tried slicing across his  thigh, but Caligula blocked it, roaring with laughter.

Would it be the same

An arrow found its way onto Jason's thigh, and he staggered backwards.

If I saw you in heaven?

Pandai  gathered above Apollo, Meg, Jason,  and Piper. Jason flicked his wrist as three of them squealed, charging at them, only to be thrown against the wall, showering Meg in golden dust.

I must be strong

"Get out of here!" Jason called, slashing at Incitatus, "Go!"

And carry on

Piper screamed at Jason as Caligula charged him again.

"Cause I know I don't belong

Jason barely rolled aside, and  Apollo stumbled somewhere, knocking over a couple of statues, crushing a couple of other pandai.

Here in heaven

"No!" Meg roared, swinging her blades around her. "Don't hurt her!"

Would you hold my hand

Jason grabbed at the air, and a gust of wind lifted him in the air, and Caligula missed again.

If I saw you in heaven?

The air crackled with electricity, funnel winds formed into the form of a mane, strong legs kicking off the ground.

Would you help me stand

Tempest reared up, flung Jason on his back as he exhaled heavily, shoulder bleeding, and readied his spear.

If I saw you in heaven?

Piper cried out as an arrow took Jason in the upper arm, but he barely even winced.

I'll find my way

"I told you this isn't a game!" Caligula shouted over the crackling of lightning. "You don't walk away from me alive!"

Through night and day

An explosion rocked the yacht, and Piper staggered, as three arrows found the place where she stood a second ago.

'Cause I know I just can't stay

Piper pulled up Apollo, who was clutching the the Arrow Of Dodona.

Here in heaven

Piper screamed something at him, while sobbing and pointing to Jason, who was still sparring with Caligula, even if all of them knew that it was a lost cause.

Time can bring you down

Meg swung her blades in a circle, Pandai bursting into golden dust, but more appeared over their heads.

Time can bend your knees

Piper's head bonked against the wall, but she didn't care, even if blood trickled down her cheek.

Time can break your heart

Meg shrieked in anger as Jason took one more arrow onto his leg, but he didn't even spare a glance, blades still slashing at Caligula.

Have you begging please, begging please

Incitatus kicked Tempest, but he didn't budge, instead, he shot a bolt of lightning at Incitatus, scorching his white flanks.

Beyond the door

Apollo stood up,  chest still burning, but he grabbed his ukelele and smashed a pandai across the head, gold dust settling on him like flakes of snow.

There's peace I'm sure

Jason's and Caligula's blades clashed, sending a ripple of electricity across the boat.

And I know there'll be no more

"GO!" Jason screamed. "Remember!"

Tears in heaven

Jason held Apollo's gaze a second too long. Piper screamed as Caligula wheeled around, and threw his spear in the middle of Jason's shoulder blades.

Would you know my name

Jason stiffened, blue eyes shining with shock, and slumped against Tempest, who reared up, and kicked Incitatus in the chest.

If I saw you in heaven?

Jason fell from the horse, spear still stuck in his back, gladius toppling from his hands. Piper sobbed and tried to run forward, but Meg grabbed her arm, swinging her blades in a circle, tears flying out of her eyes.

Would you be the same

"I warned you," Caligula snarled coldly. Then he looked up at the pandai above. "Leave Apollo alive. He's no threat. But kill the girl."

If I saw you in heaven?

Piper howled in rage, as Caligula yanked out the spear from Jason's shoulder, and drove it sharply into Jason's back again, blood trickling out of Jason's shirt.

"NO! JASON!" Piper let out a wail. "JASON!"

And carry on

Jason's eyes dimmed from their original stern glow, instead of fading into a dark grey.

'Cause I know I don't belong

Jason looked up weakly, body shivering.

Here in heaven

"Remember," He breathed out to Apollo.

'Cause I know I don't belong

Jason stared at Piper, eyes almost dead, yet shining with adoration. "I love you."

Here in heaven

Piper screamed as Jason closed his fists, a gust of wind levitating them into the night sky, shooting the trio across the clouds, while he slumped against the floor, Roman tattoo glowing golden as Jupiter himself  howled in anger on Olympus.

Yet the he can't interfere, as his son was destined to die that day.
