Tessa was so glad the curse that was on Georgie  friends was over. It was so much calmer and she could  tell Georgie  was much more relaxed than before when flight 828 was a problem.

Tessa could  finally see her friend again and get use to the new Georgie  who wore black and was a private  investigator. Georgie  had went through  hell for them, and Tessa knew that even though she barely  knew the Stone's,  they must be good for Georgie  to risk her life so many times.

There was one thing that had changed. Georgie  wasn't  as open  as before  and was even more stubborn  now. Georgie was tougher now as well. 

Drea was the only one that Georgie  seemed to be open with. Which Tessa admits made her a bit jealous.  They were basically  attached at the hip. Wherever one was the other was there too  and Georgie  spent a lot less time with Tessa lately.

Tessa sighs going  to knock on the door desperately hoping that Drea was doing something  today as she wanted to have time with Georgie  alone.

"Hey Tess, come on in." Georgie  greeted cheerfully although  she was still a tad tired from the events a few weeks before. She had a feeling  would  never catch up on the sleep she lost  during  the curse.

" G who the heck is here?" Nala asks as Georgie  rolls her eyes at the Brittany  dog before  hearing  the back door shut as well Nala just wags her tail happily. "Drea's back maybe she has a case." Nala says running  towards the office. 

"Gosh I hope not." Georgie  says quietly Michaela had caught the  flu and she really  didn't  feel like leading  an investigation by herself with Drea; it would remind her too much of old times. Tessa looked at Georgie  in confusion; she knew Georgie and Nala were talking; she just wished she could  understand  the conversation.  

"What was she talking  about?" Tessa asks  as Georgie smiles a little as Brook came trotting over. Looking  at Georgie  wanting  her to sit down.

"Drea just got back from her training  session. Nala is totally  Drea dog and she was just excited  she was back Georgie  says with a fond eye roll.

"Sounds like somebody isn't  too excited upon my arrival  home." Drea says playfully  as Georgie  rolls her eyes again. 

"That's because you walk in that door at least three times a day D. I'm use to you being  around  and I only  tolerate  it Georgie  says with playful snarkiness  as Drea laughs. 

"Okay, okay, I can tell when I'm  not wanted, I'll be in my room if you need me, and hi Tessa." Drea says before  going  to her room Nala  follows behind her.

"Sorry Drea wasn't  supposed to be home for another few hours." Georgie  says as Tessa nods in understanding.  

"It's  fine, do you wanna go to the park?" Tessa question  as Georgie  nods, grabbing  her gun.

"Yeah sure" Georgie  replied grabbing  Brooks's  leash and following  Tessa out texting  Drea who was most likely listening to her rock music which Georgie  couldn't  stand.

"It's  so nice to be alone for a bit, just me and you." Tessa says as Georgie  nods in agreement  sipping on her water.

"Yeah I know, it's  been forever since we were able to do this." Georgie  admits  as she looks down petting  Brook. "And I'm  sorry  about  that between the flight 828 fiasco and now figuring out where I stand in this new world is hard. Not to mention  I slept the first two weeks of the new year." Georgie  says Tessa nods

"I know and it's  fine. I know it's been a lot for you and your new friends. I'm just glad your okay now, and that you  made some other friends." Tessa says nicely,  but Georgie  could tell through  her empath abilities  Tessa was a bit jealous 

"Tessa, don't  be jealous. You, your sisters and Lily  are my best friends,  and so are Drea  and Mic, but it is for very different  reasons." Georgie  started.

What I'm  not…" Tessa started before  Georgie  gave her a look which Tessa knew meant stop lying. "You need to stop using your  empathic skills on me." Tessa says causing Georgie  to laugh.

Before taking  a  breath and continuing , "When you're helping the 828ers it was very hard to trust  anyone. I remember  Drea and I were about  ready to kill each other at our first meeting. Because we had both learned that you  could not trust anyone.
After a few days  we started to understand  each other although  we were barely  friends. 

"That's  when we learned we were brought  together for a reason. We needed to work  together, and it was very rocky because  we never wanted to trust each other. Grace and Michaela  tried to help, but it didn't work. We were on good terms, but not enough  to trust  one another with our lives. That is until  Grace died again that day awakened us in quite a few ways. We put our distrusts in the bottom of our mind and did what we needed too.

After the Stones  left Drea was the only  one I could  talk to about  Eden and again our bond grew deeper, deep enough  that we would take a bullet  for each other, and see each other up after rough missions.  We needed each other back then, and we still do. Drea is my friend, because we experienced most of the trauma together, and I'm  still learning  how to open up again." Georgie  says before  looking  down to her leg. Drea is my teammate, almost  like a sister to me, but you're my best friend too. I still love you, I'm  just still trying to get used to not having to fear anything, and so is Drea, that's  why we stay together." Georgie  explains  as Tessa nods.

"I know and I'm  sorry.  I know Drea was the only person you could trust, and that she saved your  life many  times, but I just love hanging with my best friend  alone sometimes." Tessa says as Georgie nods.

"I know and Drea knows that too that's why she stayed in her room once she got back.. that and because  she knows I hate her rock music. " Georgie  says with a light chuckle.

"So do you wanna get some ice cream?" Tessa asks as Georgie  nods.

"Yeahs ure I know a great place around  here now come on." Georgie  says getting vup as Tessa's  starts to follow.
