It was a breem after the Aptitude test. All of the sisters were nervous, but Amanda was horrified.

"Are you alright, Amanda?" Whitney asked her eldest

"Hmm?" Amanda asked

"You seem out of it. You want to talk about it?"

"I'm horrified that something could go wrong. I want to be independent, but I fear something could happen to those I care for. Especially you carrier."

"You don't worry about me. You need to worry about yourself, and keeping your sisters from becoming Factionless." Whitney said hugging her daughter

"And if I become Factionless?"

"You won't because I know a few bots. They owe me a favor still, and they will make sure that you don't become Factionless and make sure that you will succeed."

"Were you scared when you took your test?"

"Me? Oh, dear Primus. I was terrified." Whitney said slightly laughing

"Really?"

"Yes. But you shouldn't be worried about anything because you will belong where ever it might be that you have chosen." Whitney said hugging her eldest

Amanda and her Carrier kept hugging each other until it was time to leave.

"You all look so beautiful." Aaron said

"Thank you, Sire." Amanda said for both her and her sisters

"It's time we go to the Ceremony." Whitney said

The family then made their way to the auditorium.

As they all walked to where their seats were during the ceremony. Amanda felt somebot staring at her from one of the other factions.

"Starting today you all will no longer be dependents, but individuals amongst our society. You will be able to choose a faction regardless of your test results, but once you make a choice there will be no change of which faction. Faction before Energon." The main leader of Erudite said

"Faction before Energon." Everyone else said in sync but Amanda

"I will now read off all of those who will be choosing today in order of how the list is written. Once I have read your designation you will come up, and choose your faction. I will say that those who choose later in life to join the council that has not chosen Erudite you will be able if you meet the requirements." The main leader of Abnegation said

"Adam. Abnegation. Triniti. Candor. Hunter. Erudite. Jane. Amity."

Amanda could hear all of the Candor murmuring amongst themselves and with others along with hearing a femme leaking who she presumed was Hunter and Jane's Carrier.

"Ratchet. Abnegation. Prowl. Dauntless."

Amanda looked up long enough to see and hear all of Dauntless cheering, along with the other factions murmuring to one another.

"Jazz. Dauntless. Blaster. Dauntless. Navyblaze. Dauntless."

Amanda was in deep thought for quite a while until she heard her sisters' designations be called.

"Theresa. Dauntless. Sunburst. Dauntless. Brittany. Dauntless."

Amanda knew that Annathesia would choose Abnegation, but feared that she changed her mind all of a sudden.

"Annathesia. Abnegation."

Amanda knew she was next.

"Amanda." The main leader of Abnegation said, "Amanda please come forward."

(Everything's going to be alright. I promise.) Whitney said through their bond while she watched her eldest descend the stairs

(I promise I'll fit in, Carrier.) Amanda said back through the bond

"It is time to choose a faction, Amanda. Remember there is no going back." The main leader of Abnegation said

'The test said I fit in Erudite, Abnegation, and Dauntless. I have to choose what my spark believes is the right choice.'

Amanda grabbed the blade and made a deep enough cut in her servo so Energon would seep out. She then put her servo with the palm up over clear processed Energon. She then moved it to its side only to let a drop of her Energon hit the surface of the smoldering surface of hot metal.

"Dauntless!"

Once more Dauntless was rejoicing over a possible new member.

Amanda then walked over to Dauntless for a mech to get up and have his seat.

"Now that everybot has chosen their new faction we will have one of the leaders of Amity finish closing the Ceremony so you all can get acquainted and adjusted to your new living areas along with adjusting to the rules of the faction you are now in." The main leader of Abnegation stated

"Hello everybot, I am one of the many leaders amongst Amity. I want to say with all my spark that I am glad to welcome each and every one of you into our society as individuals. If you ever need to speak about anything you are all welcome to speak with me. I hope that you all will succeed in helping keep the peace in our community. That will be all, and remember to always focus on what matters the most to you."

After that, all of Dauntless started to leave the building so they can all go to where all of Dauntless gathered.
