The Past Still Hurts

When Drea gets a calling about her family she was okay with it. What she is not okay with is her elder sister who hated her guts when she was younger showing up at her door asking for help now Drea must face her rocky relationship with her Eldest sister.

I just decided to let Drea turn invisible since she is the spy of the group of PI and needs to be able to sneak around more easily. I will introduce that in a one shot once it finished.

Drea was busily working on her computer finishing up a case file with Nala on her lap resting. p had stayed up most of the night with Georgie finishing a case. Now Georgie was making breakfast as Drea was working on finishing their case report.

After she was done she went to the dining room where Georgie was waiting for her. "That took awhile." Georgie says as Drea nods, case reports always take forever.

"Well yeah it was a homicide , it always takes forever to write a report about it." Drea says before her necklace started glowing brightly she felt absorbed into somewhere else. She had done this once before with Georgie when they were trying to prove Zach and TJ were brothers but never alone.

..........

"Come on Jun stop being a girly girl and come on a ride with us." Drea remembered this all to well. She was in her own past and this memory wasn't a good one.

"No Drea! I told you once and I'll tell you again I'll never go near your stupid horse. Why are you such a black sheep? Why can't you at least try to act like you care about your mother 's ideas for you. You could be so much more than what you are," her eighteen year old sister yells out.

"I don't understand why you hate me so much! So what I'm different I don't care, and I don't care what you think. I tried being someone that I wasn't. It didn't work. I can't be perfect like you, and I'm done trying. " Drea heard her younger self say and it still hurt her to this day that her one sister got away and they never did get eye to eye.

That's when the calling gets more interesting. It grew dark and it started raining, but it wasn't raining regular rain... it was raining blood....

"Blood will be shed, only a true bond can save what's dead." Drea hears and looks around a bit scared of all this.

........

When she came out of it Drea could barely breathe at the thought of her family being in danger again. "Drea, are you okay? What did you see in your calling?" Georgie asks Drea who just sighs and shakes her head. Going to her room. Georgie just lets out her own groan "Calling what the Heck did you tell her that made her react like that." Georgie acts but the force of nature that Georgie and Drea now share did not answer.

Georgie just huffs walking to Drea's room and carefully opens the door instantly hearing Drea talking to Nala per usual when she was upset about something.

"Well it looks like this calling involves my family. Why though I already lost one sister. I can't lose anyone else from my family, not ever my perfect sister who drove me nuts when we were younger. I don't even know what the words meant. Blood will be shed, only a true bond can save what's dead. Ugh Nala I hate this." Drea says looking at the stuffed horse on her bed and then to Georgie as she had heard her come in.

"G how the heck do you deal with callings? " Drea asks as Georgie sighs she wished Drea hadn't been dragged into this, but she knew she had to be.

"I never had one so personal, but trust me any calling is hard. You'll get used to it though." Georgie says before the doorbell rings. Drea just tenses up having a feeling she knew who it was Georgie just goes to answer the door.

Revealing a woman in her early thirties and a kid who looked to be around three or four. "Um hello, can I help you?" Georgie asks looking at the Japanese american woman who just looks around tentatively.

"Hi my name is Jun I'm... um looking for my sister. Her name is Drea and I really, really need to talk to her. I'm sorry I think I might have got the wrong house the woman says obviously nervous and worried. Before Georgie can answer though Drea came over

Hi Jun, um what are you doing here." Drea asks, letting Nala and holding Gracie in her arms . Jun just seems to relax for a moment, before realizing Drea's glare and the few scars streaking her younger sister's face.

"Well D, you haven't changed a bit." The sister says slyly as Drea rolls her eyes. Nala growls looking at Drea for a command, any kind of command.

"Actually I have more than you can imagine. Not that you were there to see or even care. You were too busy being little miss kanzen." Drea spits out as her eldest sister glowers. Gracie just whimpers looking at Drea.

Well I changed too, and I desperately need your help little sister." Jun says Drea just looks at her with a mix of shock and confusion.

"Wait, what you need MY help... I thought you said you wouldn't get help from me EVER." Drea says Jun rolls her eyes.

"Drea, stop being so childish!" Jun scolded as Drea groaned.

"I'm not being childish! I'm just stating the fact that you always downsized me! You hated Michi and my guts when we were younger. You didn't even come back for Aia's funeral! Even I came to that." Drea rambles out as Georgie walks in between the two sisters

"Drea stop, I don't think your being very fair." Georgie tells Drea, "Plus you don't want to disappear again, so calm down." Georgie says as Drea sighs and nods

"No, um sorry I didn't catch your name, she has every right to be mad. Drea, I know I wasn't the best sister to you back then, but I want to be better if you would let me, and I really do need your help, Detective Mikami." Jun says as Drea looks at her in shock.

"Yes I knew you ranked up, and now you're a PI right, I'm glad you are able to live your dream." Jun says looking at the pups. "Who are your puppies?" Jun asks as Drea smiles, petting Gracie.

"That is Nala my police dog and that one my newest pup Gracie. Now it's your turn who's the kid Drea asks as Jun sighs, but before she could answer her younger sister the three year old toddlers up to Drea.

"Is se auntie Dea?" The three year old asks, looking at Drea curiously Drea just gaped in shock feeling the need to disappear. She couldn't take all this news in at once.

"Um Drea why is your necklace glowing? " Jun asks and Georgie instantly realized that Drea was not handling this well and needed to calm down

"Excuse us for a second Georgie says seeing Drea's hand flickering from visible to invisible and grabbing it while she could still see it and guided Drea to her room. To let her take a breath the minute she closes the door Drea takes in a breath and sighs with relief letting herself turn completely invisible. "Drea, I know this is a lot for you, but your sister needs your help.

"I don't know why you don't want to help her but I think you should your her sister after all. It's your job to help her." Georgie says Drea just groans, reappearing in front of her friend.

"I rather help Eagen than Jun." Drea says dead seriously as Georgie sighs. She had to get Drea to rethink things, but that would be hard as Drea was just as stubborn as her
