When Darkness Meets Bright Light

There are two sides of the world in which we are living. A one in which we are living and another one, the Dark World. But this other Dark side is hidden from us, Humans. Because this is the dark world, the world of the most dangerous creatures of the earth, a blood sucker, The Vampire.

There are the Legends, a very first family of vampires. They are the alpha of the dark world and the elder son of that family is a Hybrid, combination of a Vampire and a Werewolf. They are the rulers of this dark world. They are called as an originals and the alpha is Manik, a thousand years old Hybrid. The name of 'Hybrid Manik' is enough to make everyone freeze at their places whether it would be a vampire, a werewolf or a witch. But one day his all the darkness and anger just vanished into thin air when he saw her.

Once he was roaming around the jungle of the city of heaven, Kashmir at night. He was crossing a river in his full vampire super speed. When he smelled an alluring fragrance, fragrance of her. He slow down his speed immediately and started to walk towards that fragrance. It is as if he became spellbound to walk towards this heavenly fragrance.

When he reach at the source of that fragrance, he saw a girl. She was standing in between the fireflies. She was actually touching them through her fingers and they were brighten at their fullest. Suddenly she turned towards him and he became motionless seeing the beauty in front of his eyes. He had come across the millions of beauties over the centuries as he himself was a thousand year old but he had never seen a beauty like her.

Her features, her big doe black-brownie eyes were casting a spell upon him to drown in them. Her angelic smile is something giving him aura of a different peace which he had never experienced before.

Her face was lighting with the silver and golden lights. Silver lights of the full of mid-night and golden light of the glowing fireflies. She was looking ethereal. The goddess of beauty, he thought. Her face was brightening so much that he felt his darkness flying away and he had never seen that much brightness in his whole life.

He walk towards her in a trance and place her cold hands on her warm cheeks. He found that warmth different from a human's. While she was just smiling looking deep in his eyes as if she was looking beyond his darkness and finding his heart.

He asked still drowning in the ocean of her beauty "Who are you? You are not a human, I can see, you don't have blood in your veins. Then who are you?"

She smiled at him again and replied in her melodies voice "I am nandini, an angel from heaven. I have come here to give the life to these fireflies." She then gently moved his hands away from her face and said "It's time for me to go now. But I wanna tell you something."

Saying this she place her small hand on his cheeks and he closed his eyes feeling her warm touch on his cold vampire skin. Then he listening her words and open his eyes when she said "I know you are the ruler of the dark world but you owns a heart of gold. So just open the door of your heart and live in love." Stating this she started to walk upwards in the air towards the bright sky of early morning.

She was about to disappear in white clouds when he shouted from behind "I will wait for you here." She stopped and turn towards him and give an angelic smile and then again wail away towards the sky. When he was just standing there and looking at her who was drowning in the bright white light of sky and disappearing.

She left him but he couldn't get over her. He just couldn't stop himself from thinking about her. It has become his routine to come at the same place at the same time and wait for her to come. Now it has become almost a year since he had met her. But he daily came at that mountain and wait for her to come. He never get tired of waiting. He just came at night and reminisce her smiling bright face and then at morning again came back to his dark world.

This whole year, she was there above the sky in heaven watching him waiting for her every day. She also fell in love with that gold hearted monster when she found him daily at the same place and waiting for her and never get tired.

But she is bound to serve the nature. She is brightness. She belongs to heaven and she has no liberty to come to him and meet him again. Last time when she met him she has to bear the consequences. She still remember her mother, angel nina's words.

FLASHBACK

When she met him and came to heaven, her mother angrily look at her and said "Nandini, you shouldn't have met him. He belongs to the dark world and we are angels. We are bound to hate them." She then continue in cold tone "But you still mate him and moreover you touch him so you have to take the punishment. You won't go on earth for a year."

FLASHBACK END

Her mom told her to hate him. But she just couldn't stop herself admiring him from heaven. And one fine day she realized that she can't hate him as she already fell in love with him against her nature, so she just can't hate him.

She want to come to him and love him as the way he is loving her. But she couldn't. It has been one year and this is the last day, she is happy with her full heart that she will going to meet him just after 12 hours.

At night, he came there again at the edge of mountain at same time to wait for her. He stands there where she was standing a year ago and thought it's been a year today, he had meet her last time. He was looking at sky and waiting for her when he saw someone coming from sky and he became more than happy knowing that it's her.

He stood there motionless looking at her, the same way he looked at her a year ago. She is same brightening like a star. She is just same. But there is more glow on her face. She is smiling but this time she has a bigger and brighter smile compare to last time.
She came and stood in front of her smiling and her eyes are something new something different. There are some type of bright sparkles in her big eyes. He also look at her lovingly and embraced her in his strong protective arms.

She also hugged him with same intensity and longing and stayed there in same position for a long time. After feel like ages they broke apart and he said looking at her I was waiting for you."

She look at him lovingly and said smilingly I know. I have been watching you from heaven." then suddenly her expression changed and she look at other side and said "but I have come here to tell you that we cannot be together. I'm bound to serve living creatures and I can't fell in love."

Listening her he just said with love filled voice "but you have already fell in love with me, my angle." she instantly turn towards him and look at him lovingly while he continue "I want to be with you angle. Please don't leave this time."

She listen to his words very lovingly and said "but you have to come in heaven than only we can be together and for that you have to die. And then we will meet there." She then sadly said "and I know you are an original hybrid, you cannot die."

He said possessively looking deep in her eyes "yes no one in this world can kill me but I can kill myself." she look at him disbelief and said "but..." but he place his hands on her lips and said "I love you angel. And I'm coming to you."

She was still standing there looking at him amusingly when he ran in his vampire speed and grab a wooden dagger from nearer tree-branch and stab his heart. This all happen in a friction of second that she didn't get the chance of responding. She just saw him running towards tree in full speed and the next moment he was lying on ground lifeless as his heart is stop beating.

She walk towards him and a few droplet of her tears flow down on her bright face from her eyes. She bent down towards his body and kissed his forehead very lovingly and then returned towards her home, the heaven where someone special is waiting for her.

She step up in heaven and look at her mom who is standing there smilingly and said "angel nandini, angel Manik is waiting for you." she grinned widely as her mom accepted him and she immediately went towards him.

Yes manik, the original hybrid become an angel after the death as he had the heart of gold. So now he is also the part of heaven so now he can be with his angel for forever.

He smiled as she came running to him and he said teasingly "angels has no liberty to run, angel nandini. So it's better...." but he can't complete his sentence as she place her warm lips on his warm one. She kissed him lovingly while he reciprocated with equal favor. They kissed slowly and tenderly as in heaven there is no harshness. There is only love, peace and content.

After feel like eternity they broke apart and rested their forehead together. Then nandini said I love you Manik." he smile and said I love you more angel Nandini."

And like that angel Manik and angel Nandini live happily ever after in heaven for forever.
