Theo quickly goes to her room and looks out the window. Rory is still slowly walking back while looking at his phone, waiting for a text from her.

Theo turns on her phone and searches for Rory in her contacts. She sees his name and smiles.

"Heh.. He even put a green heart next to it. He's such a dork." She says as she presses the message button.

"Hey.. It's Theo.." She types as she looks up.

Once Rory's phone goes off , he immediately presses it and smiles.

"She actually texted me." He thought.

"Hey! I didn't think you were going to text me. I guess you really wanted to talk. ;)"

"Whatever."

"Are you still up for walking with me tomorrow?" Rory types.

"Ehhh.. I have stuff I gotta do." Theo looks up.

Rory's smile immediately fades.

"Really? You do?"

"Noo.. I'm just joking. Don't be so sad."

"What? Who said I'm sad? I knew you were joking.."

"Suuuure."

Rory smiles.

They kept texting. Even when Rory eventually got home. They talked about everything. Even when not seeing Theo's face his heart still raced. They talked till very late at night.

"Are you sure you'll be able to wake up in the morning? We've been talking for a while now." Theo types.

"I'm sure I'll be fine. ;)"

Theo drifts to sleep.

"Theo?
Are you okay?"

"Maybe she fell asleep." He thought.

"Goodnight. :)"

5:30 am

Theo's eyes slowly open.

"It's still pretty dark outside... wait.. What time is it?" Theo says as she lifts up her head and grabs her phone.

"Oh.. It's only 5:32.. maybe I should text Rory to see if he's up..." Theo realizes what she had just said and blushes.

"Why should I care..? He can do whatever he wants. He doesn't have to walk with me... He probably doesn't even want to walk with- I'm gonna text him."

"Uh.. hey.. are you up?"

5:46 am

Theo starts pacing around her room.

"Maybe I should go back to bed?"

She climbs into her bed and closes her eyes.

"AgH! I cAn'T sLeEp!"

6:27 am

Theo grabs her guitar and starts playing.

6:53 am

Theo looks at her alarm clock.

"I have an hour until I have to be there... maybe I should go to the coffee shop down the road? They have some pretty good donuts."

She climbs out of bed and starts getting ready. She grabs her bag and opens the door into the kitchen.

"Wow. You look like crap." Her mother says.

"Thanks mom, so do you."

"Where are you going this early in the morning?"

"I'm going to Mugs Coffee."

"What's that?"

"Really mom? You pass it all the time."

"I really don't know what that is."

Theo quickly shifts her eyes to the floor.

"After I go to the coffee shop, I'm going to school mom."

"Yeah, yeah. Just go. I'm takin' your brother to the doctors this mornin."

"What? Why? Did something happen?"

"No. They just keep bringin' up the hospital bills. It's annoying."

"Mom... you do know that's not his-" Theo stops herself. "I'm going to school now, mom!" She says.

"Mm." Her mom mumbles.

Theo grabs the door handle and opens the door.

"Wha- R-Rory.. What are you.. doing here?"
