Nico: Wedding Plans

That was too close. Who knows what that psycho would have done if I didn't notice Will was gone. I felt my dagger rub against my outer thigh. It made me think of what Will said. I could have almost killed Octavian. I kind of wanted to. He didn't have the right to touch my future husband! ... Because I rather not have him looking all filthy and being bruised. Yeah. Who wants that? I already can't stand to look at him.

I dragged him back to the castle to see both of our parents in the sitting room. They were bent over the coffee table over a book. Will's mother raised her head and smiled at us. I quickly let go of Will's wrist. "Boys! Perfect! Come here, we're planning the wedding. Come pick what color you'd like the suits to be," she waved us over. I groaned, walking over and kneeling down to see what was written. I saw from the corner of my eye to see Will doing the same. Why is he so damn tall?

*A time skip~ How magical~*

I was.. Exhausted. Our parents poked and pried us for details and information an what our wedding would be like. I showed Will where he was going to sleep and retreated back to my room. As I was walking, I passed one of the windows in the hallway. Hazel was standing in front of it and was gazing out. I was too tired to understand why until I noticed.. My shadow. Along with it being quite large, it was outlined in a golden and orange light. I spun around to look outside to see.. The sun? Why was the sun in my kingdom?!

"W-What's going on?!" I sputtered, hurrying to the window next to my sister who didn't seem the least it alarmed. I shielded my eyes from the sun, watching as it slowly rose from the horizon and turned the normally dark sky into the orange colors the sky over the bridge always was. The sun could move?!

"I-I'm not sure! But it's so.. Beautiful," Hazel sighed, leaning against the window.

I shook myself, turning and returning on my journey to my room. It was like the day was trying to pass into the night. How was that even possible? The day and the night have been separate kingdoms for centuries and only now was it trying to become one?

I froze once I shut the door of my room. Wait.. It's because of Will and I's wedding. I groaned, walking over and flopping into my bed. So it truly was final then. My parents were already planning and getting everything ready and now even the environment was getting ready. I was actually getting married to the prince of the day. These thoughts raced through me until my mind had enough and I drifted off.
